It wasn't all over the press. KS talked about a legal complaint, nothing abour suing her. Blacksmith takes a few facts, as he has done in this case, and then constructs a fairy story around them. posters then believe what they want to believe.

Just to get back on track. We have more confirmation that a settlement is being sought but as yet we have no idea what form that settlement will take or who will give the most. I am sure no one will be seen to cave in. Still no word re the case TB vs McCanns.

No you haven't! In response to my posts asking for your comment on BS's debunking of the three areas of the claim you have said you believe his article is rubbish and that he is a fraud.

Yet how can you say it is "rubbish" when you have not offered a single rebuttal to any of the points.

I'm afraid discussion doesn't work like that and whilst you are perfectly entitlted to say you don't want to respond by not doing so it undermines you and your opinions.

You can't say something is rubbish and not then say WHY it is rubbish and expect to be taken seriously.

Maybe you are being a little harsh on ed1976. He has only been a member since the 18th of this month. When I asked him why he had joined the forum he said something along the lines of ' well I was stuck at home in the snow.' I asked him if he was interested in the case before it started snowing, but I can't seem to find his reply. So please be kind. It may have stopped snowing where ed1976 lives..........

Ed obviously doesnt like Mr Amaral, believes the Mccanns version of events and that they are right suing him and others using donations to the fund given by people to find her

It is a certified pattern that guilty people hire pr and lawyers to protect them and do little to find their so called lost and missing loved ones
