They're probably more aware of Carter Ruck than the background of the case!

Hmmm. Wouldn't it be interesting to know if 4 women with the same professional credentials would have interpreted in the same way.
Obviously I'm not in this field, but my reactions to their answers evoke something completely different. I remember the Mirror forum well and pretty much universally the public reaction was that you had a pair of shifty characters sat there.

Re: New video analsying Mccans body language
I came here looking to post this video, which I stumbled across when watching the body language analysis of Prince Edward. I watched it with what I thought was an open mind, I like and believe these guys, I can't dismiss their opinions, but I do wish they would do some more studying of the body language around the whole case.
To sum up, I was absolutely convinced that the McCanns were guilty of a crime, whether accidentally killing their child, or a more sinister paedophile transaction/cover up. Now I am not so sure, had something like this been evaluated a decade ago, I could have saved a long trip down a rabbit hole.

People can be very deceptive in what they show to the outside world, they can do horrendous crimes and carry on with their lives as if nothing has happened.Gilteeashell wrote:I came here looking to post this video, which I stumbled across when watching the body language analysis of Prince Edward. Ian Stewart has been jailed for 34 years for dumping the dead body of his wife in a cesspit under the garage floor, she was the author Helen Bailey, he has now been found guilty of murdering first first wife 6 years previously. So he could obviously fool everyone, his relatives, his work colleagues, his neighbours, his postman, his milkman, the supermarket delivery man. I expect they all thought he was a lovely guy and felt sorry for him because his wife/wives "had walked out on him".
There are many others who have committed crimes and not been found out for years so obviously they can carry on their normal lives and what they've done doesn't affect them until karma catches up with them.

If only Statement analysis, Body language and Dogs were admissible as proof...
Along with Polygraph testing, it would have closed this case in week one...

Specialist trained dog alerts are admissible in a court of law if supported by corroborative evidence. That is a reality, not a vague possibility dependent on interpretation.
Polygraph testing can be a guide but it's not reliable.
Statement analysis and body language are subject to individual interpretation. It would be catastrophic if allowed in a court of law as some semblance of evidence.

Statement analysis is good in terms of intelligence (if done by a professional), but should not be considered evidence of anything.
Body language is very reliable - but it depends on how trained you are and what you are analyzing.

Maybe watching Peter Hyatts videos has impacted on Youtube suggestions for my account, but there seems to be an increasing amount of body analysis from the Ramsays, Prince Andrew, Pres Trump, Mc Canns. A lot of it IMO adds very little to the topic in question, and is very little better than clickbait.

I'm glad the "McCann's Embedded Confessions" video got so many views, though.
It was through this video that I first discovered Richard Hall's work.

They make the observation that it's a 'soft' interview. In fact, there weren't any difficult questions. This was a time when the McCs were in full control of the 'agenda'. In the 'did-you-kill-your-daughter' interview, their story has started to unravel and they leak like watering cans.
Conclusion: four experts will look back on this stunt as the moment they conspired to undermine their own credibility lol.

On YouTube there is a Video from Dr.Ludke I would recommend.
Dr. Christian Ludke shows some direct comparisons I think you all will find compelling.
I think it is subtitled in English. Check it out.

I just watched Part 1. The idea that it was a planned disappearance is even more chilling than the accidental death theory. Yet it's completely consistent with the available evidence. Thank you. Link below:

The Behaviour Panel - analysis of the McCanns
Hi all, not been around for a few years... you know that feeling; get demoralised at the lack of justice.
Recently came across a great YouTube channel called 'The Behaviour Panel'... I enjoyed their style and interaction and watched a few of their analyses of various interrogations / court testimonies / media statements etc. Then I noticed they'd done one on the McCanns. I watched it and was somewhat surprised that they concluded that the McCanns were being 100% truthful. They seemed to focus on (and more importantly to accept) the 'we checked on them every 30 minutes' story; and concluded that these parents were displaying credible 'self-blame' for that.
I left very conflicted: I've agreed with a lot of what this panel has said in various other analyses but just cannot on the McCanns. I think they were suckered by the switch from 'worse' (causing death) to 'bad' (leaving them alone for a bad man to take...) but surely the experts would spot that.... wouldn't they?
I'd be interested in anyone else's view if you've got the time to watch their video:

Apologies if this has been viewed / shared before. I did search for it in the topics but couldn't see any reference to it so thought it might be interesting.

Yes, ProfessorPPlum, as you can see the video has been uploaded before.
I've merged the two topics.
Welcome back .... it's being demoralised at the injustice that keeps us going .
