Missing Tia Sharp

I wonder if Tia was happy at home? She seems to flit between two houses, one with a stepfather, another with a step grandfather.

I am curious as to why the grandmother's boyfriend, Hazell, washed Tia's clothes. Did she spill something? What did she wear during the evening while her clothes were being washed and dried?

There is a lot of detail about the cleaning the following morning. Hazell says he cleaned up the dogs' mess. Are the dogs not house trained?

I sense Hazell is trying to portray himself as the good guy, as in 'look how much I do in the home' with all the cleaning and washing etc. It doesn't ring true. I have known a similar character through an ex-friend, his entire conversation consisted of the good things he did for ex-friend and her child. He had a history of moving in with 'vulnerable' women and their children, in fact he moved in with ex-friend, after his previous girlfriend had thrown him out. Far from being the nice guy he portrayed, he was a devious user who was evil to her son. Seems some women are OK with that.

I have reached my own conclusions on this case, though for now, I can only hope that Tia has run away of her own accord and is perhaps being hidden by a friend, although I think with all the publicity this is now unlikely.

I think there is CCTV evidence of Tia with the step grandfather on the Thursday evening.

The CCTV images were in a local supermarket so don't give any clue to her later whereabouts.

I have played SH's interview back a couple of times, and felt differently about him each time I watched it. It really never fails to amaze me how people can be such brazenly good liars.

I pray Tia is found alive and well, and this is not another horrific tragedy.

As I said, Stuart Hazell, et al, should take lie detector tests if they have nothing to hide.

Family agreed to leave house for a full forensic search

bbc have this, sky not gone to it at all until now...a planned forensic search of the property is about to be carried out.
dogs due in acc. to reporter.
the media have been causing much confusion recently re this, wish they would be quiet or confirm their "facts".


they have reported both that SH was the last person to see her and that police have confirmed an independent witness saw her in the vicinity of the house, both around midday last Friday. If SH was the last one to see her when she left, Tia must have been seen by this other person before returning to the house from somewhere, before leaving again.
the grandmother has been reported as leaving at 7 am last Fri for work, and also not being at home at all until after Tia went missing, she was not at home on Thursday afternoon after Tia and SH were caught on cctv at a local shop, so the girl was not seen by her grandmother for any of her visit that day.
The police would have cleared up this confusion almost immediately, why they have clearly been working very hard without giving any info to the media and have planned this search.
This young girl is going through a turbulent time at age 12, regardless of what appears a confusing family set-up, a dad, a stepdad, ex of Mum's who is now her nan's partner...maybe she has run away, but I don't believe deep down this is the case, and agree with experts so far who says the answers lie close to home.

The man incites the same kind of rage in me that I felt when I saw Ian Huntley giving an interview. He may well be innocent, but I doubt very much the poor child had a happy life.

I wonder what the 'something' is, that has triggered this intense search? How quickly can they get forensic results? I wonder if they have used cadavar or blood dogs?

I really hope they find Tia...

We have a case in Norway ATM, where a 16 year old girl was kidnapped saturday night, walking home from a friends house. They found her shoes , mobile phone, and one of her socks.
Her parents are deffently not guilty, and we are here looking at a real abduction. Voulenters has been out looking day and night since it happened. 500-15000 people has helped searching every day !!

Since we know in this case 100 % sure that her parents are innocent its interresting to compare the investigation and reaction to another famous case.

Two times Madeleine Mccann has been mention in the news related to this case . One time about reward mony for information or finding the girl. Sigrid (missing 16 year old girl) parents has turned down reward money offers from helpers after beeing adviced of that from the police.Its already coming in a lot of tips, and they are afraid that reward money will give them even more unseriouse tips to go true and by that miss vital information already comed in without any reward money promesd. They still hope to find her alive ! And the police officer said: "Reward money is rearly helpful, just look at MM case, they had a big reward money and she has never been found "

The other time was that the parents will not use psychics , and the police officers said: "look at the Mccann Case, they used lots of pshycis, only gave them false hope an useless clues and interrupted the investigation."

Other things that are different : The parents are not out in the media themself, they dont read news og soial medias for information, they only care for what the police are saying. Thi is at the moment a crimecase, since they are sure she has not run off.

The neighbour and good friend of them are their spokes person, hesay they dont cry, they dont have time to cry, shes still missing and they use all their energy to look for her (her parents).

They have not started a fund..

I really hope they find her, im joining a search group in my town, she has been taking away by car 99 % sure, so she could be anywhere really.. Our entire country is joining inm we have a shared map to plot in the searched areas, as well as the police etc.. So step by step stones are beeing turned for real here..

This family also lost a nephew on the horrific Utoya shooting by ABB last years.

Hi i was watching BBC news at the time ,and on here too,what a horrible feeling i read that google news is very good at times like this,joyce1938 isnt it?

I am not and never been, a violent person in any way Penny, but the gormless face and fake sympathy of Huntley incenses me. Hazell might just be a very unpleasant person, but I'm afraid I don't believe a word he says.
