http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2887831/Nephew-couple-killed-Glasgow-bin-lorry-disaster-wishes-driver-speedy-recovery-hopes-knows-wasn-t-fault.html
Nephew of couple killed in Glasgow bin lorry disaster wishes driver 'speedy recovery' and hopes he knows 'it wasn't his fault'
Nephew of Jack and Lorraine Sweeney does not blame driver for deaths
Their granddaughter Erin McQuade, 18, also died in accident on Monday
Marc Gardiner said he hopes the driver of the lorry has 'speedy recovery'

As opposed to another pair of "alleged christians", talking about the people working without weekend leave, without annual leave, and for 18 hours a day, trying their best to find their daughter . . .

I would lie in bed, hating the person who had done this to us; the person who had taken away our little girl and terrified her; the person who had caused these additional problems for me and the man I loved. I hated him. I wanted to kill him. I wanted to inflict the maximum pain possible on him for heaping all this misery on my family.

I remember feeling such disdain for Ricardo at this point. What was he doing? I thought. Just following orders? Under my breath, I found myself whispering, ‘Fucking tosser, fucking tosser.’ This quiet chant somehow kept me strong, kept me in control. This man did not deserve my respect. ‘Fucking tosser . . .’

Not sure how I feel about seeing Mr Amaral – for the first time ever, I hasten to add! I know I’m not scared but that man has caused us so much upset and anger because of how he has treated my beautiful Madeleine and the search to find her. He deserves to be miserable and feel fear.

"I had lots of hope that there would be progress in Murat's situation. I'm sure that he is involved and I feel like killing him, but I can't". Nine days later, Madeleine's mother receives a message from a woman that tells her that Murat tried to photograph the granddaughter of a friend, also three years old and blond, and Kate sends "the whole" information to the PJ. "I'm certain that he is guilty and I just want to scream", she writes on the 27th of July.

Any comment on that, Mitchell ?

aw come on PeterM, she did at some stage say she could possibly forgive the abductor who actually would have caused great harm and pain to Maddie, but it seems she cannot forgive Rocky or TB.    Eh?     No wonder I am so confused and shocked at some of the things I read about poor little Maddie's disappearance.

Oh, yes. Sorry I forgot that she said she might forgive her husband  the person who took her daughter's body out of the apartment.

When we look back at what they have said and done it is indeed "shocking"
On a par with the Matthews and even the Tia case.
Shocking. Condign. Disgusting, Revolting, worthy of universal Opprobrium

Yes it's not attitude to those causing any accidents, but attitude towards those people who try to uncover exactly what hapenned where the differences are seriously different.

Meanwhile as Jim Davidson seeks to rebuild his reputation via an interview with Martin Brunt (also seeking to rebuild himself after the Brenda Leyland affair) on Sky courtesy of a - yet another! - military charity...some of us will join the dots.

How did St Katherine of Rothley know the abductor was a 'him'. It could have been a her as in the later stories or a them as in the latest story about the Brazilians.

Maybe Mitchell could throw a spin around that one?

" the person who had caused these additional problems for me and the man I loved."

It seems odd to say "additional problems" to describe the alleged abduction and probable murder of one's firstborn child. What other problems could come close to being comparable? And why not say "Gerry" or "my husband" instead of "the man I loved"?. What is the focus here--her relationship with Gerry or her missing daughter?

Kate's vitriol in these statements is so misdirected--she uses the word "kill" so freely. It is very disturbing.

My opinion only.

And the focus is on "for heaping all this misery on my family."
No mention of Madeleine, apart from her being a bit 'frightened'
And as you say the ADDITIONAL problems is a real give-away
Was Madeleine a significant problem, hyperactive, colic, genetically not quite "perfect",
(coloboma, Turners, XO, so much emphasis on genit**** leading one to suspect that they were NOT perfect - - - who knows.)

I seem to remember you using the Clutha bar helicopter tragedy last year for the sake of a thread, how about you leave this one alone? Not everything is a point-scoring opportunity.  It's also blatant reaching yet again, nobody with any common sense would compare a driver having a heart attack at the wheel to a child abductor.

What Abductor would that be?? Do you have evidence for an abductor, because to date i have never read about or seen any?

I think if we compare the tragedy of a guy having a heart attack behind the wheel of a truck to the McC case, it is referring more to how people behave after something horrible happens in their life, and how people rally together to help and show their best side in time of need, and great distress.
The McC's IMO have shown their ugly side into an investigation into their missing child. In their sheer anger and hatred, they want payback and don't care who's lives they wreck, and have done that to people that have a differing opinion of them. Yet they purport to be "Christian", good little catholics, that even met with the pope & kissed the Pope's ring or whatever those people do, and got his blessing, lol. But cross the McC's and boy, you better look out, their hate knows no bounds. Just ask a few of their victims!

It goes much further than "not caring" whose lives they wreck.
They have set out deliberately to destroy at least two people's lives.   And Kate boasts about it in her book.
She wanted to KILL Robert Murat, to ensure that Dr Amaral felt pain, and to impoverish TB with legal costs of a third of a million pounds.
And she despised other Police officers who were trying to find out what had happened, and failed to thank the hundreds of people who actively searched for days, whilst they dossed about and made false statements to the Police.  And again she boasts about this in her autobiography
And now they, or clearly their extended family and supporters, may have triggered the suicide of someone else.
Mitchell has openly warned at least one person to be very careful, in case they had an "accident' or words to that effect\

Is anyone safe ?

Kate's Christianity is on call. It's only on show for public consumption purpose.

She is one hell of a very angry lady with so much hate in her because she is disbelieved and she hates that.
Just what was she thinking when she wished her evilness on people in her bewk? If she hopes her readers to feel empathy for her she has achieved the opposite -- all she got is incredulous disbelief that she can be so evil.

TB always did use his real name and gave his contact details. Look what happened
Dr Amaral was clearly identifiable and traceable - ditto
The late Brenda Leyland was tracked down by the McCanns' team on the internet and her name and address given to Sky and Brunt, - ditto
Robert Murat tried to help, and they found where he lived - ditto

You're being modest here Peter, you also have never hidden your real identity. The McCanns have never come after you though.

I agree that they display a great deal of hate in their faces, their body language, their comments.

This makes me all the more open to the idea of a premeditated murder being a possibility in this case.

This is merely an opinion, naturally.
