Hi DougD,imagine if Clarence was selected by Peterborough as an MP,access beyond belief to information withheld from the public's gaze?

Also absolved by Official Secrets Act/Oath upon entering into Parliament!

Covering Ones very tainted reputation?

Article,Clarence was a Spokesperson for the McCann' s on their daughters disappearance?
Is this "Artistic Licence"or what,he has been conjoined at the hip to the McCann family an ever present source of distortions for over Eleven Years!

No mention of One of the biggest Scandals involving Facebook,Cambridge Analytica and Clarence Mitchell representing them with precious links to the Conservative Party,now One of their candidates!

What an appalling choice of candidate for any party! A man so deeply tainted with fake news, manipulation, association with Tony Blair, the Mccann case and no doubt more that does not instantly come to mind. Dreadful for the image of the Conservative party - do they want to lose this seat?

If the Peterborough electorate are deceived by MSM information about this manipulating Conservative candidate and they vote to elect Him,they then deserve anything Clarence Mitchell may provide to them as an MP?

Local boy done good: Peterborough resident Paul Bristow has been selected as the prospective parliamentary candidate for the Conservatives. "Congratulations to him," says conservativehome, "and commiserations to Cllr Helen Harrison and Clarence Mitchell, the two other candidates."

The Labour majority is 607, and if enough of those were like the "little old ladies who wrote to tell us that they were sleeping much better since the return of that nice ‘Mr Mitchell’" that Kate wrote about in her book, @mitch_1uk might even have been elected. I wonder where he will try next?

Hi jonal,thanks for the news on Clarence not being selected for Peterborough, as Conservative candidate,it just shows how toxic he has become,let alone his Cambridge Analytica stunt with its links to the Conservative party,was this a push for services rendered to the Conservatives,that's twice he has been rejected,Third time Lucky!
