Extraordinary that Murat has always seen himself as a scapegoat. Why has he never qualified what he means by his being scapegoated? For what? And what is this ''biggest fuck up'' he feels has happened around himself?

Did the Tapas 3 point the finger at him to take the distraction away from David Payne ?

I thought originally that Murat was an innocent who became a patsy for the McCanns. He was a translator, he lived nearby, several people had seen someone who looked like him. The Mark Warner manager looks similar - so does Payne.

Burt now I think he was involved - simply because of Gerry's reaction when he was asked about him. It was such a blunt and and definite statement. And then Gerry decided that was it - no more questions.

Murat does have connections within Praia da Luz - he has various properties to rent out, he speaks the language, he was the 'inside man' at the beginning of the investigation.

How do I see Robert Murat?

I see him as the lynchpin of PDL. The organiser, the entertainer, the interpreter, as he is the man who has connections.

IF a group of Doctors all needed to be in the one place for a very specific reason, was someone tasked with making these arrangements?

WAS a venue required?

WOULD entertainment be provided afterwards?

WHO would be best person to arrange these things, someone in the UK or someone local who knows the area well?
