So what was the purpose of the fund? Why claim that it was running dry? Why continue to make public appeals for donations?

So what was the purpose of the fund? Why claim that it was running dry? Why continue to make public appeals for donations?

Note the use of the "charity" word as well. Does charity begin & end in UK only then Brian as donations to the McCanns limited fund had to pay for their disastrous injunction adventures against Goncalo Amaral in Portugal.

You know, that never occurred to me. We've totally misunderstood Mr. Kennedy - perhaps we should publicise his offer more widely. I think he deserves a lot more recognition and moreover, whatever Tony has done to the McCanns - he cannot possibly have endangered their financial situation to the extend that his actions hampered the search for Madeleine.

In any case, they never needed the Fund to search for her. Police, press and public were all working for free.

It feels so long ago that my memory is probably not brilliant but I do recall that they initially started the first fund which was to find Madeleine with all its associated costs and a little later around the period where they were made arguidos, there was talk of another fund to be used by them for the purpose of proving their innocence. Wasn't it that fund to which Mr Kennedy signed up? I am probably wrong but if it was then maybe that is what he is funding rather than the search for Madeleine although if I am right it does appear a little odd as finding her would be the very highest priority so would get any donated money over anything else I would have guessed.

Since I have the right to my prerogative in human rights.

I am a big girl now and do not believe in Father Christmas, nor do I believe someone would give away millions of pounds to someone they had never met nor knew anything about them.

Especially after they had admitted leaving their sweet three year old child in a dark, strange room, in a foreign country and the child had cried her eyes out the night before they left her again, this time its alleged she went missing, purely down to the fact they had left alone with two small babies under two years old, with none to hug them.

Mr Kennedy is said to have been brought up in the Johovah Witness faith by his father, some say he too is a Witness.

Robert Murat's girlfriend is herself a Johovah Witness, and also it has been said by a witness who stayed at the same appartments in Ocean Club, they had seen Murat's girl friend calling around with other Johovah Witness.

Jane Tanner and Rachel Oldfield both worked for company (Private Equity fd) a top exec head hunting company, Mr Kennedy would certainly need their services for all of his Eleven Companies in his Latium Group, could they be the link to the McCanns, Oldfield or Tanner maybe?

Jane certainly put her head on the block for Kate, ya reckon?
