There's some interesting comments on Textusa's article:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
From "FB Anon":

"Wow, what a revelation about the lack of media present on May 4th. I too thought it was odd that the Ocean Club looked so empty, but it didn't occur to me that the alleged media scrum was just another manufactured aspect of this case, and that the media were complicit in the hoax. What DID occur to me, as others have pointed out, that there was no-one playing tennis or going to and from the Tapas bar. Given that tennis seemed to be the main occupation of all the guests that week, it's very odd to see that no-one was out playing, making the most of a sunny evening. The same with Tapas - wasn't it SO popular that it was fully booked every night and people had to queue to get a reservation? Yet there was absolutely no-one around. no-one leaving or arriving at the restaurant. Well done Textusa - I bet Frog is regretting putting the photos on Twitter now!"

Hi Textusa - are you referring to the comment about lack of people in the OC Complex? I think I said maybe to cold for swmimming but no tennis, no stollers either etc.
If so it is also odd how there there doesn't seem to be any tourists on the beach headland either - if a pleasant early evening I would expect to see some tourists out for a stroll, some on the church square etc. Where on earth is everybody? Were they never really there?
Was the OC dinner at this time - sorry don't have time to look this up..
But I really do look forward to the next episode :)
More than anything though glad you ok!

Also if the 'press conference' was some two hours later - where is the set-up. If fairly major TV companies involved then they would be there well beforehand to set up and run-throughs. There would be evidence of staff, equipment, vehicles. Nothing. Just Nothing.

It is as if everything is on lockdown.

Well, how gratifying to know that CMoMM is not a cesspit afterall.  Indeed it is a vital reference source used extensively across social media and if I might be bold enough to say, the UK media.

An image of the apartment 5a block was also uploaded recently but I can't locate it at the moment.  clown

Textusa isn't using a photo from here, she's using photos posted by McCann supporter 'greenleaper' on twitter who says they were taken within 24 hours of Maddie's disappearance.

The place is empty, no holidaymakers, no media, nobody searching...and the Last Photo wall looks a little sparse of flowers.

Wishful thinking Jill?

Unless you've got a better definition picture of this one, I reckon it's impossible to say. When you blow it up there is a pinky hue along the wall, but nothing really to compare.

Post by Guest 16.12.18 12:54

If I'm correctly reading some of this epiphany from the blogsphere of Textusa, which I'm probably not ....

a)  The most important factor is when, as in date not time, these photographs were taken.  The provenance appears to be media reports so they could have been taken any old date after, or even before Madeleine's alleged disappearance.

b)  Secondary importance is media presence which folk appear to be suggesting was staged by the McCanns with media compliance.  I think Paulo Reis might have something to say about this as he spent quite a while 'mingling' with journalists at Luz.

Verdi:

'they could have been taken any old date after, or even before Madeleine's alleged disappearance.'

Clearly not before, there are three vans with satellite dishes parked up and the front of the OC is taped off both sides of the car park.

'Newspaper provenance' does seem to put the photos on the 4th May, although this does need to be checked and based on shadows puts it early evening, not long before the Mc's were brought back from Portimao and then made their first appeal about 22.00.

In the bewk KM says:

“We were completely unprepared for what we found when we drove back into Praia da Luz some time after 8.30pm. The road outside our apartment block was lined with what seemed like hundreds of press and TV crews, five or six deep all the way”

The coaches with all these reporters must be parked up just off camera waiting to flood in!

OT, but looking for a newspaper report to date the OC photos, came across this again. By the first Saturday the PJ knew things were not right:

The disappearance of Madeleine McCann, the English three-year-old child that was on holidays in Lagos, "is a very badly told story", a source from the Polícia Judiciária in Portimão has confided to DN. The statement reflects the authorities' doubts concerning the "confused" depositions that were given by the witnesses yesterday, throughout the day.

PeterMac...do you fancy analyzing every fkn pixel in these photos to the point of ridiculousness for Carla?

Carla, you could always come here and debate with us...your account is still active.

Otherwise we/I will just continue to watch the developments on Textusa's blog, as that's where it's being debated and Textusa is more than capable of analyzing all the fkn pixels herself thumbsup

Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos Empty Re: Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos

Post by Tony Bennett 22.12.18 12:19

The three photos that Textusa is getting so excited about tell us virtually nothing.

For a start, we only have the word of an avowed pro-McCann supporter, [email=@FragrantFrog]'@FragrantFrog'[/email] on Twitter, that these photos were taken on Friday 4 May 2007 as is claimed.

He (Fragrant Frog) has been asked repeatedly where he got these photos from, and has adamantly refused to say.

It appears they were taken from someone's helicopter. We don't know.

But for the purposes of my reply, I will assume that they ARE all taken on Friday 4 May.

For a start, he (Textusa) made an initial error about when these three photos were taken.

IIRC (YES, I have read all the Textusa article AND the comments), two of the photos were taken in the morning, probably between 9am and 11am. The third was clearly taken late evening, probably 7pm or even later, which one can deduce from the very long shadows with the sun setting in the west. IIRC that last photo showed some vehicles with SKY dishes on them, which would signify the arrival of TV crews later that day (4 May).

Textusa seems to make a big thing of the absence of police and camera crews etc. on the photos we see. But these three photos only give us partial views, at a moment in time. of what was going on in a big village.

We do not see what we cannot see. So it is dangerous to make too many deductions.

Besides, where are all the OTHER photos taken by this helicopter (or these helicopters, if there were more than one)? Why are we only shown three.

The reason I didn't venture to comment on Textusa's article was simply this. There was nothing of value to comment on, as with many (though not all) of Textusa's posts.

Now I need to say a few words about Textusa and CarlaSpade.

The sheer nastiness of the post by CarlaSpade is appalling. He refers to this forum, with its 9,100-plus members, and a viewing rate the envy of all other forums, as a 'cesspit'. Let it be carefully noted that this is the very same word about CMOMM used by:
'Blacksmith'/Antony Sharples
Benjamin Thompson (Twitter names @TheBunnyReturns and @AndyFish19
Sonia Poulton, and
a tiny assortment of loud- and foul-mouthed supporters of Thompson on Twitter.

Yes, let that sink in.

Secondly, it is an open secret that Textusa is not female, nor a member of a 'group of sisters' as he proclaims, but very male.

Moreover, despite the furious denials we always get from him, CarlaSpade is Textusa.

Finally, lest we forget, Textusa has insisted from Day One that Madeleine died after 6pm on Thursday 3 May. he also vehemently insists that Smithman = Gerry McCann.

He will not change his mind, whatever evidence is produced.

Let us also recall that in order to defeat the very clear evidence provided by Petermac and others that the crucial 'Last' Pool Photo was taken at lunchtime on Sunday 29 April 2007, Textusa came up with one of the most bizarre, nonsensical pieces of work ever attempted on the Madeleine McCann case, namely that the McCanns staged a photo session at the Ocean Club pool, re-taking photos of Kate and Amelie, on Friday 18 May, then carried out a complicated, multiple photoshopping exercise in a nearby studio.

it is simply not worth listing the multiple problems with the complete, uninformed, unevidenced balderdash that Textusa wrote on that occasion.

Happy Christmas, CarlaSpade!

Sorry! I meant Happy Christmas, Textusa

.

They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

Amelie McCann (aged 2): "Maddie's jammies!".

Really? Why are you so sure?
I don't think Carla is Textusa.

According to Bendrew on twitter Carla is Nuala S (which she didn't deny) and is from the UK.

And Textusa is Maria (or Mario) Santos, depending on who you believe, and is from Portugal.

More of these helicopter photos can be found at:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The ‘gerrymccannsblog’ suggests they are 4thMay, but some of the family photos further down the photo stream have to be dated later. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any 4thor 5thMay newspaper articles with any of these photos in, but there may be some around somewhere.

Datewise you can link the aerial shots by the police cars blocking the road outside the front of 5A, the two satellite vans in the car park opposite the OC entrance, with the white car parked across them and a third satellite van just up from the police block in the Agostinho da Silva.

There is also a good helicopter video at:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

supposedly from the 5th, which only shows one van in the car park and the cars in the road outside 5A are much reduced.

In any event, the photos do not support KM’s sentence in the book for when they drove back from Portimao on the Friday (4th)

‘We were completely unprepared for what we found when we drove back into Praia da Luz some time after 8.30pm. The road outside our apartment block was lined with what seemed like hundreds of press and TV crews, five or six deep all the way.’
But then the video:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

clearly shows DP in the car with KM & GM contrary to this:
‘After some discussion, it was agreed that Gerry and I, Jane, David and Matt would be interviewed first and the PJ would come back for the others later in the day. ……
……Gerry and I travelled in one police car with the others following in a second vehicle.’
but in a 'good?' novel I suppose anything goes.

We've been this way before - many times.

As far as I recall, the research undertaken concluded that it was most definitely not Raj Balu caught on camera on so many occasions - a simple case of mistaken identity spiced up with a heavy dose of wishful thinking.  Perhaps it would be more appropriate to elaborate over on the Textusa blog.  There are a a number of threads here on CMoMM relating to photographs and images in general - the latest being here, a sort of dumping ground for all things imagery..

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

It's late and I don't feel inclined to go raking over past subjects at the moment.

For sure someone will spring forth if I'm mistaken.

If it's not Balu in those footage and photos I believe it would be a good idea to identify this guy.

Past discussion is all here somewhere on CMoMM - if I remember rightly, the bloke seen in a few photographs with Robert Murat etc, was said to be a Portuguese police officer.

I'll try and find it later if someone else doesn't beat me to it.

Paulo Reis might know, when next online.  He spent a lot of time mingling in and around Luz, keeping a watchful eye on fellow journalists and others.  He could maybe even ask Snr Amaral when next in contact - if that's not being too presumptuous.

Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos Empty Re: Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos

Post by Guest 28.12.18 15:10

Extensive research on the subject of the mystery bald man, presented by forum member ufercoffy, waaaay back in April 2010..

This article is primarily aimed only at those readers who are intimate with the evidence and discussions that have existed for some time that surround the identity of a man known to some as 'Playgroundman' and to others as Raj Balu. There was alot of background available to my identification process of 'Playgroundman' as a PSP (regional Portuguese) police officer in the services of John Geraghty/Robert Murat, employed as security for the Tapas Crew for their business meetings which were to be held during the McCanns 'early summer' holiday in Portugal.

This is the same holiday that Gerry McCann when told to cheer up and when reminded on arrival at Faro that he was now on holiday, complained loudly to his close friend David Payne, in front of both his and their children with, "f*** off ! I'm not here to enjoy myself ! "

The photographic evidence I have previously presented demonstrated 'Playgroundman' was identified not as Raj Balu, another holidaymaker at the complex, but as another man, a man as yet still unnamed. This unnamed man I identified as a local Portuguese PSP police officer, a police officer who in the days after Madeleines disappearence was seen and photographed going about his work.

In this article I hope to be able to support my assertions that the man first known 'Playgroundman' then 'Balu' and finally as the 'McCanns PSP cop' has no visible relationship with any of the searching holidaymakers seen with or near him in the carpark outside 5A on the 4th of May 2007, or indeed with anyone else seen searching in Luz at that or any other time, apart that is, from Robert Murat.

The original evidence (all photographic) that identified the man then known as 'Playgroundman' or as 'Balu' or as he was later to be identified as a police officer was posted on my now defunct Flickr pages as a series of two articles. Please advise me by email if you would like to see the original articles and evidence. As a rule once an article has been removed- for whatever reason by the authorities - I do not repost it again elsewhere. However as this photographic evidence is crucial to those of you who are unfamilair with the topic, here I will make an exception. If there are requests I will repost the articles on these pages.

The photographic evidence I shall use here will identify the 'McCanns PSP cop', as I shall call him, as only having relationships with fellow police officers and no one else, least of all with holidaymakers who were seen to be somehow involved in the searching for Madeleine in the days immediately following her disappearence on the 3rd of May 2007.

The first picture shows a tall man behind Gerry McCann standing sideways on to the camera with a satchel over his right shoulder along with a more casual 'carry all type' bag. This is a low quality picture as the definition is not relevent to this article. The picture shows Gerry McCann playing with the Paynes daughter in the foreground along with Sean, his son, and with Madeleine, in the Mark Warner Ocean Club playground on the day of their arrival. The man of interest has no children and remains apart from this social interaction and keeps himself in the background. The man is tall, rotund, and bald.

It was long ago proposed that the man, first identified as 'Playgroundman', then supposedly as a man called 'Balu', seen here on Saturday the 28th of April 2007 in the playground, is the same man whose statements were released in the PJ files and identified as holidaymaker Raj Balu. As I have already identified this man as a PSP Portuguese police officer he cannot be both him and Raj Balu the holidaymaker. So the question remains who is this man and why can't he be Raj Balu?

It is necessary to consider the possibility that Raj Balu is another man entirely and not the man we see here. Raj Balu was a holidaymaker and as yet remains unphotographed. He happened to be staying at the Ocean Club with the McCanns. Balu and the officer must indeed to be 2 different people, and it is here through this mans interaction with others I will attempt to show that fact and that the two men are unknown one to the other, and furthermore I shall substanstiate the bald mans role/profession as police officer and not that of holidaymaker.

This original assertion, that the man was Raj Balu, was supported by the association or relationship which was thought to exist, and which had supposedly been witnessed by some, between this man, now known as 'McCanns PSP cop', with another man, another holidaymaker, a man called Neil Barry also spelt Berry. Barry is the name Berry gave to Portuguese Tv. Below is a picture of the camera shy Berry/Barry:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The PJ statements show that this mans name is spelt Berry so that is the name I shall use to identify him with. The PJ statements also show that Balu and Berry both arrived with the McCanns at the Ocean Club on the same day, Saturday the 28th of April 2007, and they tell us all 3 groups attended the same induction meeeting held at Mark Warner to welcome them as holidaymakers to the complex. Berry said it was at this venue he met the McCanns in person for the first time. Balu if he did meet the McCanns in person, in his statements he does not mention this.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Neil Berry, still in the same green short sleeved Tshirt that he was videoed wearing earlier, can be seen in frames A and B entering the car park at the rear of 5A alongside a woman in white shorts and top. She is wearing a white top and is carrying a piece of white paper. The woman strides in at a great rate. Her stride is long and her direction purposeful. She moves fast. She is clearly aiming for the group of 4 officers gathered in the car park. It seems she either has something important to pass on to them or that she has something to say of consequence. Neil Berry can be seen busy dialling on his mobile phone as he walks into the carpark alonside the striding woman. The scene the camera captures is all action and business of one sort or another.

In frame C something strange happens. The striding woman who moments before appeared to have some desperate news for the gathered police officers once having reached the group now stops and ambles. In doing so she is seen to almost literally kick her heals to pass the time. She ambles around the backs of the officers without actually approaching any one member of the the group. She seems to have quite forgotten what it is she went there for in the first place. Berry never got to such close proximety to the group as his companion. Barry veered off his collison course a few steps before and went into a gentle arc that took him completely around and then back on himself. At the end of Berrys manoeuvre Berry was facing away from the group and did not make any at all contact with the officers. Berry is not seen again in this encounter and is not seen to converse with any members of the group.

As none of the officers turned to spy or greet the approaching couple, or the then solitary woman, it can be seen that by frame D both Berry and the woman had gone quite unnoticed and ignored by the officers, whose only intent was continuing their huddled conversation.

Frame E the camera cuts to close up and the woman has now managed to engage one of the officers. This man is wearing a light green Tshirt. The woman appears English the man seems to be both a police officer presumably, and one who speaks English. The woman is plainly asking something, the officer is trying to advise. The woman is not informing the officer of some new fact or information, which appearded to be her initial purpose in approaching the officers. The hand gesture the woman uses is as though she were using her fingures as a pair of dividers or compasses. An odd gesture. Whilst the woman asks the green shirted officer for information the McCanns PSP cop, the large man in the white TShirt, can be seen taking no interest in the woman or the conversation that ensued. He does not turn to engage either of them either out of civility or curiosity.

Frame F and the English speaking officer is seen asking his colleague, the PSP officer where something is located. This is apparent as it is only now that the PSP officer turns his head and then looks away. He looks away when addressing the questionning man and not at the woman, almost as if she didin't exist. It is as if he were trying to visualising a location of whatever it is he has been asked. The woman puts her hand to her mouth and looks at the PSP officer, at the same time keeping her arms folded across her body forming a right angle.

Frame G the green shirted officer now checks one item or fact the PSP officer has advised him of, whilst looking away in the same direction as his colleague. The woman looks at the ground seemingly not understanding any of the dialogue between the two men.

Frame H the green shirted officer turns to address the woman and advise her of the information he has received. The PSP officer having given his knowledge and answer to the green shirted officer immediately turns back to talk to the other officers in the group. The PSP officer immediately engages with another person, another woman whose face is just visible between the PSP officer in white and the left shoulder of the green shirted officer as he replies to the enquiring woman. This other woman approached and joined the group from the apartments behind only seconds earlier and asks a question of the PSP officer.

Frame I the PSP officer raises his right hand to his chin as if in contemplation of the question he has now been asked. It appears as if he is uncertain of the answer he should give. Again, just as he did before when asked the location of something, he now looks away into the distance whilst considering his answer. The officer in the green shirt starts to move off from the group suggesting to the woman that she should follow him. This movement he proposes is a common enough gesture we all use from time to time. If approached by someone asking the way to a particular building or loaction that is nearby, often almost unknowingly, we will take that person back out onto the road to literally show them the direction or best way to get there. The woman who asked the question is now seen as not too keen on moving to follow him, she stays put.

The visual dialogue suggests the following 6 possibilities concerning the identity of the bald man in the white Tshirt:

1.The 'McCanns PSP cop' was offduty at the time of the playground photo.
2.The 'McCanns PSP cop' is a local. His local knowledge is asked for and demonstrated.
3. As a local man the 'McCanns PSP cop' is known to Robert Murat, the local 'Mr Fixit'.
4.The 'McCanns PSP cop' only speaks Portuguese with a very limited amount of English.
5. Berrys witness statements tell that Berry helped Balu assemble a childs cot and that subsequently a close relationship between the two men formed. This relationship between the two men is not seen here. It is that very absence of any such evidence in these shots that prove the two men did not know of each other, in any way, previously.
6.Gerry McCann made this mans acquaintance on his arrival in Luz at the Ocean club on his first day as the playground photo suggests. This was necessary as ever present security, in one guise or another, is one of the most persistent of all the hallmarks of the McCanns and their entourage.

The association of the officer in the green Tshirt with the PSP officer in the white Tshirt and cargo shorts is apparent in this grab as the two officers are seen together again, this time searching a piece of scrubland in Luz later that same day:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

To conclude there is one final piece of evidence that the PJ themselves offer as to why it is that this man cannot be Raj Balu. Raj Balus gave his witness statement to the Portuguese police on May the 28th 2007. This man was only brought to the attention of the Portuguese police in September 2007 as this online msnnews report clearly states:

"Mystery man in McCann photo questioned"
Date: Sunday September the 16th 2007

'A mystery man seen in a photo of Madeleine McCann playing with her father and siblings has been questioned by police. Early in the investigation into the four-year-old's disappearance, the bald man was also seen walking behind former suspect Robert Murat.
Portuguese police confirmed the man had been identified and interviewed, and said they would continuing to formally interview anyone who had anything to do with the McCanns during their time in Portugal. Investigators refused say how or why the man had been spotted on different occasins near the McCanns' *Source

Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos Empty Re: Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos

Post by PeterMac 18.01.19 21:37

The weather started to improve on Friday 4/5/7 and got progressively better until mid June.
Little surprise that the beach activities begin to come to life.
Whether there were significant numbers of boats and windsurfers and dinghies in the rainy and cold and windy week 30/4 - 3/5 is another matter.

Were the elusive boats in on the swinging thing 'n all or was it swingers-r-us on a catamaran between the respectable hours of nine to five?

I'm sure super-nanny Charlotte Pennington could add something spicy to this otherwise bland dish of mouldy sea bass en-croute with a side dish of kelp a la Franglais..

Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos Empty Re: Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos

Post by carole 07.10.19 22:56

Dear Jill and researchers, please could you have a look at this with me.
Re: The 4rth very important picture.
Textusa is correct in highlighting this image, and some of the comments on his/her blog do go some way towards clarifying the beach scene on the 4th May 2007.
The image shows a single line of buoys in the ocean.
They are the property of Beach Hut Watersports who are the licenced operator on Praia da Luz and have
been since 1988/89.In order to operate their various excursions, sailing, and leisure activities they are required by law to provide safety lanes in the ocean in order to separate the various craft. This would be a minimum of two parallel rows of buoys. Until the safety lane is established Beach Hut Watersports could not put its vessels in the sea, probably because it was too early in the season.
Furthermore there is no pier pontoon or jetty on this beach and the only access to the excursion vessels is via the safety/life saving boat, also known as the water taxi. All of these vessels operate within the safety channel as they are motor boats.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

On a recent visit to Praia da Luz we observed the dolphin watching boat returning from their trip. The buoys are clearly visible in the water. It is all quite time consuming but it is clear that everyone  is kitted out with life jackets.

I do not believe that Madeleine and 4/5 other children were taken out to sea in this way.
I recently re read some of Snr Amaral's book re the mini sail.
Police were originally informed by a Mark Warner employee that the mini sail involved walking the small boats around in the shallow water as they had done in other Mark Warner resorts.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The beach at Praia da Luz shelves down into the water and there does not appear to be anywhere suitable to carry out this activity.
Sailing boats are launched into the water to the left of the main safety lane only.
The absence of any boats of any description both on the beach and in the ocean on 4th May 2007,suggests to me that the mini sail session did not take place at all.
I'm sorry if this comes across as being short on detail or a bit unclear, i'll add some more information tomorrow.
Please could you not publish anything just yet.
Many thanks.

The images you provide for boating activities, show adults, not small children.

Have you discussed this issue on the Textusa blog?  If so, it would be interesting to know the general consensus of opinion over there - more to the point, why you bring it to this forum.

Pending your continuation on the subject, I have one simple question to ask of you .... what would be the point of saying there was a mini-boating trip when there wasn't?   Rather than adding a complication that implicates just about everyone in and around the Ocean Club, wouldn't it be more sensible to create a less invasive, more plausible, scenario to explain whatever it is the author is attempting to explain?

Admittedly I'm no fan of the Textusa brethren but casting that aside for the moment, why look for and expand on unevidenced claptrap involving 10,000 words which could be so easily condensed into one paragraph?

This adventure was a few very young kids going for a dabble about the shores of Luz beach, it wasn't a deep sea voyage into the unknown.

I don't believe Madeleine McCann was in the group but I can't see any reason to doubt it happened.  The PJ under the leadership of Snr Amaral would have checked out such a minor detail - surely?

Precisely ^^^.  Thanks for the photograph, I remembered seeing an image of kids on a mini-sail venture but couldn't find it.

From my experience, a string of yellow buoys are used off-shore during the summer months, to keep motorized craft (such as jet skis) away from beach activities.

Another to dwell on..

If you look hard enough for holes in your old moth eaten jumper, you'll be sure find one or more.  No need to pick holes. Methinks the Textuserie is in the grips of a very serious moth infestation.

Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos Empty Re: Textusa: The Three VERY IMPORTANT photos

Like many things "McCann" it is difficult to make any sense of it.

The time allocated for Mini-sail is only 30 minutes.  There is no explanation of what happens in the missing half hour
The day allocated was changed from Wednesday to Thursday
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

In that time a small flock, herd, or gaggle (giggle ?) of small children has to be assembled, formed up into
the regulation "Sammy Snake", marched purposefully down to the beach, a distance of around 485 m (530 yards)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

when they then have to be kitted out with wet suits, and life jackets, and given a full H&S Briefing, . . .
They then do whatever Mini-Sail activities they do  (including
heroically hurling themselves into the Atlantic Ocean to save an errant sun hat)
finish the activity, return to the beach, divest themselves of the life jackets and wet-suits
dry themselves (or be assisted in this by the nannies), change (where, incidentally ?)
into warm and dry clothing since it is early May, air temperature is hovering around 19º and there is a stiff WSW breeze
form up into the "Sammy Snake" and return to the Creche above the Ocean Club reception

ALL WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

As an erstwhile member of a Police Underwater Search Unit, I can tell you that simply getting into the kit can take longer than that.

It makes no sense.
Something happened, but not this
