@PM
"Surely the McCanns MUST now appeal against these (dog) findings .?".
YEP! GM can then enlighten us all, with his 'expertise' on Police 'cadavar/blood' dogs!
Oh, hang on, what was that the Judge 'asked' him, about his unrivalled expertise 'regarding' the 'dogs'?
@PM
.
"Or will they just start counting the money?"
--------------------------------------------------------
The McCanns have not seen, or had, a single euro cent, of GA's and 'others' money!
(And, AND, AFTER, hopefully, GA's 'appeal', it shouldn't take them too long, to 'count' a revised, 'token' damages award of 7 (SEVEN) 'euros'! )
But, BUT, they have had money LEGAL 'COSTS' awarded AGAINST them, AND their children, AGAIN!
For the THIRD 'time' in a row, now, i believe!

I also think when a child has been missing for a very long time, and there seems very little hope that the child will be found alive, there are still ongoing searches to locate their remains. Parents need answers and closure so they can properly grieve and lay their child to rest. Are there any such ongoing searches by the police or the McCann's funding such a search with all that donated money? I can't think of any in the recent past?

Do you think it's possible the McCanns will appeal/counter appeal to the court for not finding in favour of their children?
Take a moment to think about what the McCanns wrote recently
We want to emphasise that the action was never about money. It has always been focused on the effects of the libels on our other children and the damage that was done to the search for Madeleine.
.........................................................................................................
Now that's something to chew on isn't it. Nothing the McCanns release is without purpose.

Innocent parents don't lie, and neither do highly trained dogs, they have no reason to. All IMO.
Matt Oldfield statement:
I think this road unfortunately is called, erm, which road is it, Cemetery Road I think it’s called, I seem to remember noticing it because it seemed like a horrible, I think it’s this bit here”.
A horrible what, exactly Matt? Weren't you looking for a child who had been stolen from her bed just a few hours earlier? A child who is presumed alive and "findable" hence the Fund and the fact the everyone apart from the child's parents and friends is suppose to be still looking for her?
Statement analysis would tell us that the connotation of the word "cemetery" a highly sensitive area. The fudging around over the name. The pretending not to be sure about the name and where it was. The "I seem"; "I think"; "erm"; "which road is it?"; "I think"; "I seem"; "I think".
That is a huge number of qualifiers.
Yeah, he knew Madeleine was dead that night, imo, and almost definitely by his alleged check when he stood at the McCann children's doorway, so he says, and it was "dead quiet."
Brain leak.

Maybe the McCann's with all that donated money they had could of called in Tim Miller's Texas EquuSearch

Well, THAT would be a complete 'waste of time' then!
'according' to police EVRD dog 'expert'........GM!
'totally unreliable'
Yet, what 'amazes' me, is that, NO UK police 'force' has had their EVRD 'sniffer' dogs 'put down'!
WHY NOT?
After all, they AIN'T no good, are they?
(even though 'they' get 'paid'/cost more than the Chief Constable, of most UK Police forces!)

Exactly. Funny about that. Must have something going for them for sure. Don't sound too "unreliable" to me.jeanmonroe wrote:"TES has gained a reputation as a well-equipped organization which can deploy on short notice resources such as........SAR dogs"

Joss:
‘Are there any such ongoing searches by the police’
We never did hear what the four dogs that went to PdL last year got up to. We were led to believe there were only two dogs over there and the subsequent FoI request about who went was refused.
It was only the Welsh Dog Unit that let the cat out of the bag around Christmas time.

I didn't know that. What are they so secretive about it i wonder? It's the search for a missing child after all. They need as many volunteers as they can get if they want to be able to locate her. That should of been done right from the get go, ongoingly searching for her, IMO. At least for a while.Doug D wrote:Joss:

Re: "We must NEVER give up on Maddie" - James Murray, Sunday Express, 10 May 2015
I would totally agree with that statement i bolded. If it wasn't for the dog's evidence i would really be wondering if Madeleine was ever on that vacation, but sadly the evidence says otherwise. From all i have seen of the McC's in videos and MSM articles they really don't act like the parents of a missing child or even parents grieving a child if they know she is deceased. It really is a weird case.jeanmonroe wrote:Joss:

Wednesday 23rd, September, 2009.
"whether the investigation, (into our 'missing' daughter) is re-opened, or not, it dosen't matter..."
and
2011
"it may sound odd, but we were glad the investigation (into our 'missing' daughter) was closed"
BOTH 'utterances' straight from the 'missing' child's OWN mother!
Very ODD, indeed!
What mother, anywhere in the world, would be 'glad' the investigation into her 'missing' child was 'closed'?
What mother, anywhere in the world, would say that 'it didn't matter' if the investigation, into her 'missing' child was ever re-opened?
Even 'odder' that these pronouncements were made by an 'ambassador' for 'missing people/children'
I wonder how many other mothers of 'missing' children are 'glad' there is no investigation to 'find' them?
My 'guess' is..................NONE!
But an 'ambassador' for 'missing people/children' IS 'glad' there was no more 'investigation', and it didn't matter, anyway, to her, if there was, or wasn't, an investigation, into her 'missing' child!
It IS 'weird' innit?
Unless, of course. she knows, knows, that Madeleine is totally unharmed and in a luxury 'lair', in the UK, waiting for the 'miraculous' REVEAL!
The show MUST go 'on'!
SY/MET/OG totally 'mugged off'?
There won't be enough eggs in the world, to 'cover' their faces!
The laughing 'stock' of the entire WORLD?
Totally 'outwitted' by two, now millionaire, thanks to their 'cash cow' daughter, 'scammers' and their 7 'mates'?
Couldn't 'happen' to a nicer bunch of 'don't look here, look there' cops!
IMO!

Yes it is very bizarre, it's as if she is not the mother of a missing child at all, as if she has to act out the part, but stumbles here and there with some truth leaking through the lies. I wonder what other parents of missing children would think about all that, and if they even know what she has stated? There is something very wrong in this picture, IMO. Did she have no real bond with her child perhaps? Just because a woman has a child doesn't necessarily make her a mother.jeanmonroe wrote:Joss wrote:

And the other very telling signs that there was no co operation with the police to try and go over every detail of what could possibly have happened to Maddie. The questions that sat unanswered for one. Not even the tapas crew wanted to help with a reconstruction of events of that night. Couldn't be bothered to trouble themselves with any of it. What kind of people are these people? But they will go on some stupid bike ride to drum up some more money. It's all about the money, however much they want to deny that fact, its obvious, IMO.
I hope the general public don't fall for any of it and stop donating to them.

IMO something happened to Madeleine that three PMs want to keep from the public. The McCanns, knowing this, decided to make money from the situation - they knew that they'd never get Madeleine back. Unfortunately for them they stayed in Portugal, the PJ naturally got involved and the McCanns found themselves in an awkward position which Kate responded to by not answering questions. Gordon Brown applied pressure on the Portuguese and the McCanns fled back to England.
The other Tapas members knew the truth and, therefore, that their voluntary return to Portugal was meaningless and indeed could make matters much worse for everyone. The McCanns, however, were intent on pursuing money and continued making noises - within a few days of their return, Gordon Brown publicly told them in effect to shut up.
Their scheming of course has brought them an immense amount of money, which they have largely spent on litigation, legal advice and pointless investigations. In addition, they quickly realised that their seemingly hopeless situation could be used to promote their involvement in charitable causes etc - thus keeping themselves in the public eye.
As to OG, I still fervently hope that it is legitimate and that they apparently haven't approached any of the Tapas 9 because they haven't yet got evidence. On the other hand the £10 million is an immense amount to us as individuals, but chicken feed (equivalent to around 16p per head) to the population as a whole.
This is of course simply conjecture on my part which others may see as nothing more than a rather poor conspiracy theory.

No, not at all. You put forth a fair enough theory of how you see it, and i agree, it has been all about a profiteering for the McC's, and they still want to keep that going endlessly it seems.espeland wrote:Yes it is very bizarre, it's as if she is not the mother of a missing child at all, as if she has to act out the part, but stumbles here and there with some truth leaking through the lies. This is of course simply conjecture on my part which others may see as nothing more than a rather poor conspiracy theory.

Re: "We must NEVER give up on Maddie" - James Murray, Sunday Express, 10 May 2015
WHY WOULD James Murray ‘’ who has followed the case from the start ' get his dates so wrong?
QUOTE FROM PAMELA FENN’S STATEMENT PJ FILES.
‘’ She also refers to the day of the 1st May 2007, when she was at home alone, at approximately 22.30 she heard a child cry, and that due the tone of the crying seemed to be a young child and not a baby of two years of age or younger. Apart from the crying that continued for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, and which got louder and more expressive, the child shouted ?Daddy, Daddy?, the witness had no doubt that the noise came from the floor below. At about 23.45, an hour and fifteen minutes after the crying began, she heard the parents arrive, she did not see them, but she heard the patio doors open, she was quite worried as the crying had gone on for more than an hour and had gradually got worse……………’’

FROM SUNDAY EXPRESS MAY 2013
SCOTLAND YARD detectives are trying to find a middle-aged couple said to have entered Madeleine McCann’s holiday apartment to comfort her because she was crying, we can reveal today.
It is believed they entered the bedroom on May 2, 2007, the evening before Madeleine disappeared from the Ocean Club at Praia da Luz on Portugal’s Algarve.
The tip-off was given by two key witnesses who were reinterviewed as part of the Yard’s two-year, £4.5million investigation.
It is already known that Pamela Fenn, who lived directly above apartment 5a, heard a child, believed to be Madeleine, crying for about an hour on the evening of May 2.
He's definitely trying to link the alleged couple , Mrs Fenn's alleged hearing a child crying and Kate's confusion over when the crying happened.
