Judge Stephen Wildblood QC said that if everyone behaved like Rebecca Minnock there would be "anarchy" as he criticised the 35-year-old and her family for trying to "manipulate the press" - insisting it was "her choice" to go on the run.

I wonder what this judge thinks about Bell Pottinger revealing the McCanns paid them £500,000 to keep the Madeleine story on the front pages of the papers for 12 months?

Well, we can all 'refer' to Tim Bell, 'manipulating' the 'press' for a year and getting 1/2 Milliom FROM the McCanns to DO so, to 'keep them on the front pages'!

As to Minnock 'case' 'manipulating the press' was a PRE PLANNED 'strategy'

(The little 'minx'!)

And 'the press' fell 'for' it......hook, line and sinker!

The Scum 'thought' they had 'it' in the bag, but with RB no longer providing 'carrier bags stuffed with £30,000' the Daily Mail 'blind sided' them and er, 'got' the 'exclusiffs'!

NOTHING gets 'passed' the brilliant, we're not STOOPID, UK Madia, does it?

It is not only Mitchell, and Bell feeding the stories IN
there also the small matter of Carter-Ruck and similar firms keeping the truth OUT

perhaps the MSM can use this judgment as a precedent, and say - from now on we will not be manipulated.

This case has not really been a case of what happened to Madeleine IMO, this case has been a "business" with lots of money splashed around for all the important players in it, and still continues to this day. Tons of money made off the back of an innocent little girl, who is more than likely deceased. Its worse than disgusting.

Prior to the commencement of a private hearing, Judge Stephen Wildblood QC made a statement to the court.

He said: "Huge amounts of time, effort and money were spent on the case and it is simply unfair for a party to attempt to use the press in an attempt to deny another person justice.

"Not only is it absurd for anyone to try to 'play the press' in that way, because that inevitably backfires, but it is also an utterly irresponsible way to behave from the point of view of the welfare of a child.

"It means that an attempt has been made to use each one of you, members of the press, and the court system as a whole as a part of a publicity stunt that has now been played out in public."

And the difference between this and another case is . . . What, precisely ?
