ADDENDUM ET ERRATUM

Since I posted this, a trusted and critical Madeleine supporter has pointed out somewhat forcefully what may be a serious flaw in my thesis

I may have made a grave error, and missed an important fact, for which I apologise unconditionally.

The description of the PINK top and the SUNHAT in the Boyd/Gusmaroli account, in the forged Pool Photo, AND in KM’s autobiography, cannot be coincidence.

Since we KNOW that the Pool photo was not and cannot have been taken on Thursday 3/5/7, AND we know that the Boyd events did not and cannot have taken place on 3/5/7, 
and by extension not at all, ever, it implies therefore that these ‘facts’ had been conveyed to Boyd/Gusmaroli to be included into the piece, by Someone.  
On the authority or the instruction of Someone, whose identity is as yet not determined, although the short list of candidates is well known to all researchers.


Pooh-Bah. Merely corroborative detail, intended to give artistic verisimilitude to an otherwise bald and unconvincing narrative.        (The Mikado.  G&S)

That they got it so drastically and fatally wrong, confused and scrambled is somewhat ironic as it tends to prove my point – beyond a reasonable waterslide.
