can a cost of all involved in Madeleine McCann's disappearance/Abducted be accounted for?

In the Eight years of this little girls disappearance / Abduction from apartment 5a Ocean Club 3 May 2007 ever be costed?
Before answering the question, think of the amount of time and person's involved in the protection of innocence of the named arquidos and who has had secret trysts with Lawyers behind the backs of different Countries Police Forces?
Who have had access to the best Lawyers and had the ears of previous and present Prime Ministers,special acolytes from Rupert' MSM companies?
Operation Grange after four years of jaunts to Portugal and Crime Watch documentaries are no further along with their investigations, but have implicitly ruled out as suspects of a possible criminal involvement a special group of friends!!?
SIO Hamish Campbell and DCI Andy Redwood, will need to justify the use of public funds that has been spent if or when the case is shelved?
