Madeleine was nearly four when she vanished from her family's Portuguese holiday apartment in Praia da Luz as her parents, Gerry and Kate, ate dinner at a nearby tapas restaurant with friends
According to the police official, the tourist told police officers that he believed he saw the girl in a holiday apartment complex in the popular resort. Officers went to the area but did not locate the girl or the British family the girl was reportedly with. Angelides added that it was likely that "the British family had already departed from the island" and that Interpol had already been notified of the result of their investigation.
The disappearance of the little girl led to a worldwide search amidst fears the girl had been snatched, but despite a number of leads coming to light no trace of Madeleine has every been conclusively found.
Since the disappearance, officials have from time to time issued digitally altered images showing what she might look like over the passage of time. Madeleine's family have never given up their quest to track down their missing daughter.
Kate McCann has ploughed £1million from sales of her book about the incident and its aftermath back into the search.
The bestseller, entitled simply Madeleine, was published in 2011 on the day of her eighth birthday.

Would they have been better off publishing their holiday snaps back in 2007 in the hope that they would jog someones' memory, and advertising a reward for information that solves the mystery of Madeleines' disappearance?

Little Madeleine is now 10 years old and with instructions given by the British Prime Minister the case remains open and ongoing investigations by Scotland Yard.

The parents of little insist that their child is alive and accuse the Portuguese police for inadequate research. Madeleine's parents were considered suspects in the disappearance of their daughter, something which proved to be unfounded. Indeed, were legally against British newspapers which had left spikes against them and won compensation for GBP 550,000.

Last week Aquilla joked that the next sighting might be in the Galapogos Isles where dna testing might be done on the turtles there.

Well it looks as though the sightings are getting close to Turtle territory Aquilla. Another sighting - Cyprus 110921

Cyprus is the only place where Loggerhead Turtles and Green Turtles lay
their eggs - especially Lara Bay in the West and the beaches along the

Cyprus police have confirmed local media reports of a sighting of a child that looked like missing girl Madeleine McCann, informing Interpol that the child may have been part of a British family that has already fled the island.

Madeline, who should be ten years old today, disappeared in May 2007 aged four while she was on holiday with her parents and twin siblings at the resort of Praia da Luz, in Portugal. Sightings have since been reported around the world with the McCanns following some leads that the missing child may be in Russia or Ukraine.

Cyprus Police spokesman Andreas Angelides said that the owner of a holiday apartment complex in the southeastern resort town of Ayia Napa filed a complaint on February 7 that a British couple, staying with their three children, abandoned the premises after stealing home appliances.

Angelides added that on February 20 police received information “that one of the three children looked like Madeleine McCann.”

Despite investigations the couple was not found, Angelides said, adding that most likely the British family has already fled the island, a common tactic among holidaymakers who try to avoid paying their bills.

The police spokesman also noted that Interpol has been notified, adding that investigations are continuing in Cyprus. An arrest warrant has been issued against the couple.

The Politis daily reported that the complaint was filed by a British man who had seen so many photographs on the Internet, on television and the U.K. press that he was convinced the child was missing Madeleine.

The newspaper added that according to eye witnesses, the girl “looked frightened, was under constant supervision and acted strangely,” had the characteristic eye mark and that she did not look like the other children of the family.

The parents reportedly disappeared when neighbours started showing interest in the little girl.

A similar sighting in New Zealand was dropped after the schoolgirl repeatedly mistaken for missing Madeleine McCann gave police a DNA sample so Scotland Yard could confirm that she is not the youngster.

For anyone facing charges in a missing persons case where there are dog
alerts implying that a death occurred at the spot where that person
disappeared and circumstantial evidence which points to them as the
perpetrators of a crime, surely the best defence is to raise doubts that
the missing person has been the victim of a crime resulting in his/her
death thus raising the possibilty that he/her is still alive. By
continually reporting sightings of the missing person, doubts are raised
as to the hypothesis that the person is dead and that their death was
caused by those impicated by the circumstantial evidence. If you put
sufficient material into the public domain such as appeals with
photographs, E-fits etc. then you will get sighting after sighting and
there is no reason to suspect that they are generated by anyone other than well-meaning
members of the public. In the McCann case hundreds if not thousands of
sightings have probably occurred during the course of the last 5 or so
years. IMO we don't get to hear about all of them - only a few i.e.
those which have been selected by the PR machine for maximum publicity.
Interesting that after the fiasco with the New Zealand sighting, the
Cyprus girl has disappeared, thus depriving Scotland Yard of the
opportunity of DNA testing. If such sightings cannot be verified however ridiculous they may seem to many people, they do
remain open-ended and can be used by a clever defence team to sow seeds of doubt in
the minds of a jury.

Remember also that cindy insisted Caylee was still alive and living in NY long after her body had been found and identified, long after she had been cremated and her ashed turned into jewelry worn around cindy's neck, which then begs the question, if it isn't Caylee whose remains are she and now casey wearing round their necks?

Cindy apparantly didn't see the incongruousness of this, the sightings also diverted attention from casey being the murderer, she is a murderer it is a shame the pinellas 12 were too dumb or too money grabbing to actually behave like a proper jury.

I see the same pattern with the gruesome twosome and the 7 dwarves, keep promoting the sightings, ignore anything that might conceivably point to their alleged involvement, sightings mean donations, which contradicts their spurious claims that Goncalo, Pat and Tony by denying their alleged version of events are harming and hindering the search whilst kate not answering 48 questions isn't considered as hindering even though she herself admitted it was.

Their behavior is unexpected as are their words,
Kate herself has told us several times IMO Madeleine is dead, as revealed by statement analysis, darn that word ALL, darn her telling us Maddie haunts her ( live people can't haunt you, dead people can) and introducing the word murder in the process of free editing whilst claiming she is alive and not suffering serious harm.
By the way, What is your definition of serious harm if alleged abduction by an alleged paedophile isn't classed as serious harm?

Writing the book was a seriously dumb idea IMO, since you are now committed by your own words to a timeline and story.
It will be compared to the rogs and all those little discrepencies will be revealed.
Claiming it wasn't what you meant won't work since they are your own words spoken and written in the process of free editing, and if you try to change them to correct one discrepancy you reveal several others.
Arrests will be made and your own words used against you and as revealed in the files it is suggested thatyou will be charged with homicide, concealment of a corpse and filing a false report.
Then in the UK you will more than likely be charged with perjury, obtaining money and services by deception, child neglect ( lying to your children and claiming a bad man took Maddie is emotional abuse)

The only reason you escaped child neglect charges in Portugal was the fact they couldn't charge you with homicide, concealment of a corpse and filing a false police report if they did regardless of the verdict, double jeopardy and all that.
Something i assume you were made aware of pretty darn quick and thus necessitated a speedy escape from Portugal and the hiring of extradition lawyers.
Imagine, all the money you received in the fund will have to be paid back or it is likley charges may result and all the monies you got from the media as compensation will also need to be paid back plus interest, lance armstong will give an idea of the finacial penaltiesincurred and also of the possible charges, perjury remember carries a life sentence..
You would lose your licences to practice and thus your livelihood, your reputation is down the drain, further than it is at the moment, all the bills for lawyers etc will have to be paid out your own pockets.
Bankrupt, homeless, shamed, reviled, not, i suspect something your saw in your future the day you qualified.
You will IMO lose custody of your children, you may even never see them again if they are fostered out to non family members due to the suggested risk of possible emotional harm to them from your families and from the indicated threat of physical harm from yourself.
The old If you can't have them no one can scenario.
You have told us you are a danger to them when you said you wanted to press a button and you would all be togeather, you would all be gone
If Maddie were alive you would have just made her an orphan.
Those few words in IMO and according to the rules of Statement Analysis tells me all i need to know.
The brain will always seek out ways to speak the truth and ease the pain, even when you are trying to deny it.

Aren't your families worried that you have told the world you are, IMO, willing to murder your two remaining children and then suiciding?
They should be.
All too often in such cases of child murder by a family member they telegraph their threats and promises and no one pays attention until it is too late.
The fear of losing their child to the other parent, maybe a family member or to child protection services is too much and the deed is done.
You see, killing the first time is the hardest, you have to break the taboo, it is a huge taboo thou shalt not kill.
Once you have killed, the second time becomes easier and so on, there are no taboos to be broken, you have crossed the line.
This is seen all to often in multiple murders.
Perhaps you viewed it not as a threat of murder, rather an act of kindness so they wouldn't have to lives their lives carrying the shame of their parents deeds?
Perhaps you think it is a kindness, they wouldn't suffer the pain of losing a parent or the pain of learning the truth.
They are growing up.
They will surf the net.
They will see all the forums and blogs.
They will read the excuses.
They will read the lies.
They will ask all those awkward questions you don't want to answer.
They will read the book and ask why you thought it was ok to leave them alone every night.
They will ask why you never searched.
They will ask why you refused to co-operate in finding their sister.
The never ending questions.
The doubt in their eyes as you tell them to always tell the truth whilst they see that you didn't.

The problem with committing a crime is once it is done it cannot be undone.
You cannot bring the dead back to life if they have been dead too long.
Bodies have a way of being discovered and there is no statute of limitation on murder.
DNA is the bugbear of every criminal, you take something with you (cadaverine, fluids) and leave something of yours behind, a single skin cell or hairtag is enough to prove guilt.

Even doctors cannot forensically clean an alleged dump site or a body.
This was learned the hard way when the dogs found body fluids and cadaverine in the apartment, on items of clothing both adult and a child, on cuddlecat and the hire car.
Boy, i bet there were shocks all round when the dogs alerted.
Was it forgotten or ignored how well trained such dogs are?
Was it forgotten or ignored how sensitive their noses are?
Sensitive enough for drugs, bodies both live and dead, cash, explosives, even fruit and veg or DVD's.
Would you get on a plane knowing an explosives dog had alerted?
I think not.
Would you and gerry ignore a search dog's alert if a loved one were trapped in a collapsed building.
Why do you and gerry deride the dogs as useless when day after day, people place their lives in the ability of a trained dog to detect danger.
Isn't it amazing how quiet you both got when the dogs you used as an example of a false result were finally proven to have been right all along.
I bet that was real embarrassing
Would their alerts have been ignored, demeaned and scorned if they had alerted to another apartment, to another vehicle?
Would you have turned down the use of search dogs on the night she allegedly vanished since they are apparantly so unreliable and only alert to please their trainers?
Would you and gerry have been so dismissive if the dogs had been brought out the night of the search and alerted to a trail?
Hell no, you both would have been demanding the occupiers and owners be interrogated and the places pulled apart in an effort to find Maddie.

Evidence suggests efforts to clean the apartment and a pretty good job was done, except it was cleaned it too much, evidence that should have been there wasn't.
Always a tell tale sign.
Police and forensics look not only for what is there that shouldn't be, also what isn't there that should be.

Surely it is better to tell the truth now, admit truthfully what was done by whom, do the time and have some chance of a life and maybe even contact with your children.

No more worrying if the knock on the door is police coming to arrest you.

Right now every day is a prison of your own making, your don't know who you can trust, if those you have confided in will speak out in order to release their own guilt.
You don't know if your calls and emails are being traced, if you are being watched, if people you talk to are wired.

Paranoia is no way to live a life, you are trapped in a probably loveless marriage unable to leave as if you do, you will be tossed under the bus before the door closed on you.
Custody of the twins being the prize.
We all know in messy divorces and it will be messy, anything goes and if it means losing the twins then it will be if i can't have them you can't either and first to confess wins the prize.

No normal parent would ever consider killing their children when things are fraught, their instinct is to love and protect.
IMO something clearly missing from your psyche kate that you would even consider it let alone announce it to the world.
Does your doctor know?
Are social services still monitoring you and gerry?
Is anyone listening to your cry for help as this is what it is?
Your guilt is eating you alive.
I see it everytime you appear on tv, i see it in your words.
You want to talk, you want someone, anyone to listen.
Once you find the one person who will listen to you, who won't judge you, who won't accuse you.
The someone who will say it's ok, we can work this out, let's bring this to an end, you will feel so much better and can start to heal.
All it takes is one phone call, 4 words, "i want to talk" and the relief will be immeasureable,
No more fear.
No more worry.
No more stress,
A weight lifted from your shoulders.
Once you talk you will feel so much better.
You can look Sean and Amelie right in their eyes and say "I told the truth, just like i tell you, always tell the truth"

Children can be very forgiving of their parents when they know their parents are being honest, by lying you are hurting them.
How can they ever trust you if you lied to them.
What happens when they have children?
Will they let you babysit them knowing what you did when they were young?
Could they trust you with their children when they couldn't trust you as children themselves?

The longer this charade goes on the worse you will feel, the more you will lose, the less of a life you will have.
The neverending fear, the shame, yes the shame you feel inside even though you deny it in public, the whispers behind your back, the lost friendships, the distrustful family.
In the end you will crack, your guilt eating away inside you.
Maybe you told a priest in confession thinking he cannot speak, what if that changes?
What if the priest does the right thing by Maddie, priests do break their vows you know.
Remember, it is not a secret once you tell someone else.

If you truly believe in god then you know to make things right with him you need to speak the truth and accept the consequences.
Until you do, no matter how many prayers you say, how many confessions you make, they will all count for nothing.

I see the same pattern with the gruesome twosome and the 7 dwarves, keep promoting the sightings, ignore anything that might conceivably point to their alleged involvement, sightings mean donations, which contradicts their spurious claims that Goncalo, Pat and Tony by denying their alleged version of events are harming and hindering the search whilst kate not answering 48 questions isn't considered as hindering even though she herself admitted it was.

Writing the book was a seriously dumb idea IMO, since you are now committed by your own words to a timeline and story.
It will be compared to the rogs and all those little discrepencies will be revealed.
Claiming it wasn't what you meant won't work since they are your own words spoken and written in the process of free editing, and if you try to change them to correct one discrepancy you reveal several others.
Arrests will be made and your own words used against you and as revealed in the files it is suggested thatyou will be charged with homicide, concealment of a corpse and filing a false report.
Then in the UK you will more than likely be charged with perjury, obtaining money and services by deception, child neglect ( lying to your children and claiming a bad man took Maddie is emotional abuse)

The only reason you escaped child neglect charges in Portugal was the fact they couldn't charge you with homicide, concealment of a corpse and filing a false police report if they did regardless of the verdict, double jeopardy and all that.
Something i assume you were made aware of pretty darn quick and thus necessitated a speedy escape from Portugal and the hiring of extradition lawyers.

You would lose your licences to practice and thus your livelihood, your reputation is down the drain, further than it is at the moment, all the bills for lawyers etc will have to be paid out your own pockets.
Bankrupt, homeless, shamed, reviled, not, i suspect something your saw in your future the day you qualified.
You will IMO lose custody of your children, you may even never see them again if they are fostered out to non family members due to the suggested risk of possible emotional harm to them from your families and from the indicated threat of physical harm from yourself.

They should be.
All too often in such cases of child murder by a family member they telegraph their threats and promises and no one pays attention until it is too late.
The fear of losing their child to the other parent, maybe a family member or to child protection services is too much and the deed is done.
You see, killing the first time is the hardest, you have to break the taboo, it is a huge taboo thou shalt not kill.
Once you have killed, the second time becomes easier and so on, there are no taboos to be broken, you have crossed the line.
This is seen all to often in multiple murders.
Perhaps you viewed it not as a threat of murder, rather an act of kindness so they wouldn't have to lives their lives carrying the shame of their parents deeds?
Perhaps you think it is a kindness, they wouldn't suffer the pain of losing a parent or the pain of learning the truth.
They are growing up.
They will surf the net.
They will see all the forums and blogs.
They will read the excuses.
They will read the lies.
They will ask all those awkward questions you don't want to answer.
They will read the book and ask why you thought it was ok to leave them alone every night.
They will ask why you never searched.
They will ask why you refused to co-operate in finding their sister.
The never ending questions.
The doubt in their eyes as you tell them to always tell the truth whilst they see that you didn't.

The problem with committing a crime is once it is done it cannot be undone.
You cannot bring the dead back to life if they have been dead too long.
Bodies have a way of being discovered and there is no statute of limitation on murder.
DNA is the bugbear of every criminal, you take something with you (cadaverine, fluids) and leave something of yours behind, a single skin cell or hairtag is enough to prove guilt.

Even you as a doctor cannot forensically clean an alleged dump site or a body.
You learned this the hard way when the dogs found body fluids and cadaverine in the apartment, on your clothes, on cuddlecat and the hire car.

Did you forget how well trained dogs are?
Did you forget how sensitive their noses are? sensitive enough for drugs, bodies both live and dead, cash, explosives, even fruit and veg.

Evidence suggests efforts to clean the apartment and a pretty good job was done, except it was cleaned it too much, evidence that should have been there wasn't.
Always a tell tale sign.
Police and forensics look not only for what is there that shouldn't be, also what isn't there that should be.

Surely it is better to tell the truth now, admit truthfully what was done by whom, do the time and have some chance of a life and maybe even contact with your children.

No more worrying if the knock on the door is police coming to arrest you.

Right now every day is a prison of your own making, your don't know who you can trust, if those you have confided in will speak out in order to release their own guilt.
You don't know if your calls and emails are being traced, if you are being watched, if people you talk to are wired.

Paranoia is no way to live a life, you are trapped in a probably loveless marriage unable to leave as if you do, you will be tossed under the bus before the door closed on you.

We all know in messy divorces and it will be messy, anything goes and if it means losing the twins then it will be if i can't have them you can't either and first to confess wins the prize.

No normal parent would ever consider killing their children when things are fraught, their instinct is to love and protect.
IMO something clearly missing from your psyche kate that you would even consider it let alone announce it to the world.
Does your doctor know?
Are social services still monitoring you and gerry?
Is anyone listening to your cry for help as this is what it is?
Your guilt is eating you alive.
I see it everytime you appear on tv, i see it in your words.
You want to talk, you want someone, anyone to listen.
Once you find the one person who will listen to you, who won't judge you, who won't accuse you.
The someone who will say it's ok, we can work this out, let's bring this to an end, you will feel so much better and can start to heal.
All it takes is one phone call, 4 words, "i want to talk" and the relief will be immeasureable,
No more fear.
No more worry.
No more stress,
A weight lifted from your shoulders.
Once you talk you will feel so much better.
You can look Sean and Amelie right in their eyes and say "I told the truth, just like i tell you, always tell the truth"

Children can be very forgiving of their parents when they know their parents are being honest, by lying you are hurting them.
How can they ever trust you if you lied to them.
What happens when they have children?
Will they let you babysit them knowing what you did when they were young?
Could they trust you with their children when they couldn't trust you as children themselves?

The longer this charade goes on the worse you will feel, the more you will lose, the less of a life you will have.
The neverending fear, the shame, yes the shame you feel inside even though you deny it in public, the whispers behind your back, the lost friendships, the distrustful family.
In the end you will crack, your guilt eating away inside you.
Maybe you told a priest in confession thinking he cannot speak, what if that changes?
What if the priest does the right thing by Maddie, priests do break their vows you know.
Remember, it is not a secret once you tell someone else.

If you truly believe in god then you know to make things right with him you need to speak the truth and accept the consequences.
Until you do, no matter how many prayers you say, how many confessions you make, they will all count for nothing.

God does not forgive liars until they speak the truth.

I don't happen to believe the Fund makes much money from selling 'good quality' merchandise. If you look at the accounts there isn't much income shown from product sales.
