Shear unadulterated rollox - do they think the public are stupid enough be be sucked-in by this nonsense? It's an utter disgrace.
Court of European Rights my bum - they wouldn't even get the case through customs. Face it, they couldn't even fool the Lisbon Supreme Court with their make-believe tales of woe - what chance have they with a higher being?
More on retired DCI Mick Neville who 'investigated' the case last year..

I just love the way they always stick an ‘exclusive’ label on these bundles of recycled tripe.
As for:
Amaral shamelessly repeated his allegations last week in a glossy magazine interview — and even claimed: “My family has suffered a lot.”
Nothing to be found of course and I’m sure Natasha Donn from the ‘Algarve Resident’ would have let us know if there was any such article.

Gonçalo Amaral certainly touched on the effect the case of Madeleine McCann had on his career, life and marriage during recorded interview - so what? Why shouldn't he put his case before the world after being mercilessly vilified by the UK media?
The McCann faction carried out a relentless vindictive campaign against him personally, when all he was doing was his job. The McCanns shamelessly repeated their allegations - touché !!!

A fund set up to help find Madeleine McCann could be wiped out if her parents lose a court case which is due to start in the next few weeks.
Kate and Gerry McCann are returning to court to fight against the ex-detective who claimed they were responsible for Madeleine's death.
If they lose the case the pair will be forced to pay Goncalo Amaral £750,000, after he made a bid to sue them for compensation.
The couple will face Amaral in the European Court, as public money which was funding the search for Madeleine is about to dry up.
Amaral, who wrote The Truth About The Lie concerning Madeleine's disappearance, claimed in the book that Kate and Gerry covered up her death in Portugal
Following the claims the McCanns' pursued a libel case against him in 2015 and won, however it was later overturned and Amaral was given compensation.
A hearing is expecting this year after Amaral decided to sue the McCanns when their libel case was overturned.
A legal representative for the McCanns lodged the final paperwork at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Amaral recently claimed that his family has 'suffered' a lot from the ordeal, ahead of his court date.
A source told the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]: 'It seems you can say anything you like about someone in Portugal, no matter how awful, and get away with it.
'If the European Court rules against them the trustees will decide on how best to make any payments.
'It would be a blow but Kate and Gerry would keep their heads up and carry on searching.'
There is currently ongoing discusses over extra funding for the continued search of Madeleine, according to the Met Police.
However public cash is expected to dry up in a fortnight, reports the Sun.
Figures show that they is £728,508 left in the pot used to fund the search for Madeleine, which is mostly made up of public donations.
However it could be completely wiped out if the decision stands to award Amaral £430,000 as well as paying costs on top.
It is believed that Kate and Gerry have had to take money from the fund in the past to cover costs of previous hearings.
Retired Det Chief Insp Mick Neville, who last year investigated the case, said: 'It is tragic that funds to try to find her could be lost because of this legal action.
'There is every reason to believe she may be alive.'
The McCanns' Portuguese lawyer Isabel Duarte said: 'This will be our final appeal.
'The basis is the violation of my clients' fundamental rights.'

Public fund to find Madeleine McCann could be WIPED OUT if Kate and Gerry are forced to pay £750,000 to detective who claimed they covered up her death in upcoming court case
- Kate and Gerry sued Goncalo Amaral for claims he made about Madeleine
- Ex-detective Goncalo Amaral said they covered up their daughter's death
- If they lose court case set to start in a few weeks they will have to pay £750,000
- This sum of money would completely wipe out the public fund to find Madeleine

Before delving further into this article of misinformation ^^^, just look at the comments so far published. Clearly the reader still takes everything at face value and thus believe what they read.
For a start, if (very big 'if') this farce is ever presented before the European Court of Human Rights, it would not be a court case per se - there would be no reason for the McCanns to be present. It is but a means to determine if their human rights have been violated.
The article is combining the alleged intention of Dr Amaral to counter sue the McCanns with the alleged application by the McCanns to the ECHR in Strasbourg.
This is not and has nothing to do with McCann v. Amaral. The article implies legal action against the McCanns, again making him look like the bad guy by trying to rob them of this recurring ficticious sum of £750,000, which isn't theirs to own.
The rightful owner of this money is Madeleine McCann - they should be forced to apply to the civil court that made Madeleine a ward of court, before withdrawing money from the 'Fund' !!! Oh no, silly me, it's a limited company isn't it, so they do what the hell they like.
The McCanns have used the press to their advantage from day one. Good publicity v. bad publicity - who cares, just as long as the name is out there to fool the public. It works every time.

Maddie Hunt crisis
Hi Verdi, now that Prince Philip is retired and Queen Elizabeth has reduced her Public appearances, there is a gap in the market,do you think their Newly yet to be appointed,Kate,Gerry could fill these rolls?
It would seem they have had a similar amount of protection,so they are averse to being in the spotlight and have proved proficient on many occasions during the past Eleven years of their apprenticeship?
They feel a Tad bit sorry if Prince Charles and Camilla are over looked, after being so helpful to them since 2007,they do recognise that William,Kate are the future King,Queen of Britain, but will work alongside them whilst bringing up their children.
PS,a tied cottage would be proficient for Two Adults and Two teenage children would be suffice for the present moment during our Duties.
