Regarding the procedure 2 KLs 213 Js 52790/18 (15/22), which was carried out on the 16th February 2024 (see separate press preview for 2 KLs 15/22), the continuation date has been cancelled tomorrow Friday, 08/16/2024.

The next continuation date is scheduled for:

He has had at least one English girlfriend for some time.
His handwriting is also confirmed.

A witness also testified that he heard Brückner boast about knowing where Madeleine McCann was. In Gonçalo Amaral’s opinion, this was “a fabrication of a false suspect” in order to “influence” the ECHR while it deliberated on the McCann’s case.

He wants to report about several Rapes Brückner boasted about which all occurred in Portugal during his time there.

The late interrogation of a witness by video link to Portugal brought no new findings, a planned online survey to France failed completely. With this, the previously known program of evidence of the Braunschweig Regional Court is almost over and the proceedings against the 47-year-old German are nearing their end.

On Thursday, a 47-year-old woman reported as a witness about a festival in Portugal in June 2017. According to the indictment, Christian B. masturbated in the early hours of the morning in the sight of children. They are said to have turned in fright to parents, who were holding the suspect until the Portuguese police arrested him.

Her then seven-year-old daughter is still traumatised today, the mother said. The girl did not want to talk to the court at all. "We don't want to have this in our heads anymore," said the mother. Both tried not to constantly remember details and talk little about it, because the girl still suffers today.

From the point of view of the Defence, these statements contradict the fact that a TV interview with the two was broadcast in Germany. Christian B.'s lawyers have already emphasised several times that their client will be acquitted at the end of the trial from their point of view. The procedure will continue on Friday (9 a.m.). dpa

But why spend anything? Even the most Cursory pre-investigation would have resulted in a 'not recommended to pursue' Judgement.

Instead of reading the PJ Files, to see what had to be overcome in the way of known Evidence, the BKA and Wolters have stuck to their preposterous Storyline.

Proving that they do not KNOW anything.

They might have something, something they can't exhibit because of its implications and even if they could would create embarrassment or might act like a boomerang (even for SY). Hence they need some kind of evidence, even tiny.
Or they have nothing at all and it's pure bluff.
But what about HCW's career if he had to justify the circus he set up 4 years back, through the MSM and the slogan "the child is dead" ?

Herr Fülscher has described the Prosecutors Strategy as being extremely brazen.

In the Case of Wolters, ony the Internal Investigations Department can say what should be done with him.

After this trial and taking into account that it missed its target which was to incriminate CB for M's murder, the Internal Investigations Department will investigate the famous evidence that "would make everybody share HCW's opinion about the death of M".
Will HCW produce nothing at all ?
