A little while back I remember reading a post which asked - if those dogs had alerted in a burglars home or car what would the police have said/done about that and would Maddie's father have thought the dogs were incredibly unreliable?

However, I know who I would like to ask what he thinks of the McCanns slanderous talk of his truly talented training abilities of his two dogs and thats Mr Martin Grimes himself! I have never heard of any personal comments he made after the McCanns tried to play down his obvious gift he has in the exceptional work he does. Being an ex dog breeder myself of the magnificent St Bernard breed and being involved with other breeds for security work it takes patience and a certain connection to the animal and as a handler you know if the dog has the ability to do what your training it to do from a young age. The facts of their 100% record speaks for itself and Mr Grimes knows his dogs and he will trust his dogs also.

It's Martin Grimes himself that I would love to ask a question or two and I feel I know what he would say on a personal level however, he is a professional and we probably will never know but never say never. lol4

I’m putting this here as I don’t know where else to put it (apologies in advance!), and this may be retreading some old topics, but I feel it’s something worthy of a small post…
When GM tried to explain the blood found behind the couch/under the tiles he stated that Madeleine had nosebleeds.
Firstly, he doesn’t deny the blood could’ve been Maddie’s, he gives an explanation as to why it could’ve been there to begin with.
What I find bizarre about this statement is how they could’ve got there if the couch was against the wall?!
Surely an innocent parent would find it impossible for their child’s blood to be found, effectively, UNDER the couch and tiles?
There are obviously a few reasons why there were next to no photographs given to the PJ, but one very realistic one with regards to the blood under the tiles would be any pictures from inside the apartment showing the couch, as it undoubtedly was, NOT against the wall and thus giving credence to the conclusion that the abduction scene had been staged.
I’ve not mentioned what else could’ve been in the photos, but that one fact alone would’ve proven they lied, regardless of what the others contained.

That’s an even more bizarre and suspicious statement. Why would kids playing behind it be a problem?! The problem would obviously be if they were messing around on top of the couch and it leading to a possible accident.
Any photos from inside the apartment would’ve contradicted that.

Snipped from Gerry's statement, .......Regarding this sofa, he remembers it was next to the window. He is not sure, but thinks that this sofa was probably a bit closer as his children threw objects behind it, mainly playing cards. When asked, he does not know if any of the children was behind the sofa or passed behind this sofa.

I’ve seen and heard everything about the McCanns also read about them,
the evidence is overwhelming.They know they are the the luckiest to have
not served a jail sentence and they will go to their grave knowing most
people know what they did.
