Conspiracy to Pervert, Eh ?
Like naming Robert Murat, repeatedly, as the likely abductor ?
Like making statements to Police, and then changing significant material particulars in other statements to the same Police ?
and so on
That sort of Conspiracy to Pervert, or a different sort ?

Well done the officer who found those text messages and took action.
Ufortunately its cops like those two who make the gen. public very cynical about the police. Yes there are corrupt officers of that I'm sure but I am also sure there are many good ones.
