POLICE are investigating a fund aimed at having Madeleine McCann’s parents prosecuted.
SCAM: page received over £6,000 in donations in less than a day
A Facebook user set up a GoFundMe page he claimed was to raise £1.5million for legal action against Kate and Gerry.
Supporters had pledged £6,615 within 24 hours.
Cruz was blocked by administrators of Facebook site Madeleine McCann: Abduction or Scam even though many of its followers do not support the parents.
A message on the site said: “We do NOT endorse any post by Adam Cruz regarding a gofundme page against the McCanns and urge anyone who reads his plea to NOT donate to this.
“There was nothing to say Adam is who he said he is or indeed where any money would be going.’’

Re: Fraud cops to probe 'Maddie McCann Justice' fund
I read this yesterday, Jill, and I thought it was all very vague.
Quote: I am raising funds to bring a private prosecution against the parents of Madeleine McCann.
end quote.
No details about the prosecution and no knowledge of who the person was. If people have really donated, they should have researched it first.

Thanks for that, Jill, the original idea, but who is Adam Cruz?
Apologies ,I haven't much time atm and I avoid Facebook but I will add that I think getting the McCanns in the dock is futile as I've read in the Freemason's rules, correct me if I'm wrong, that Freemasons are allowed to perjure to save themselves and their fellow brethren. That doesn't say much for them being honourable people, does it?
Didn't the McCanns' give incorrect answers at the Levison hearing?

A fundraising page set up to try and raise £1.5million in an attempt to prosecute the parents of Madeleine McCann is being investigated over fears it is a scam.
The GoFundMe page, called McCanns: Private Prosecution, was set up in the last 72 hours and pledges to raise enough money to hire lawyers to build a case against Kate and Gerry, whose daughter went missing in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in 2007.
Supporters had pledged almost £18,000 to the cause, which was set up by Facebook user Adam Cruz, before concerns were raised that it could be a scam.
The official Madeleine McCann: Abduction or Scam Facebook page suggested it was not an authorised fundraising campaign and questioned where the cash was going.

'It has not been verified and our group has NO association with this fund or person.

'That is no better than the McCanns themselves. We are willing to support this, but with the right people and the right legal representation into the bargain.
'Something that is LEGAL and above board. Written up by a solicitor and not some guy we don't know on fb who has been a member a few hours.'
Mr Cruz's fundraising page had pledged to 'deliver the justice Madeleine McCann deserves.'
He had posted links to the GoFundMe page across social media and onto the Madeleine McCann: Abduction or Scam Facebook page, where administrators blocked him.
The GoFundMe page was set up by Facebook user Adam Cruz, who later took to his own profile page to hit back at claims the page was a scam. He said he had been trying to 'seek justice'
Maddie vanished at the age of three while on holiday with her parents in Praia da Luz, Portugal in 2007 and, despite a high-profile international hunt, no trace of her has ever been found
In response, he wrote on his profile: 'This page blocked me for actively seeking justice for an innocent and defeceless (sic) child.
'I would strongly urge them to unblock me.
'As you can imagine, the high profile case that this is, lawyers from the UK would work with Portuguese and American Lawyers. We are currently in talks with British Lawyers.
'I started a fundraising campaign for 'McCann's: Private Prosecution'. Please tap to donate.'
The GoFundPage was removed this morning after reports it was a scam.
It is understood police are investigating.
Kate and Gerry have campaigned tirelessly for help in solving the disappearance of the youngster but have routinely faced criticism for trying to raise millions to help their case
Hopes were high when the UK investigation into the little girl's disappearance was launched in 2011, with Scotland Yard detectives later highlighting a sex offender who had targeted British families with young children staying in villas in the same area where Madeleine was last seen.
Despite no obvious progress since then, the head of Scotland Yard's murder squad, Detective Chief Superintendent Mick Duthie, remained optimistic earlier this year.
He said: 'There is ongoing work. There is always a possibility that we will find Madeleine and we hope that we will find her alive.'
However, the British operation into her disappearance has since been scaled back from seven officers to four and the forensic operation has concluded altogether.
Kate and Gerry have campaigned tirelessly for help in solving the disappearance of the youngster but have routinely faced criticism for trying to raise millions to help their case.
They came under particular scrutiny when it was revealed they used £1million of the raised funds to pay the mortgage of their £500,000 detached home in Rothley, Leicestershire.
In the weeks after Madeleine's disappearance, they also used the money to pay for campaign trips to Madrid, Amsterdam, Berlin, Washington DC and the Moroccan capital, Rabat - costing around £300,000 in total.
A further £80,000 was paid out for publicity campaigns in Portugal, Spain and Morocco.

£1million (of 'donated/raised' erm, 'funds') to 'pay the mortgage' of a £1/2 million 'house'!
B- for 'math'
UNLESS 'they' did 'use' £1million of raised funds to pay the mortgage of a house, valued at only £1/2 million!
They liked the house soooo much, they paid the mortgage.......... TWICE over!

A private prosecution can not be brought, it is out of UK jurisdiction. Files on the Internet about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann are hearsay, including the Allegedly released PJ Files.

We are glad to post what is a scam. It looks like he is busy relieving people of money. We also had a message from J****** in our contact form
“I am wanting to make you aware of Francis Williams (Robert D Guest), he is a part of the scam on the Go Fund Me page. He uses many names in Facebook we are trying hard to get this account shut down but Facebook are not very helpful. Is there anything you can do to help?”. We can’t do much about that, but it is interesting, and we do know about others who are supporters of the supposed McCann fraud concerning their own allegedly scam “Find Madeleine” Limited Company. We are aware of most of it but we can’t be personally involved, regardless of our views. As is stated in our advice “Do not give these people any money“. By all means donate to worthy charities, but that lot are not charities and are very dodgy in extreme.
(Honest Guv needs a new Rolls Royce but we don’t ask anyone for money )

Have no Doubts, the UK Police will soon apprehend Adam Cruz and his Gofundme campaign and investigate his actions, now we do not know if the UK Police have ever Investigated,Kate and Gerry's,"Find Madeleine Fund"set up after Eleven days of her reported disappearance, spearheaded at the time by Clarence Mitchell, via expensive London Lawyers, when the parents where reportedly having hard times with bringing up their children and family environment?

A 'source' close to the McCanns say they don't respond to 'nuisance trolls'
Responding to the claims, a 'source' close to the couple said: 'They don't respond to anything these nuisance trolls say or do.
'It just fuels it and gives them a sense of self importance.'
Clarence Mitchell, spokesperson for the family, added: 'There will be no comment at all from Kate and Gerry.'
And......... HE'S BACK, 'in the room'!
Did the McCanns 'lie' about 'dumping him, axing him' in August 2016?
Or does he 'know' too much about, and i apologise, 'where the 'bodies' are possibly buried'?
And they could never, ever, actually 'dump' him?
CM was the person that said 'stuff money in envelopes and send to Ka£e and Ge££y, Rothley, it will get there'
So alright for 'him' to 'ask' for 'untraceable, untaxed' money, but not alright for another 'scammer' to do 'the same'?
Pot, kettle, black.!
