DANNY COLLINS again, with a 'new' theory...that's actually 10 years old - Sun on Sunday, 23 April 2017

The 'WANDERED OFF' Theory
How do Danny Collins and the Sun get away with this?
This is not a 'new' theory, it's just a re-hash of the rubbish book 'Vanished' he wrote nearly 10 years ago:

KM is quite clear that the window was open when she did her check at 10 pm.
If the shutters can only be opened from the inside, then so must the window.
So, who opened the window?

MO, on his 'NOT check' Madeleine erm 'visit', when he 'set' the 'scene', window open, shutter UP, for KM to 'find'?
R O'B/JT 'keeping a beady' on the 'open window' so that NO 'real' burglator enters G5A, and takes the twins, until KM 'arrives' for her 'great 'whooshing curtains/slamming door' performance'.

KM's were the only fingerprints found even though GM claimed he'd closed the window and the shutter from the inside. No damaged window, no damaged shutters,no forensic evidence. Her first story was rather different to the later whooshing slamming version.

At around 10pm, the interviewee went to check on the children. She went into the apartment by the side door, which was closed but not locked, as she said before. She noticed that the door to her children's bedroom was completely open, the window was also open, the shutters raised and the curtains open, while she was certain of having closed them all as she always did.
Richard Oldfield got the way the door opened "muddled" It opens left to right and Madeleine's bed would have been immediately in view. Not blocked by it as he claimed.
