Why did Clarence invite Debbie Butler to meet the McCanns ALONE?

Sorry for starting another thread but the discussion about this matter, which I do think maybe of some importance, has been derailed.

I do believe that Debbie Butler has had long telephone chats with Clarence but, to date, she has not revealed what has been discussed. There is much more to come out about this.

No idea but possibly because it is fairly well recognised that it is very easy to become a bit hysterical and hateful on the internet and forget that you are talking about living breathing individuals who by all accounts are extremely nice and simply living through a hell that none of us would want for ourselves, not the monsters it is awfully easy to make them out to be when you have to believe something for some reason.

Perhaps he thought that seeing them as people, parents, individuals Debbie Butler might wake up. Regain some sort of objectivity?

Was it not the case that one of the more vocal and hateful antis on 3As was very affected by meeting Kate McCann, overcome with a feeling of sympathy for her etc

Thing is Autumn, did he? Is there any real proof that Clazza and Debs have had any contact what so ever? Or are we all taking Debs' word for it - including Tony - and it's just another fantasy of hers? She can say she's spoken to him, arranged to meet him, or indeed has met him, but does anyone really know?

I take it that Clarence is quite a busy man, so why would he be making long calls to Debbie Butler, whom he doesn't know, arranging for her to meet up with him at a cafe? Why has it taken until today for the Ambersuz to reveal that Clarence invited Debbie to meet the McCanns alone?

What we do know is that Bren has admitted to pressurizing Debbie into contacting Clarence. I feel more will come out in the coming weeks, regarding Debbie Butler's possible associations with Clarence.

Actually autumn some of us have known this for several weels.
Debbie posted it herself.
Mitchell rang her, she declined.

I think Mr Bennett is deliberately making it out to be something it isnt.

Perhaps the fact that it was to be alone (assuming this is even true) wasn't felt to be a big deal, perhaps Ambersuz was more interested in the potential meeting, in and of itself, than if Ms Butler was going to bring a friend with her.

Asking her to go one is easier to brainwash and you bet CM will be there as well to do some of the washing. If Debbie made it there she will be singing from their hymm sheet, instead of the other way turn ie getting the case opened.
