Of course it's a shit article, it's written to counter the arrticle in teh Huffington Post where it is stated that I found MADELEINE under Murats rear GRAVEL driveway, why do you think Clarence Mitchell got the WASHINGTON post to quickly do the article after David Lohr wrote about me. Coincidence no.

And not 1 single person in this forum has had the brains to look carefully at my photo's in the Huffington Post US article and look at what's inside of the squares.Clearly this forums made up of a bunch of idiots.

You are coming across as very frustrated and angry Leachate. May I suggest you calm down a bit.

You said in the past that Murat was entirely innocent, but now you suggest on another thread in this forum that he was bribed. It can't be both.

I know one thing for certain. I wouldnt allow a missing child's body to be buried in my garden for the cost of a gravel path.

A gravel path only needs to have some earth removed, then a layer of roadstone, a weed proof membrane and then gravel. Please Leachgate, could you explain whether that was the method used? Thanks.

I'm struggling with this a little,
While I could believe that "a body" was placed on the Murat Property at some point, which would obviously be "the perfect solution" in that it would counter any further need for SY and PJ reviews and any unfavourable conclusions that they my possibly reach, at the same time, putting a former Arguido firmly back in the frame.
Why then, did the Dogs not alert to the area and if as Mr Birch states, the body went in the ground that evening, where did the person who buried the body and placed the mound of rubble on top of the area find the spade?
Are we to believe that Mr Murat was involved as surely, the chances of somebody just picking a property and chancing on a spade and/or digging tools would be pretty small?

Also, I read that DNA was suggested to have been "planted", where would the DNA have come from? did the PJ know in that case, of the location of the body, because otherwise, where would it have been found?

I have viewed the area in google earth, used the timeline feature and it does appear that a driveway of sorts was placed in the area after May 2007 and also, the photos in the Huffington post, do show and area that seemed to be undisturbed following the searches, but, why did the dogs not alert?

Ok ladies and gentleman lets take this 1 step at a time. I am going to answer all your questions 1 by 1 .Don't make any assumptions about me, ask me a question and I,ll try and answer it, if I cannot answer it for fear of being sued, I,ll say "pass Leachate"

Much of my investigation has been on gut feel, some speculation and then just common sense. Just like you I have had to make assumptions. But the difference with me is I don't try and get all the dots in line, I only try to get enough dots in line to be able to follow the road - the yellow brick road.

What's more important then the facts on hand, is the reaction afterwards - It's important to know exactly how or why the dogs missed the child in the yard, but rather the reaction of Kate and Gerry to not wanting to dig !!! You see if you focus on the dogs, there could be a million reasons why the dogs missed the child, if you focus on Kate, why despite me writing 2 letters and the Huff Post contacting her attorney's telling her 4 US ground specialists believe something is under the ground, she chooses to say, we not interested in digging. Action reaction. I have a scan something is under the driveway,why despite being in Correio da Manha 6 times stating that, did the Prime Minister send me a letter from the director of the Policia Judiciaria saying the University of Averio checked it and there's nothing - well his lying, take a look at the Huff Post US (not UK) article, and you can see a pile of rubble in te yard 15 May 2007 and Oct 2007 Action - reaction (it's the reaction that's important) that's how you know you onto something.

Don't over-analyse something until the cows come home - 2 years investigation is confirmed by Kate's left eye muscles contracting when my name is mentioned (action reaction)

When you play cards, sometimes you bluffand sometimes you don't - and you watch your opponent-- like I watch the Mc Canns lauch press releases simultaneously with mine.An example is Huff Post me - Washpost

Mr Birch, I will assume for the moment that you are exactly who you say you are. Perhaps you can understand that, due to the somewhat rude and aggressive manner in which you appeared on this forum, some people are finding it hard to take you seriously.

Can you tell me please how you can be sure that the remains which you state are buried in the grounds of the Murat residence are human (rather than a dead family pet) and how you can state with certainty whose they are and exactly when they were buried.

I do agree that "normal" parents would welcome any chance to find closure as to what had happened to their child but as we have seen, nothing about the McCanns or this case can be described as normal.

If one starts a campaign as Leachate suggests it may compromise the Jill Havern Forum because it will give certain people a platform to point fingers and condemn this site and others for being reactionary, disturbing the peace of an old lady's golden years etc. Leachate/Birch should have contacted the Forum Admin first to propose his plan. After all when you propose a business strategy you do not approach the staff of an organization and whip them up into following you blindly into your venture. That's just plain Rude and Silly.
