Madeleine - HELP WANTED - Translation of Portuguese document

I need a Portuguese document (concerning Madeleine) translated into English as soon as possible.
Does anyone out there know of anyone with proven Portuguese-English translation skills (not necessarily an accredited translator) who could help translate a document, or can anyone put me in touch with such a person.
Payment can be made and will be negotiated, though not necessarily at normal translator's rates.
