Yes indeed, take to facebook and twitter because that's where it all happens - meanwhile decent honourable fora like CMOMM turn to dust in the absence of interest.
Folk would rather argue the toss with the tossers than concentrate on matters of importance like truth and honesty. Trying to keep truth and honesty at the fore is showing to be an impossible goal, to say nothing of a total waste of time.
If this forum fails to maintain impetus, as is looking increasingly likely, it will fade away and 12 or 13 years of energy and enthusiasm will be wasted.
It has always been a vision, in the event of CMOMM closing, it will remain a strong reference source for the future but having seen the demise of other Madeleine McCann fora over the years, I now believe that vision to be blind. Ever tried to find anything specific over on mccannpjfiles lately? More chance of finding what you're looking for using google search.
That is where we are heading.
It would suit the McCann support faction for the likes of CMOMM to be wiped off the face of the earth - so again the system is working.
Take to twitter or facebook or any of the other social media trends and you waste hours/days/weeks/months/years ∞ of precious life. It's only value is here today gone later today - there is seldom, if ever, any constructive commentary on these futile platforms.
Imagine trying to fit the entire content of CMOMM and MMRG into the limited space allowed on these only xxx characters possible platforms. Add to that, they are dark ugly playgrounds for mis/disinformation that encourage the darker side of life - whatever that might be. Suffice to use examples like the suicide rate of children, the abuse of children, planned anarchy, political upheaval, doomsday - the list is endless.
What a pity people don't put their time to better use.
