Kurt Cobain
Does anyone here have an interest in this case?
If you're a casual observer and want a good starting point, I would recommend watching "Soaked in Bleach" (free on youtube). It's a documentary with some reconstructions thrown in. It makes a compelling case that Courtney Love conspired to murder her husband with the help of a third party, and is based on the work of the Private Investigator, namely Tom Grant, who was hired by Love herself with the ostensible purpose of finding Kurt when he was reported missing.
Tom Grant smelled a rat when Courtney instructed him and instantly decided to document everything about the case, including recording telephone calls.
It's a captivating case which shares some parallels with Madeleine McCann, in particular Courtney Love's control of what came out through mainstream media in the aftermath of his death.

A: A heroin addict is NOT going to shoot themselves, with a 4 foot long shotgun, when they can take the easiest pain free exit possible from their readily available stash of Heroin.

Intriguing.
Enjoy - it is very well made. Let me know what you think.
The audio recordings in it are straight from the source, Tom Grant.

I watched this video today . Interesting despite the horrible loud background music. Why do they DO this? So annoying.
I can’t help but think that Tom Grant has been used. He comes over as a very honest person so maybe he didn’t realise that he was being strung along by Courtney Love but I’m sure he was. Why would she hire Tom Grant just to have him going round in circles trying to make sense of it all and giving him reason after reason to believe that she was involved in Cobain's death in some way.? What did she possibly have to gain? Grant hints at jealousy but I don’t imagine a free love type like Love would suffer from that particular affliction. I don’t know, maybe I’ve become sceptical of all these stars who die at the height of their fame whilst the money keeps rolling in. It’s pretty obvious that it wasn’t a suicide and from Love’s actions, obvious it wasn’t murder. So what was it? Did Cobain even die at all ? For someone who supposedly shot himself in the head with a rifle he looks remarkably intact. There are certainly parallels with the Madeleine McCann story. The story that just rolls on and on with contradiction after contradiction from the MSM all designed to create confusion and story longevity. Having said all that I’m probably the only person on here who believes that Madeleine never died in 5A and was probably still alive for years afterwards . Maybe still is.

He's dead, he was identified by his finger print records.
My view is he was murdered.

Some of the death scene pictures are on the internet.Boba Fett wrote:

He was identifiable without fingerprints.
I think the theory that he was overdosed and killed needs a new investigation. He had a gargantuan (possibly lethal) amount of heroine in his system and would not of been capable of doing anything himself.
The original investigation was rubbish.

The suicide verdict should be changed to "undetermined". From there, a proper investigation should be carried out independently of the Seattle Police Department.
That's all Tom Grant is asking for - to change the verdict to "undetermined".
Although the toxicology report has not been made public, it is generally accepted that there was enough heroin in his bloodstream to kill even a hardened addict three times over. Ex-detective Mike Ciesysnski, unfortunately for him, did an interview where he confirmed that Kurt died of a lethal heroin injection. Shortly afterwards he was fired from his job and replaced by someone more careful with their words.

Re-Kurt Cobain
Is this all about"Political Correctness" of what determination was used to Confirm the Death of Kurt Cobain?Boba Fett wrote:BlueBag wrote:

Please, there is an"Education system" that has to be attained to use the correct terminology of a "Legal System",person's may disagree with the outcomes, aka Ex-detective Mike Ciesynski and his chosen words, but it won't bring Kurt Cobain back to life.
Reports are written to determine "Legal Definitions" so there is No ambiguity.

Kurt Corbain
Forgive me Boba Fett, I haven't watched the Youtube documentary, but if Mr Corbain had three times as much heroin in his system, why would he need to use a Gun after supposedly injecting himself,to make ultra sure of No comeback to life,is this the mystery, shot after taking the drugs,Murder!?Boba Fett wrote:willowthewisp wrote:

It's a good question which is covered in the documentary. The experts in the documentary conclude that Kurt would have been immediately incapacitated with that much heroin in his bloodstream, and consequently would have been incapable of rolling back down his sleeve, putting away his heroin kit, picking up a shotgun and pulling the trigger.
There is also the small matter of no fingerprints being found on the shotgun (it had been wiped down). The shotgun was then handed back to Courtney Love, who had it melted down.
Then you have to consider the physical evidence of the expelled shotgun cartridge being found on the opposite side of the room to where it should have landed had Kurt pulled the trigger himself. It was not possible for the cartridge to land where it was, because the exit chamber was on the other side of the gun. Again, this is covered in the documentary.
All of the above, and so much more, points towards murder. This being the case, a verdict of "suicide" given on the same day by ordinary police (not homicide detectives or anyone more qualified) is unsatisfactory.
Tom Grant has challenged Courtney Love to sue him. He would love it if she sued him, because it would open her up to a detailed assessment of her own evidence under Oath in a court of law. She has not sued Tom Grant.

Cor blimey - that sounds familiar !!! Unless of course an out of court settlement is conveniently agreed upon .Boba Fett wrote:

There is no chance of an out of court settlement. Grant is desperate for her to sue him and it's pretty clear (to me, at least) that he's not in it for the money.
