Banned Answer on Yahoo Answers: Help Wanted Empty Banned Answer on Yahoo Answers: Help Wanted

Post by Tony Bennett Mon Jul 26, 2010 10:01 pm

Posted without further comment, except to say that if you would like to help by reporting 'muratfan's abuse, that would be nice, I give the links below. I reported the abuse of Yahoo's T&C by these three questions from 'muratfan' in rapid succession yesterday. In case some people ask why I bother responding to them at all, this is the answer: muratfan's hostile questions came up immediately, as soon as they were posted, on Google web alerts for either 'Madeleine McCann' or 'Madeleine Foundation'. Thousands of people may therefore view the links. Unfortunately many people may believe what they read, not knowing muratfan's past history:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Muratfan's original question and commentary which is still being ALLOWED

Will Tony Bennett of the Madeleine Foundation Ever stop harrassing the McCanns?

He claims they killed their daughter despite a lot of dodgy evidence that was based on a libellous book by a disgraced ex Police Officer called Amaral. Amaral was convicted of lying, and complicent in beating up suspects he had in custody.

My response yesterday which has now been BANNED

I am Tony Bennett, Secretary of The Madeleine Foundation. Contrary to the deliberate lies of 'MURATFAN', whoever he is, I have NEVER said that the McCanns killed Madeleine McCann. The information that 'MURATFAN' gives about Mr Amaral, the senior detective who investigated the case for the first four months, is also partially untrue.

The salient facts are:
1. The detectives accused with Mr Amaral of beating up Leonor Cipriano were all found NOT GUILTY.
2. Leonor Cipriano is a serial liar now serving a 16-year jail term, along with her brother Joao, for killing her own 8-year-old daughter, Joana, whom she at first reported as having been abducted
3. Mr Amaral was merely found guilty of 'filing a false report' in a trial many people said was politically motivated. He has appealed and under Portuguese law the sentence does not take effect until his appeal is heard (it has been delayed so far by 14 months)
4. Mr Amaral's book 'The Truth About A Lie' sold half-a-million copies in nine European countries before the McCanns succeeded in banning it by means of a temporary injunction last September
5. The McCanns claim that Mr Amaral's book is 'libellous'. However, the courts have not yet ruled on the McCanns' libel claim. They are asking for over £1 million damages. The final hearing in the libel trial is yet to take place and has already been delayed for over a year.

'Murtafan's reply, using the alias John Smith, which Yahoo Answers is still ALLOWING

No. He has photos of their home and of their family. He likes to visit their place of work to intimidate them. He brags about the stress he has caused them.

There is zero evidence to support the claim that Cipriano is a serial liar. She is an uneducated peasant woman. The court accepted as TRUE the fact that she was beaten while in custody. The detectives were found not guilty because a bag was placed over her head and she was not able to identify the men who hit her. The court found Amaral guilty of falsifying a report to cover up what his men did.

The girl's body has never been found. One of the judges on the jury demanded that his verdict be recorded as not guilty because he was stunned at the lack of evidence. There is no proof that the girl is even dead - just a small bit of blood found on a bannister. Amaral claimed the motive was that the girl walked in on her mother sleeping with her uncle, yet this is one of the MANY things marked as "not proven" in the court record. So there is no motive. Without the confession, there is nothing.

Amaral accused the McCanns of the SAME things he accused Cipriano of - deviant sexual behavior leading to the girl's death, then freezing her body and making it disappear (he never quite worked out how in the McCann case).

Amnesty International marks the Cipriano case as one of injustice.

Banned Answer on Yahoo Answers: Help Wanted Empty 4th time

Post by Tony Bennett Mon Jul 26, 2010 11:23 pm

He's at it again on Yahoo Answers tonight - his fourth successful posting of a question - and each time it's Googled immediately to thousands:

++++++++++++

Did Tony Bennett (Madeleine Foundation) Not Pass On Information About A Missing Girl?

Is it true that Bennett received information regarding a missing girl called Madeleine McCann. Bennett apparently refused to pass it onto the proper authorities saying it was not worth it,
Since when did he become the investigating officer

One newspaper reported that he has received donations from people in error, thinking they were donating to the REAL Madeleine site.
Massive diatribe was rattled off to the editor(the same as always). Editor fell asleep after reading the 1st of 60 paragraphs.

Right from the word 'go' we always had a big disclaimer on our home page syaing that we had 'nothing whatsoever' to do with the McCanns' fund-raising activities to 'find Madeleine'. There's a similar disclaimer on our current site.

Ah! Well just for the record I did say that I did on one occasion receive very relevant information from a source; I didn't pass it on because, shall we say, the information had not yet crystallised into a usable form. There were also concerns about the source.

Maybe the headline to the OP was stretching it, but in the OP I made it clear that it was just one answer that was banned.

Banned Answer on Yahoo Answers: Help Wanted Empty Another victory for muratfan

Post by Tony Bennett Wed Jul 28, 2010 8:54 am

'muratfan' a.k.a. Ian West a.k.a. Bob Bobbitt a.k.a. John Smith a.k.a. Norah Batty etc. etc. [all names he's used on Yahoo Answers during the last few days] has gained another victory, as this answer of mine has also been deleted:

muratfan question:

Question: Did Tony Bennett (Madeleine Foundation) Not Pass On Information About A Missing Girl?

TB's deleted Answer:

Deleted Answer: Here is the fourth malicious and libellous question about me posted by muratfan alias John Smith alias Ian West during the past 36 hours. I have reported abuse of T&C in respect of them all, plus 'John Smith's answer on one of his questions yesterday (that is, him answering himself). I do hope Yahoo Answers actually reads the e-mails of those who report abuse? It's about time this evil man was stopped by Yahoo Answers from abusing this otherwise most valuable internet resource.

Yahoo Answers decision:

If that photo of the man in Ufercoffy's post is Muratfan then it shows how crap I am at guessing folks by what and how they type.

I actually thought Muratfan was more than likely female to be honest. Her posts on here always felt sort of feminine rather than masculine and I suppose if she is a man I need to apologise for that - sorry.

Mr Bennett why bother posting more posts on Yahoo? If they are deleting them you might as well stop. I understand that not posting could be seen as Muratfan "winning" but heck, it seems that it could be something beyond your control so why give your self a headache trying?

20! That's plenty. I've tried to search but it showed up 5 at a times and got fed up keeping up because the questions are repeatitively BORING. I notice some very interesting answers in support of TB though with even on eye-catching name.

I am usually not arsed about yahoo questions n answers though - waste of time.
