Brückner will be in Court today to be charged with all the allegations for everything BUT the Abduction and Murder of Madeleine McCann.

Friday is a half day in Germany.

But the process only begins 38 minutes late, the crowd of the press and the public was too great. 

Even before Judge Dr. Uta Engemann can determine the personal details, Defence lawyer Dr. Friedrich Fülscher (39) makes the first application: He considers Schöffin Britta T.-D. to be biased.

In 2019, she called for the killing of Brazilian ex-president Javier Bolsonaro in several tweets on Twitter. "Kill this devil," the judge wrote there, "this bastard must be destroyed." She is therefore not suitable to act as an alderman. The judge lacks  "distance", her views are not compatible with the Basic Law.

The court interrupts for half an hour so that the public prosecutor's office and side action can discuss the application.

At 10.32 a.m. it continues: Prosecutor Ute Lindemann agrees with the request that it is justified. We do not tolerate statements outside the legal system, call for murder and manslaughter, someone like that cannot be a voluntary judge, it says.

The process is addated! In total, only nine minutes will be negotiated on this day!

For the first day of the trial, the reading of the indictment was actually on the agenda. In October 2022, the Braunschweig Public Prosecutor's Office had submitted an indictment of more than 100 pages after investigations in several European countries.

I have to ensure a fair trial. This is not possible with such a judge," says defender Dr. Friedrich Fülscher (39) to BILD.

Update:

The trial will continue next Friday - probably with a new lay judge.

A total of 29 trial days have been scheduled for the hearing in Braunschweig (Lower Saxony) and more than 40 witnesses have been summoned. According to the planning, a verdict could be reached on June 27.

Does this not count as "Conspiracy to pervert the course of Justice" or its equivalent in German law ?

It also raises a serious question about whether H. Wolters has ever actually talked to Clarke.     
What Clarke has reported would surely have been a serious breach of any professional code of conduct.
Do we believe that a Staatsanwalt would be so negligent ?

Wolters has also complained in a Podcast that he has been ‘Quoted’ and was surprised as to what he had allegedly said.

If the Press are saying he said things when he did not, WHY is he not Debunking it? Theonly time he did that was when Sandra said they had found Fibres in Brückners Van.

He never discounted the JC Alcossebre sighting.
He has not said a word about Ken Ralph’s claims.

He has never Sued any News outlets for bringing him into disrepute.

A TECHNICALITY over a rogue tweet of a lay judge has postponed the opening day of the trial of Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner.
The German paedophile, 47, is in the dock for a range of sex crime charges, including multiple rapes and attacks against children.
However the first day of his trial ended in chaos upon the discovery of ‘concerning’ tweets from the part-time support judge Britta Donckel.
One random post threatened to kill the former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonero for his ‘destruction of the rainforest’.

The tweets brought the first day’s proceedings to a halt after just two hours.
It came after Brueckner, suspected of being behind the disappearance of British toddler McCann in Portugal in 2007, was led into the court in handcuffs.
Pictured for the first time since his mugshot arrest in Milan, in Italy in 2018, he looked frail and nervous.
Flanked by three bulky prison officers he was led into court in handcuffs, hidden by a blue file and sat in between his lawyer Dr Friedrich Fulscher and fellow brief Professor Dr Bock.
The Olive Press was in court to hear Kiel-based Fulscher make a nine-minute opening statement slamming the ‘aggressive’ and ‘irresponsible’ tweets of judge Donckel.
Speaking in German, the gathered English press pack, plus journalists from Spain, Portugal and Ireland, only managed to pick up the words ‘Twitter’, ‘X’, ‘Bolsonero’ and ‘James Palmer’.

It soon became apparent that the lay judge, one of a panel of five judges, had actually written ‘kill the b*****d now’ and ‘kill the devil’, referring to Bolsonaro.
She had also called for the death of American hunter James Palmer, who had infamously killed 13-year-old Cecil the Lion in Zimbabwe without a permit. 
It, perhaps understandably, led Dr Fulscher to insist she was unfit to judge his client and could not be relied upon.
After a dramatic 30-minute recess, in which Brueckner was led out to a holding cell again in handcuffs, the court adjourned with Judge Dr. Christina Engemann agreeing.
Despite there being three other lay judges already sworn in it was decided that the delay meant the trial should be rescheduled to begin again next Friday.

If NOT, then his claim to have Copyright over the two latter photos may be evidence that he committed an offence.

H. Fülscher was speaking in German, because he is German in a German court of law in which the language to be used, by law, is German.
WHY THE HELL would any paper of note send reporters who did NOT Speak fluent German to report on this case. ?   
They managed to pick up five words ( four words and one letter !). But no doubt wrote long articles and claimed payment, and expenses.

Watching Clarke's antics there is going to be fun.

Fülscher got the Lay Judge fired before CBs Personal details were even Confirmed.

The evidence against the German paedophile has been presented to judges.

So Peter Bleksley is certain that the McCann's are innocent of Madeleine's disappearance. I do not understand how a seasoned  policeman,  who held a high rank,   can dismiss that possibility. If they had been a hundred miles away, fair enough.

But Christian B might be able to avoid the rape charge as Hazel told the police her perpetrator had a large, cross-shaped scar on his right thigh, according to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
In the Irish police protocol of the incident, it is described as "a tattoo on his backside".
However Hazel said that this was a translation error and that she had seen either a scar or something else like a large birthmark or a mole.

MADELEINE McCann suspect Christian Brueckner has splashed out "thousands to change his looks” and could be unrecognisable to the man he was in 2007, cops say.

German detectives monitoring the McCann case are thought to believe the convicted rapist has created “an illusion” with his current look and is now a wildly different man to when Madeleine vanished.


A source close to the investigation said that cops think this could be a key reason why the search has stalled for so many years.

On Saturday, the source said: “The Christian B of today is not the same person he was back in 2007 when Maddie disappeared.

“German detectives are convinced he looks very, very different and has blown tens of thousands of pounds changing the way he looks.

“For a long time, Christian B was a prolific drug-dealer who earned a lot of money and lived a very nice lifestyle. He had the means to have surgery and to make changes to the way he looked.

“Officers think there’s every chance the way he looks now is an illusion to the man he was 10, 15 years ago.

"They’ve always been concerned that this is a key area cops in the Algarve failed to properly grip or investigate fully from day one. So it’s an area they will be focusing on a lot more in the months ahead.”

The source added there’s even a chance they could re-issue photo e-fits and wanted posters to help find fresh information about the chilling case.

One of the ways Brueckner allegedly used to mask his identity was to have surgery to remove a birthmark on his left thigh after an alleged rape.

Prosecutors claim that Brueckner, 47, had it erased to avoid being identified after a knifepoint attack on student Hazel Behan was pinned on him.

The woman told police exactly where the recognisable mark was located during interviews although it was no longer on main suspect Brueckner's body.

Officers did however, find scarring in the spot described by Hazel on him.

It has also been said that he spent £7,500 on having his jaw reset and four "rabbit" teeth straightened just four months after Maddie vanished in Praia da Luz in Portugal's Algarve.

A police sketch that came out in the following few days showed a man with buck teeth near the McCanns' holiday flat.

Brueckner appeared in court earlier this week facing a string of violent sex crimes in and around the resort where Maddie vanished.

One of these alleged victims includes Irish mother Hazel Behan, who says he raped her when she was 20 and working as a ­holiday rep in Portugal in 2004.

He is also charged with raping and abusing a teenage girl and a 70 to 80-year-old woman at his house in Praia da Luz between December 2000 and June 2006.

Prosecutors allege Brueckner also sexually molested children in Portugal twice.

A handcuffed Brueckner brazenly strode into the hearing with a blank expression on his face before the trial was adjourned after a judge's "kill the b*****d" rant was read out in court.

Leaving the trial to last just nine minutes.

Brueckner's latest trial is not related to the McCann case but cops are hoping that a string of witnesses giving evidence might lead them to discover a chilling overlap.

Further sickening allegations the court heard were that he masturbated in front of a girl at a playground in Messines in June 2017.

He also faces claims he did the same in front of another girl, on Salema beach, Portugal, in April 2007.

Brueckner, currently serving a seven-year sentence for rape, faces up to 15 years behind bars if convicted.

If found not guilty he would be free in two years when his current jail term ends.

He denies all the charges against him.

Brueckner was identified four years ago as the main suspect in the abduction of Madeleine from her family’s holiday flat in Portugal in 2007.

The three-year-old vanished from an apartment in Praia da Luz on the Algarve while holidaying with parents Kate and Gerry, 55, of Rothley, Leics.

German investigators believe Brueckner abducted and murdered her - although no charges have been filed against him.

They previously felt they had "hit a brick wall" with the investigation as no new leads had come forward for months.

The source told us: “Detectives hope the trial will offer new information and areas they can focus on.

"They are getting virtually no support from cops in Portugal who ruled out Christian B a while ago. As far as they’re concerned, linking him to Maddie is a nonsense.”

They are hoping the fallout from the new case could finally reveal crucial details about the toddler's disappearance in Portugal.

And reset his jaw and removed his " buck teeth " to come forward with their " evidence " ?
