Another look at Sergey Malinka

Post by Tony Bennett on 26.11.17 22:48

OK, so let's now take a look at ANOTHER statement which sheds more light on Sergey Mainka:

===================================
los NUIPC: 201/07 .0 GALGS
Sec / Brig:
Date: 2007/05/16

SERVICE INFORMATION

Subject: Informal Conversation with KELSIE HARRIS

To: Exmo. Mr Coordinator of Criminal Investigation
From: Manuel Pinho, Inspector

I must inform you that on this date, accompanied by my colleague CARLOS LUCAS, Inspector, I talked informally with:

KELSIE HARRIS, British citizen, born on xx.xx.1973, bearer of the passport no xxxxxxxxxx, from the UK, residing at Rua Dr. Francisco Gentil Martins, at xx, Praia da Luz, Lagos ( about 30 metres from the apartment distance from where MADELEINE McCANN was abducted) and contactable by phone on 91971xxxx.

She replied to the questions put to her as follows:

1. She is married to MATTHEW FAZACKERLEY, British citizen, who lives in England. She does not know when he may return to Portugal. They both have a child younger than 18 months, who she looks after. Has an all-terrain vehicle, a Land Rover, registration xxxxxxx;

2. Today she learned through the media, that a citizen of Eastern Europe named Sergey has been arrested, who lives in Praia da Luz;

3. When she saw the television report about this, she realised that she knows this individual;

4. Therefore, she decided to notify the authorities immediately about what she knows, because she thinks that this information could be important for the discovery of the truth about the disappearance of Madeleine;

5. She indicates that the SERGEY is an expert in computers. In her view, there is not a problem in computing that he is not capable of resolving;

6. He was a partner of her husband for about two years, in a computer store called "INTERNET", located in xx, Avenida dos Descobrimentos, in Lagos;

7. That company was dissolved in August last, and the shop was closed;

8. That one of the reasons why this happened, in her opinion, was because SERGEY is not an honest man, withdrawing money and values from the firm without her husband’s knowledge, leading to bankruptcy;

9. He always showed great interest in money;

10. She would also like to say that this was her principal motive that led her to go to the police, that SERGEY always demonstrated a very big preference for younger girls, even boasting publicly about his sexual conquests;

11. Around one year ago, she remembers him telling that he was caught by the father of a 14-year-old young girl, when it was having sexual relations with her;

12. Shortly afterwards, he boasted that he was going out with a 33-year-old woman, but that he was also hoping to "eat" the 16-year-old daughter;

13. She does not know if he sometimes showed preferences for girls younger than these;

14. She does not know what kind of sites he consulted on the Internet, namely if he consulted "sites" of paedophilia;

15. When asked, she says that SERGEY is a friend of the suspect ROBERT MURAT, because he worked for the firm LOUIE & JAMIE VERNON, real estate, during the period in which SERGEY was a partner of her husband in the firm  "INTERNET”, located on Avenida dos Descobrimentos in Lagos, where the two firms were located side by side;

16. She does not know any details about possible business or agreements [deals] between them;

17. She does not know whether her husband also knows ROBERT MURAT;

18. That, she also knows SERGEY drives a vehicle of the AUDI brand, gold in colour and with a Portuguese registration. Before that, SERGEY had a black VW GOLF, also of Portuguese registration, with which he had an accident. At this moment, this vehicle is parked in a small car park, located in front of the building where he resides;

19. As far as she knows (having had knowledge of this for about 6 months), SERGEY dated for some time an older woman who works in a real estate agency whose name she does not know, located in the main Avenue of Praia da Luz. She does not know other any other details about this woman, such as her name.

That is all she can tell me.

THE INSPECTOR

@ doisgaloes

Hello Mr Malinka and welcome to you as you join this great forum which has done so much to ucover the truth about what really happened to Madeleine McCann.

We understand that you are writing, or have written, a book entitled 'Madeleine McCann: Collateral Damage'. It is certainly very true that there has been a heck of a lot of collateral damage in this case.

I have taken the trouble to look at the two promotional videos you have put out about your book. One of them has been professionally well produced and I congratulate you or whoever produced that for you. The image of a man under water struggling to save himself was drowning was very persuasive.

Which leads me on to my next point.

Which is that everything I have seen about your book - your films, what you have said on Twitter, what others have said about your book, etc. - suggests that it will be almost entirely about yourself and your problems.

When what we really need is a book by someone very close to the action (as indeed you were) which will inform us about whethe Madeleine was abducted, if so, by whom, and if not, what else might have happened to her.

Perhaps you don't have a clue about that. In which case your book won't be worth reading.

If you do have relevant information, then the correct procedure is to notify the officer currently responsible in Portugal for the Madeleine McCann investigation. Or, if appropriate, share your knowledge publicly. If you know something that will in any way help us 'solve' this case, then please choose one of the above options. Don't seek to make money out of book if you genuinely feel your information could help the authorities.

Which brings me on to my next point. Namely the amount of money you have already made from this case.

According to the reports we have read in the British press, from 2008, you received 'agreed damages' totaling 'well over £100,00'.

Please be so good as to tell us the actual figure,

Then there are a number of other questions you could help us with:

* when did you first meet Robert Murat?
* on what projects did you work with him?
* on what occasions during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-3 May did you either meet with, talk to, e-mail, text or 'phone
Robert Murat or did he contact you?
* specifically, what did you and he talk about when Murat 'phoned you between 11.30pm and 12.00midnight on Thursday 3 May. Was
it about Madeleine McCann?
* could you let us know how long you were in a business relationship with Matthew Fazackerly?

Thank you in advance for any help you can give us. Some information about your former business partner Matthew Fazackerly is shown below, researched by us from (a) a former state intelligence officer (b) Wikipedia and (c) the Jeremy Bamber forum.

Finally the three people loudly supporting you on Twitter - namely Benjamin Thompson, Isabelle McFadden and Ben Salmon - are, I am afraid, not doing you any favours.

Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Matthew Fazackerley was a pal and business colleague of Malinka (they did the I-Video-Homes project and Island Expeditions). Here's a few highlights from Matthew's posts.

This may go some way beyond your remit of keeping attention fixed firmly on the McCanns and Smethurst - but I think it sheds further light on what has been going on over there. These are from his [Fazackerly’s] posts on belowtopsecret.com. That he says he has appeared in a porn film is interesting. They obviously knew people who made porn films. Fazackerley left Portugal in rather a hurry:

Fazackerly – Post No. 1

"Ive always wanted my own night club stroke bar/restraunt.

When i finally get one i was thinking of calling it 'SPANKYS' with the slogan "COME IN SIDE FOR A DAMMED GOOD SPANKING".....

as you walked through the door an attractive lady would give you a crack across the backside and shout "SPANKYYYYYYYSSSSSSSS"

and vice versa if your a women.

the bar staff would all be wearing crocket and tubs outfits and face masks and axel F would be playing continuelly in the background....the only time the music is changed it would either be for the topgun soundtrack or for the brilliant A-HA.

constantly through your evening afore mentioned ladys and guys will continue to spank you.

im kind of looking for some more ideas as although what i have thought up, up to now is obviously awesome.....i think its lacking a few things?

any good suggestions and ill put you on the guest list.

cheers you spankers. "

Fazackerly Post No. 2

Post: guys and porno...why?

Topic started on 9-8-2005 @ 12:48 AM by DigitalGrl

right then.......here we go.......

as an EXPERT in the field .......having probably watched more porn in my short life time than most people could watch in 10 lifetimes...(and starred in one)...porn is just a lot of fun.......sex is the most natural thing in the world....it creates a natural high when your doing it (especially with me!!.....poor joke)....porn boils down to the fantasy state of which ones min can wander and you can put yourself in situations you wouldnt dream of doing in real life for example:- i think a lot of guys fantasize about having sex with more than one women at the same time....the reallity igreat, its fun and a laugh, it can also be unbelievbley sensual ....but....many people realise that once the act has been committed, that one or both of the people involved in involving the 3rd member start to get jealous.......this is why its far easier to just use porn as a substitute....by the time youve 'crippled the hamster'....its done and dusted...no body gets hurt or offended.

ive been to some freaking weird partys, involving some bizzare stuff......i dont think i ever felt embarrased or weird...mainly due to the fact i dont think any of it really matters in the big scheme of things? (by the way were not talking too weird)...have fun, have lots of (safe) sex, as long as if your in a relationship both parties consent?........live life, have

fun...

PORN ROCKS!!

Malinka and Fazackerley ran computer shops together. Malinka is linked to Murat,  Murat has been linked to GM and Fazackerley is linked to Leicestershire where the McCanns live. All very suspect!

Jeremy Bamber Forum

WIKIPEDIA

The girls mentioned that Malinka's name had been removed from the main article on Wikipedia but I have enough knowledge of the site to retrieve it.  Here it is...

--------------

The police were understood to have taken in for questioning Sergey Malinka, 22, a man of Russian origin, from whose property officers also took away a laptop computer and two hard drives. Malinka had set up a website for Murat and the two exchanged frequent phone calls since Madeleine's disappearance – the reason the authorities started suspecting him. Chief Inspector Olegário de Sousa reiterated there was insufficient evidence to make any arrests. Police said that Malinka had been questioned as a witness for approximately five hours, which did not, having regard to the "dynamic" nature of the investigation, mean that he could not become a suspect.

Malinka spoke negatively of the coverage of the case in the Portuguese media, which had alleged that he was a convicted sexual offender. He denied he had contacted Murat, and said he was "completely innocent". Inconsistencies in his account of his relationship with Robert Murat emerged: he had said [to the police or the media] he had not contacted Murat in a year but Murat’s mobile phone records allegedly show he called Malinka at 23:40 on the night Madeleine vanished. On 19 May, Portuguese detectives flew to England to interview Dawn Murat, the estranged wife of Robert Murat, and detectives re-interviewed other witnesses connected with Murat.

Following accusations in the media the McCanns, their friends, and Robert Murat instigated libel actions. The Daily Express and the Daily Star published front-page apologies and agreed to pay the McCanns £550,000 in libel damages. A grouping of British newspapers settled with Murat for a £600,000 payout and issued a public apology. BSkyB also paid him damages in a separate libel case.Sergey Malinka and Michaela Walczuch accepted more than £100,000 each.

@ April28th   Yes, Ben, I am very happy to do so.

First, your opinion on what happened to Madeleine McCann has swung more times than a pendulum. You support the McCanns; then you don't. You have one opinion on what happened to Madeleine, and then another. You produce YouTube videos stating one opinion about the cae, then you withraw them and substitute another YouTube video with another opinion. In a word, you seem unreliable.

Second, whlilst not many months ago you supported the forum's main conclusions about what happened to Madeleine, now you have moved right away from that.  That means you are in conflict with the majority view on the forum and with the unanimous view of the admin team - and moreover it means that you are rejecting a whole stack of very strong evidence.

And in addition to those points, I would have to say, as I did at the time, that your long and complex tale about the 'toilet-shaped' building and the demolished shack on the Rocha Negra in my opinion (and that of others here) was that it was a whole lot of unjustified speculation which in the end took us absolutely nowhere in terms of helping to find out what really happened to Madeleine McCann.

I can only speak for myself but why would you choose to join this forum in any other name but your own real name when you are promoting a book in your real name? I believe you are now quite active on Twitter.

It would suggest you are not who you say you are - and I'm happy to be proven wrong.

If you are indeed Malinka, I wonder why you are doing crowd funding to produce a book to clear your name in case your  'first born son' looks you up on the internet in about ten years or so. Why not write a blog, publish an e-book or even better, as you have obviously documented the situation in which you find/found yourself, why not just hand this manuscript to your son at the appropriate time?

I ask these questions in earnest and sincerity.

Sergey, did you see my post above yours?

Can you tell us please what that black thing is on the wall behind Madeleine in the Make-up photo? Is it a thermometer or some kind of lantern, or maybe a hanging basket bracket?

As you live in Portugal I assume you've seen these things on external walls before?

Re: Another look at Sergey Malinka

Post by Tony Bennett on 30.11.17 10:39

So that we have a more 'rounded' picture of who Sergey Malinka is today, I received this message recently from a Praia da Luz resident who wishes to remain anonymous:

---------------------------

QUOTE

Mr Malinka has been a peripheral figure in our lives recently. He is working from a base near Lagos, with his girlfriend, in a upmarket estate agency that he owns. The average property he deals in is perhaps €3 million, and Mr Malinka appears to be doing well. The property market seems to be recovering here in general. The government has an incentive scheme in place for anyone spending €500,000 plus. So the top end of the market is doing particularly well again.

We happened to be in touch with a group of foreign investors who want enough land to build an entire urbanisation, and Mr Malinka was able to come up with a suitable large plot of land instantly. These type of deals seldom go through straightforwardly. The investors have the whole world to pick from, so whether they choose Portugal is anyone’s guess.

I very much doubt that doisgaloes is Mr. Malinka. Secondly, self-publishing a book is neither particularly difficult nor expensive, therefore I believe the crowdfunding venture is merely an advertising ploy.

So in summation you think removing things I no longer stand behind is bad, that having the honesty to admit that I don't know everything/not pigeonholing facts to prostrate myself for your implied dogmatic 'mass opinion' is bad, the fact you didn't like one blog is bad and any of what you wrote above is meant to be an argument?

These people are a bit like Colin Sutton. They pop up and, metaphorically, pull the pin, chuck the grenade and watch the fallout. They get some kind of perverted glee out of it, they are that easily pleased.

There really isn't anything new (not even in what appears to be a self-promoting book......BTW, wanting it for his son is not too far removed from "madeleine" being "the truth for the twins" ), it's all a waste of time and not something we should be spending too much time over.

@ copodenieve   -  Best post on the thread so far - you have got it in one...bullseye!

Except this is also, to coin a phase I have heard somewhere before: 'a good marketing ploy'. There's money to be made by putting 'Madeleine McCann' on your front cover. Even if you have nothing very new to say about her disappearance.

You can check Malinka's twitter account and his tweets here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

To my mind his utterances on CMOMM look very much like those on Twitter - including a lot of bad language.

Malinka Tweet 1

When I created this profile I thought it would be helpful for people to know me better and most of the people here show sympathy. however, there are some serious idiots throwing crap at everything, hiding behind a nickname - show your name and face - lowlifes [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Malinka Tweet 2 - Where he explains why people like us are very doubtful about his book:

Because they are afraid that the story they have doesn't make sense when I start throwing facts in my book

Malinka Tweet 3 - The reason for his book clearly revealed - closure for him, NOT the truth about Madeleine

Beans would be spilled don't worry, if and when my book is released. I want closure more than anything!

Malinka Tweet 4 - No evidence of British government involvement

I am afraid I don't know anything about that. There is a lot of rumors, but I never saw or heard anything in concrete about special forces or intelligence.

-----------

Mr Malinka, You are happy with those you've chosen to promote your work.

That's good   yes

The questions I asked with politeness and sincerity this morning were not answered. Had this person not joined the forum I wouldn't have put forward questions to him.

Re: Another look at Sergey Malinka

Post by Tony Bennett on 30.11.17 19:59

One other report about Sergey Malinka that I saved from 2008 was the one below. I have no means of checking how much is correct, but if anything is incorrect, Mr Malinka is here and can challenge it straightaway if he wishes to. I have redacted some of the allegations:

============

FROM:  [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]=8

Why was Sergey Malinka's car destroyed ?

The Algarve Resident of Portugal reported on March 26, 2008 that a car belonging to Praia da Luz resident Sergey Malinka was destroyed by burning on the night of March 20, 2008. On the sidewalk next to where the car was parked the word "fala" ["talk" in Portuguese] was written in large letters.

Who is Sergey Malinka?

Sergey Malinka is a Moldavian-Russian man who has been living in Praia da Luz for about seven [or more] years [ 2000-2007]. He is considered to be an expert in computer-related stuff and as a result is well known and enjoys a high social profile. He also operates a computer store in Praia da Luz.

On May 16, 2007 he was interviewed by the Portuguese police in connection with the disappearance of Madeleine McCann on the night of May 3, 2007 from a room in an apartment at the Mark Warner Ocean Club in Praia de Luz. When the police arrived at his apartment to question him, he had already wiped clean the hard drive of his personal computer which contained hundreds of files known only to him.

He denied any involvement in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann and the police could not arrest nor charge him with anything for a lack of evidence.

How did Malinka found out the police were going to his place to question him in connection with the disappearance of Madeleine McCann? If he didn't have anything to hide why did he wipe clean the files on his computer?

As a matter of record for anyone to verify, Sergey Malinka telephoned former suspect in the case Robert Murat on or about 10:30 pm on May 3, 2007 - just some 30 minutes after Madeleine McCann went missing.

Phone records show that both men were in continuous contact during the crucial hours after her disappearance.

In addition, Robert Murat's mother Jennifer who operates a bed-and-breakfast business in Praia da Luz confirmed that both men had met and talked lengthily before and after the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

Also, in its edition dated August 7, 2007 the digital magazine Variedad published a report featuring information on Sergey Malinka and his relationship with Robert Murat. According to the report, Sergey Malinka has [REDACTED by T.B.] and his relationship with Robert Murat is based on common business interests connected to child trafficking, on behalf of international organisations with presence in Portugal and involved in this highly lucrative criminal enterp[REDACTED by T.B.] Malinka mysteriously disappeared from Praia da Luz shortly after Madeleine McCann was snatched from the bed she was sleeping on. The report by Variedad also included information on a large number of porn videos and pictures that were found at Robert Murat's house during a search after the kidnapping of Madeleine McCann had occurred on the night of May 3, 2007.

Sergey Malinka was [or still is] employed as a trip organizer by the Corlett Lines Company who owns the yacht "Naomi Corlett" which was believed to be the vessel that left Portimao in the early afternoon hours of May 3, 2007 and headed towards the Marina in Lagos to be positioned near Praia da Luz. As a matter of record for anyone to verify, Malinka was [or still is] an organiser of expeditions to remote islands off the coast of Africa on behalf of the Corlett Lines Company, and was also involved in offering boat trips in the Mediterranean and to the North of Africa. These business activities show that he had access to sea vessels before May 3, 2007. Also, telephone communication records available confirm that Malinka called his wife that was on board the yacht after its arrival at the Marina in the early afternoon hours of May 3, 2007. All of these and other facts suggest that Sergey Malinka was either directly involved in or has vital information on the kidnapping and disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

Sergey Malinka is also a man with different alias[es]. According to reports published on the Sergeant's Inn website, Malinka is known also as "Nick Legaloff," "Nikolai Fedorenko," "Ivan Nikolayevich Petrov," and possibly other false names. Why so many fake names?

What is he really up that requires him to use so many fake names? These and many more questions remained unanswered on an individual whose shadowy activities make him a subject of interest in connection with different events, including what links to the kidnapping of Madeleine McCann.

But above all, the biggest unanswered question is: Why was his car destroyed, and the Portuguese word "fala" ["talk] written in large letters next to it?  Who wants him to "talk" about what? Whoever burned Malinka's car must have valid reasons to demand of him to "talk" in such a violent way. What does Malinka know that you and I don't regarding the kidnapping of Madeleine McCann? May we suggest that investigators currently working on the case give consideration to this information?

Meanwhile, is the 'Queen of Portugal', i.e Isabelle McFadden, on commission to promote Malinka's book?

I ask because we are getting tweet after tweet from her on Twitter promoting it. Like this one:

Wow, I wish even 10% of words written here meant anything other than self-promotion of so-called investigation skills when all that you do here is copy/paste nonsense that others came up with. Mr. Bennett your posts are the most ridiculous of all. You like a puddle with a ball, u see if u want it, but u cant do shit to get it because of lack of imagination as copy/pasting is not that hard, using your brain is. I wish to address this message to everyone here. All of you have forgotten that there is a little girl missing, you play detectives and act like you know things, but nothing here helps little girl long forgotten by people that sit on this forum. Pull your heads out of your asses and start thinking instead of copying others nonsense, do proper research instead of publishing shit that others made up. Not one sentence on this website is true about me except my name and age.

There are police files, even translated for people like you lot, yet you are too lazy or too stupid to read and understand them.

Mr Bennett - you are a fake researcher and there is nothing left in your bag of tricks.

[mod][You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], all new members are welcome on CMOMM but if you wish to stay with us in our quest to discover the truth about the disappearance of Madeleine Beth McCann, would you please adhere to the forum rules. [/mod]
