Have Scotland Yard got the right three men who were responsible for Madeleine's disappearance?

And how would SY explain Edie and Keela's alerts?

For instance, was there any heavy regency furniture, large sized old Master's painters, cabinets full of Paul Storr, perhaps even Paul de Lamerie silverware to be conveyed to an awaiting removal van. Was there any sophisticated alarms to be bypassed, lifts to be deactivated, 2 metre walls to be drilled through, etc. etc.Tony Bennett wrote: OK, I am starting off this thread with eight questions. None of the 'above' but..................there WERE 'valuable' cameras, passports, money, keys (quick phone call to UK, 'get round McS they are all here in Portugal'), watches (?) .....................NONE of which were 'taken'
Oh yeah, there were also THREE 'kiddies', ALL under 4 years old, left ALONE in that, diliberately and consciously, willingly and knowingly, UNLOCKED apartment!

I think that the general consensus of opinion, Jean, is that there were only two 'kiddies' left alone in their apt. on the evening of the 3rd. inst. May 2007 and that they probably weren't left alone as long as the McCanns would have us believe.jeanmonroe wrote:

There was no Portuguese DNA database to match against in 2007.Tony Bennett wrote: OK, I am starting off this thread with eight questions. I hope members here will add to my list:

3. Does Scotland Yard have any forensic evidence whatsoever from the McCanns’ apartment linking any of these three men to their alleged presence in that apartment that night? – No forensic evidence of an intruder has ever been found
...
The first DNA match in Portugal was in 2012.
Arguidos are not required to provide DNA unless a judge enforces it, based on evidence. DNA is seldom taken in Portugal. It requires a court conviction, a sentence of 3 years plus, and a judge deciding it is appropriate.
OG does not have a DNA match, otherwise the 3 men would be in jail.
