yeah april 8 is what i have in my memory, but it is not that much effort to find out if that is indeed correct, it was 258 days they had to sit, and they have been left out just before christmas 2006, he met nicole f. on a christmas party. so they could have been released from 21 to 23 december on.

so hb and ms could have been in the little finca between april 8 and 31 may 2006. but not after that, if that landlady, at least that was used in sandra f. her production i think, was cleaning it out in may 2006.

Recent information suggests a witness who was acquainted with the main suspect in this globally shocking case has come forward with a crucial detail that could aid in solving the mystery.

Christian Brueckner, a 45-year-old German prisoner, allegedly boasted to his friend about using a burglary tool kit to gain access to apartment 5A in the Praia de Luz resort complex in Portugal—the very same unit where McCann and her parents were staying when she disappeared in 2007. The prevailing theory among investigators is that the abductor entered through the window.

However, German police are now scrutinizing this evidence, as well as the claims that Brueckner utilized a car cleaning chemical to drug the four-year-old.

The friend of the kidnapping suspect, identified only as Helge B. and currently under witness protection, revealed that he had met Brueckner three years before Madeleine McCann went missing. The 52-year-old witness recounted finding the burglary toolkit at Brueckner's residence. Brueckner, who is currently serving a prison sentence for drug and rape offenses, allegedly disclosed to Helge B. that he used these tools to break into resorts and holiday apartments to steal from tourists.

In an interview with The Sun, Helge B. stated, "There were passports on the table. There was all sorts of stuff lying around — cameras, suitcases, everything that tourists have with them. I also found a lock pick set." Helge B. kept the kit and informed the German police, emphasizing, "You can use it to pick any lock, including security locks."

The bundle consists of 14 black stainless steel keys, each specifically designed for a particular lock type. While the police maintain that the suspect gained entry through the window, Helge B. asserts that Brueckner used the keys to enter through the door, claiming, "He can open any door." A police source revealed, "The German detectives were electrified by the discovery of the tool kit with the lock picks in it. This evidence is now very important to them."

But Christian Post never mentioned finding Swimming Goggles painted Grey, or any Lock picking sets.

“He said he would go into rooms and take what he wanted. At the time I guessed he was talking about cash, jewellery, ­passports… but now who knows?

They CAN of course be picked, but you need more than the standard 14 piece set to do it.

cross locks could be picked.

but all locks have in common, it is not easy to do it on a real door, with the intention to get in without permission, and quick too. the you tube gangs use no ordinary locks, but simply prepared ones that are mounted in front of them, of a kind you can see what you do, themselves sitting in a nice warm and cosey environment, with good light, if it does not work well, whipe the video and just start over. so no stress at all. even when mummy calls out dinnertime, that is very different than the real world.

cross locked could be picked with a classic lock picking set, the 4 way is only mildly better. there are hardly experiences with theft by use of these sets, stainless steel is just stupid, you want extra hardened steel, and not with a plastic handle, or other set in material, you want to feel where the metal is, so just in one piece, so these fancy ones are just junk.

very little locksmiths , the legal ones. will use lock picking sets at all. there is far better equipement available on the market, and the legal lock smith does not mind some noise at all. 

the illegal ones are in favor of breaking in, so it gives some damage, they do not care, and a nice sturdy screwdriver or the small crowbar are very more in favor. most have hardly need for it, because people everywhere do not lock up as properly as they think. 

back to 5a, with that cross lock, there was ample light, there have been people around from all sides, you do not want jane tanner flip flopping near you, or a matt who wanted to listen at the shutters of all 3 apartments in use. even in perfect circumstances it did not happen in under 2 minutes, and we know, there was no more time to just relax and pick a lock. 

also that door was man or lady handled with good old fashioned dragon blood, the typical signs you would transfer after picking a lock in a door are not found. 

also there are different sets for cars and for other doors, car locks are much easier to pick, junks in amsterdam used just half of a pair of scissors. or a sharpened screwdriver. the car sets are usually a bit flatter and easier to bow, by other locks you do not want bowing at all.
i never have arrested, or heard of a thief arrested that used lock picks, there are so many ways they use, and the open door window was an all time favorite. 

it is not no one knows they had a break in, and no damage, they still will call the police. so you would easily see it back in the numbers of crime, when there had been a spree with a lock picking miracle man.

pass ports got out of fashion after they got a updated model in europe, the became much harder to re-use. so hard to resell. it was much cheaper to buy a fake one and a fake visa of a non eu country. stealing computers was quite common for a time, but only the modem parts, they just left the screen and keybord behind, you could easily wait til the next company dumped them in the container, because they got new ones. 

what is valuable to you is often useless for small thieves. i still have to find another burglary in the wild, that has going wrong, so they taken the kids.

the guys never have been friends, they all lived by the day and from illegal and criminal enterprises. mind like spirits who did not care about other people much. theft, robbery, violence against others, even partners. 

the media does serve us hb in a pair of lady pants and satin gloves, but it is just a criminal. not a small one too. portugal, spain, southern france, italy, greece, this guy left a nasty legacy behind. 
as cry baby, no friends left, probably never had friends at all, only like minded guys to hang out, that he, like them, could make use of. he is just confronted with the results of his own choices in life. not talking to the police, but all his own choices. he does not need to escape cb, or being protected from cb, that guy is in solitary prison time. so probably he has some other 'minor nasties' outstanding against him. 

it is all just mockery, not only the victims of this guy, hb himself, but also the consumers of the media. 

i remember i once had read some books, the author had used the same persons in 4 or 5 different settings, but at least that was sold as fiction. this case easily walks into many more versions, they can not be al true. 
and i do not want to buy this latest version. common, they can not even show what they want to sell us, it is all far to fictional. it is getting into the game of goose, so hcw had landed in the pit, and have to wait to the next player get past him.

The "friends" and partners in crime to CB called him the climber, so it seems likely to me that his preferred way of getting into the apartments was through the patio doors.

If he was entering through the front doors, he would just walk up the stairs wouldn't he.

it is all far over the top, a movie script, real life is so much more boring. 

and this is a common fallacy if you start filling up the story from a supposed perp, instead of the case itself. 
the forgot to look what is already there, what already is known about facts an d circumstances.

in an earlier setting, from another friend by media definition, cb not only preferred the dark hours, but preferred to strip naked, put some swimming goggles on so he would not leave traces, or could be recognized easily. 
i think they left that out of the equitation because , the cb would by that no longer fitted the profile of the explorer of young english maidens in holiday lets around the algarve. remember beerman and towel feet.
summer and his birdy tried to rewrite that to cb also at the start. 

that interview with cp was the second he dd, the first one only had half of the passports.

the grey painted goggles and the body form is different in the hb witness statement about what he did see on the video, and are not and never have been part of the 2005 rape case, it belongs to one of the 5 cases, earlier charged have been brought, but are on hold, because the court declared incompetence.

so the heavier build american lady with the googles is that what is given as the case of rape against a unknown female person, from 70 to 80 years old, from a unknown date, time, or place. even the crime is only taken from hb his witness statement. 

there is never seen a video that could have been part of the 2005 rape case. from the statements of hb and ms there are 3 others, the old lady(1) only by their word and understanding, ms his italian lady(2) did not made into the case load, or load of cases, the young female person(3), that by both their word spoke german, made it, place is known, the little finca with the tree in the living room, no date. age of the victim in the writ was given around 14, ms said 15, 16 years, hb about 14. age of consent is 14 years in germany and portugal. enduring content looks to be understand as non existent any longer because of what hb and ms declared about what she said. if hb and ms had given a younger age it would automatically classify as rape under german law, because a under age of consent can not be legally have given consent. 

but that age of 14 is just putting the defense in a corner, if it was cb in the video he could answer who she was, and her age, if hcw leaves ms out of his witnesses, the defense can hardly make ms into their own witness , because that means you believe what he tells is true in a way. the rest can easily be left to the public. with a bit of help of the media. also if the age becomes under words against hcw from the defense team, it also made clear there could have been really video tapes. 

it can based on the information in the paperwork with the charges, nothing more than a fishing expedition for the prosecution. the defense will try to get it of the table before a witness can be heard. 

from hb his last appearance in the media, the defense is going for not existing video's at any time, in any way connected to cb.  

i have still not found an answer if the 5 cases could be tried in one process,because if that is possible, there will not be media and public, because there are 2 cases against minors. that means behind closed doors.

you cannot state hcw has no eye for legal strategy. but it could be he never could get into using it. no news about this from his desk in the weekly letter.

“He told them how Christian B often boasted of being really, really good at what he did, a master criminal and how the police were useless.

I'm curious as to why Christian Post, another friend of CB, moved to Cambodia and changed his name.

Just as I am curious as to why Manfred S is back in Germany, begging outside a Supermarket in NRW.
