Carter-Ruck. Are you aware that 'muratfan' is promoting '60 Reasons' on his blog?

I wonder if Carter-Ruck are aware that 'muratfan', on his notorious blog 'brenryandand co', is actively promoting "What Really Happened to Madeleine McCann? - 60 Reasons which suggest she was not abducted"?

In response to Carter-Ruck's letters, myself and The Madeleine Foundation agreed not to provide any links at all to other places on the internet where '60 Reasons' could be read.

And we have stuck to our word. These links were removed from our website months ago in response to a specific request by Carter-Ruck.

But - hey! - not for 'muratfan', who on the home page of his 'brenryandandco' blog helpfully gives links for two separate places where it may be read - on a well-known English blog and on Wikileaks. I cannot give the links to these here, as that could (not necessarily would by the way) be deemed to be a breach of my undertaking on 25 November last year.

If Carter-Ruck were to accuse me of breaching an undertaking while allowing 'muratfan' to continue promote my '60 Reasons' book, that would look, well, really rather stupid.

There seem to be far fewer of them recently, so perhaps the message is hitting home that supporting people who surround themselves with entities such as Halligen, Metodo 3 and other miscreants is not as clever as they thought.

Isnt it better someone (even from team mccann) is promoting it .......wider audience and all.....?

Wouldnt better solution be just to inform CR about it, at the same time drew their attention to mccanns double standard, than to rattle the snake, muratfan, that he removes it.

I see you have posted up here two of the several places on the internet where it is still possible to read my book: "What Really Happened to Madeleine McCann: 60 Reasons which suggest that she was not abducted".

I am required by virtue of a High Court undertaking to enusre not only that '60 Reasons' is not sold or distributed, but also to make sure, so far as practicable, that others do not sell or distribute it.

Please remove the two links to '60 Reasons' from your blog.

At the same time, please remove all libellous references to me on your blog or elsewhere.

One would consider this the understatement of the week.

Of course, this person is not acting alone in this instance, and one would suggest that those who consistently harp on with regard to Tony Bennett's supporters being liable for court costs, take note that they could be similarly liable because of their own comments and harrassment of Tony Bennett and his family.
