At least it made it's way back to the UK once it's photoshoot days were over.

You'd think they would have buried it (or whatever) with Maddie and the pink blanket.

But then I suppose it wouldn't have been much good for Kate to be pictured without something to cling on to.

Cuddlecat was merely a stage prop for the sympathy vote. Whoever came up with the idea that it would mean anything to the public after it had been washed, needs to look how stupid an idea it was by all the comments over the many years.

To carry it around, sniff at it and have it's head poking out of a shoulder bag is laughable.

Many people do things in their life and with hindsight it makes them cringe. Cuddlecat & the photoshoot are both highly embarrassing in my opinion.

I'm no fan of the Beatles, and a much lesser fan of PR or Clarence Mitchell, the snake that appears in your newspapers and sneaks up your sewer pipe into your toilet and bites you on the bottom if you dare to criticize the magnificence of his sickening profession.

However, you have to laugh/cry/vomit at the sheer incompetence of this foolish man who turned Madeleine McCann into 'the perfect campaign' and went on to crow about his accomplishment.

Yes, this man, the spokesperson for the McCann family actually did that to a three year old girl for a fat fee.

Somehow, I don't think so.

I believe the tenth anniversary was the finale in broad terms. The show will of course go on, how can it be otherwise but I don't think we'll be seeing any more appeals for money or searching or sightings, as Kate McCann said during the interview with Fiona Bruce.. 'well of course ten is a very big number...', or words to that effect.

Methinks it was their swansong as far as public persona is concerned. We shall see - such is the unpredictability of showbiz!

I know! Starting top left: That's Tannerman now pensioned off as his understudy Crechedad has now made the role his own.
Next, George Harrison sadly passed away in 2001. Not that it stopped him turning up, obviously.
Next to him, Poxyman is now the face of Praia Pizza Products.
Next row down, left: That's Posh Spice who is re-engaging with the Spice Girls to shake off the stigma
Next is the Exton Twins, the first twins not to be related but now pretending to be the Podesta Brothers lol!
