Yes, both Tia Sharp and April Jones, both extremely high profile cases, played out in the media daily until the perpetrator arrested and tried. We had the dogs going in, the helicopters etc., police coming out with evidence bags - media interviews with cops..... all exactly the same

If the patio doors were unlocked, these 'burglars' apparently walked past the camera on the table, ignored passports , sedated the children,wiped everywhere clean of DNA , raised the shutters as a red herring, hid in a gap the width of a folded newspaper when Gerry arrived, took Madeleine away and left blood and cadaver odour, ALL BETWEEN REGULAR CHECKS AND WITHOUT BEING SEEN.
I still haven't worked out how they got cadaver odour on Kate's clothes, the hire car and Cuddlecat. That may take me a bit longer..............

I read about this late yesterday and have been trying to figure out why. A legal move? To try and expunge the entries from the internet? But they've been saved for posterity elsewhere.

What is it about the now-deleted posts which make it so important that they be removed?

Correct .. throw in two workers with local knowledge [ possibly keys ] , a Russian , [ who is an expert with computers, nice !!! they will start alluding to web porn next . oh no show would be complete with out the village idiot . well surprise surprise , they found one of them as well . all bases covered. the 3 Arguido's are now seven . it has re shaped history .
a member of this forum stated we must give redwood a chance and NOT to take the P*** out of his ar** . well i see nothing [ crimewatch , the digs , this , that has given me any confidence . Only when the tapas lot inc the McCann's are rounded up in dawn raids and taken to paddington green station , and questioned under oath, with the PJ present will i have any confidence in this case and the way it is being run . You Do NOT spend ten Million pounds when the conclusion is plain to see . its a disgrace .

And what about Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells in Soham? IIRC that was very high profile too.

The British Police even asked the Judiciary Police to start collecting fingerprints and DNA profiles of the four suspects now constituted as arguidos. Even if it was done in a sneaky way.

The request appears in a letter rogatory dated of July last year, but was challenged by the PJ, since it is an illegality. At the request of Scotland Yard, and with the endorsement of the Portuguese Public Ministry, the suspects were formally constituted arguidos, Tuesday, by the PJ inspectors of the Southern Directorate in Faro.

IF, and only IF, it is true that the cadaver dogs are once again in PdL it shows the world, and the Tapas 7 and the McCANNS a number of things

1 Police trust dogs' findings
2 Grange know know, or reasonably suspect, that Madeleine was dead on 3rd
3 The PJ know know, or reasonably suspect, that Madeleine was dead on 3rd
4 The Portuguese Ministry of Justice - who have authorised this whole thing, know know, or reasonably suspect, that Madeleine was dead on 3rd

It therefore follows that Grange, the PJ and the Portuguese Ministry of Justice all know know that the "Fund" has been a fraud from the start.
As indeed does everyone else.

A possibility of why Malinka is named could be that his face was known from 2007, the Portuguese press may have seen him turn up at the police station and recognised him, maybe they don't recognise the other people pictured arriving and going.

Re. the others being questioned, I don't think there's been any official announcement that any of these people are aguidos, I think on the Sky news report from Monday night it said the people 'may' be made aguidos, so basically the press don't know and personally I believe they may be witnesses and not suspects.

The room in the garage close to the McCann's apartment that does not have a trace of Madeleine and the Gaspar statement.

I think they're gambling that the police haven't already copied everything from the site.

A decent lawyer would make mincemeat out of any attempt to use a screen grab taken by a third party when there is nothing left to link it to the original webpage.

It could be that they're destroying evidence as a last desperate throw of the dice.

Just my opinion.

I find Stephen Carpenter's statements suspicious. He was in the right place at the right time far too often for me. He even phoned Philomena at one point.

And it was the McCanns who put his name forward for the rogatory interviews.

Too bad Poe. That information could come from the web host, plus all those posts had been seen by many people, they'd also be cached on the net.

To deny they made those blog posts would be.... Ludicrous lol
