It seems the media are just keeping the story running with anything. Keeping the pressure on the McCanns. I think Scotland Yard intend to find out what really happened.

Sounds like they are planning to claim that Madeleine wandered off and got picked up outside the apartment. Blasting MWT is just a way of distancing themselves from this to make it seem more authentic.

Maddie possibly got picked up outside the apartment and whoever picked her up decided to go into the apartment instead of getting out of the area as quickly as possible and open the window as a red herring? hmmmmmm. Is MWT just another stalking horse for OG to see what the public will accept in terms of a McCann end game?
