How special are the McCanns?

They are more special than
David Kelly - no £3.5 million for a full enquiry for him.
Princess Diana - people not sued for saying she didn't die in an accident but was killed. Isn't that libel?
Members of Parliament who have fraud allegations against them investigated and, if found guilty like Elliot Morley, go to jail.
Royal Family - adverse information allowed in public domain whereas media blackout for McCanns.
Kerry Needham - McCann's get more help and favours than she ever did.
Any more to add to the list?
