Thanks sunshine, interesting

They stated: "Anything in relation to the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann will not be released whilst it remains ongoing.

Still 'ongoing' eh?

Very interesting, Sunshine, now we know for certain that the investigation by the British Police into Madeleine's disappearance is on-going.

The "on-going" bit means that until maddie's found dead or alive that the case is still active. The case of a Missing Person.

As opposed to closed. It won't ever be closed until she is found.

Although it would be nice to think it was still being actively investigated.

bit of a non story though - hardly likely that anybody has interviewed them about this over the New Year weekend. I guess they needed to fill some space. never mind

I have never believed the investigation had been closed - it will stay open until Madeleine is found eithier dead or alive and the perpertrator(s) of the crime committed against her are brought to justice.

What is your problem, you should be delighted to know that the investigation into Madeleine's disappearance is officially on-going.

Interesting that the report states 'when the circumstances of Madeleine's disappearance are fully known' thus indicating that they are not convinced by the Mccann fairytale. The Express has been 'Mitchelled' to state 'kidnappers' when the original report says those responsible for her disappearance.

Then Why Did The Portuguese Close it and Fire Amaral? There is No Portuguese Police Working on that Case, Beyond a Doubt.

Maybe no Portugese police still working on the case but perhaps British Police? After all if they think the perpetrators are British they can continue the investigation in Britain and they clearly are continuing the investigation.

Crime was Committed in Portugal. Evidence, etc. Would All be in Portugal. Unless the McCanns cracked and Suddenly Confessed, there Isn't Much the Brits Can Do, and Even then, The Portuguese Would Want to Try a Crime Committed on Their Soil.

They have clearly stated though that the case is ongoing in Britain. Perhaps this goes far deeper and wider than the disappearance of a child in Portugal.

Hard to Believe Dr. Amaral could Not have Discovered Such a Connection and Written about It in His Book.

I guess you can put whatever slant on it you want.

Blood and cadaver alerts
dismissed by UK Government

Retired DCI Gonçalo Amaral: "The English can always present the conclusions to which they themselves arrived in 2007. Because they know, they have the evidence of what happened - they don't need to investigate anything. All this is now a mere 'show off'."

Retired murder DCI Colin Sutton: "I would also like to make the point that Operation Grange was so restricted from the start as to be destined to fail."

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley made public on national TV that Operation Grange is a complete fraud.

Ex-DCI Andy Redwood had a "revelation moment" on BBC's Crimewatch on 14th October 2013 when he announced that Operation Grange had eliminated the Tanner sighting - which opened up the 'window of opportunity', in accordance with their remit, to allow the fake abduction to happen.

Despite "irrelevant behaviour" from blood and cadaver dogs in the McCann's apartment, on Kate McCann's clothes, and in the car they hired three weeks after Maddie disappeared, Ex-Chief Inspector, Ian Horrocks, said: "The thought that Kate and Gerry McCann had anything to do with the death of their daughter is frankly preposterous."

Gerry McCann called for example to be made of 'trolls'. SKY News reporter Martin Brunt doorstepped Brenda Leyland on 2 October 2014. She was then found dead in a Leicester hotel room. Brenda paid the price. She paid with her life.

Ex-Deputy Chief Constable, Jim Gamble QPM, congratulated SKY reporter, Martin Brunt, on twitter for doorstepping Brenda Leyland on behalf of Gerry McCann.
