Correction. Kate and Gerry instigated the abduction theory and have spent the ensuing 13 years ensuring 'everyone' supported it.
A restaurant would only be too grateful to receive a block booking for a party of 8 for a week in May. What, prey is the rule bending required here? There would be no justification to be made of any sort for such a 'nice little earner' Nice try Kate
They liked routine and so did the children but, strangely enough that all went out of the window for some unknown reason as we all well know.

Have the McCann's got the exact same access to the police files as we have, or have they got the" pages missing from the PJ Files " as well?

Does any body think if there had been any such note that could have potentially tipped off a would be abductor the PJ wouldn't have picked up on it? But rather it is detected the untrained investigator aka KM looking for ammunition to support the abduction theory.

Just to be clear, in case anyone thought Verdi was serious, there is no mention of this anywhere in the published DVD of the PJ files.

In spite of what we’d been told about booking the Tapas restaurant, Rachael managed to get a table for nine at 8.30pm pencilled in for the rest of the week after having a word with the receptionist at the pool and Tapas area.
It wasn’t until a year later, when I was combing through the Portuguese police files, that I discovered that the note requesting our block booking was written in a staff message book, which sat on a desk at the pool reception for most of the day. This book was by definition accessible to all staff and, albeit unintentionally, probably to guests and visitors, too. To my horror, I saw that, no doubt in all innocence and simply to explain why she was bending the rules a bit, the receptionist had added the reason for our request: we wanted to eat close to our apartments as we were leaving our young children alone there and checking on them intermittently.’

There are however some apparently missing pages which one would feel should be there, so if KM was party to these, wouldn’t it be nice to see them. The files were released on 4^th August 2008, so that would tie in with ‘a year later’ and I don't believe there has ever been a suggestion that 'different' files were available to them, only the bollocks about errors in translations.

The Tapas booking sheets are only shown from the 1^st May onwards, all headed up in Portuguese ‘4 tables with 4 people maximum’ , ie 16 covers at a time.

Looking at the available sheets, it looks acceptable for this to be doubled between an early (7.00) sitting and a late sitting (8.30 onwards), so 32 covers per night.

Tuesday had 27 + 1 child, Wed 21 + 5, Thur 27 + 5.

So busy, but still space for a few more.

The note Kate is referring to was written in a staff message book, so it wouldn't have been on the tapas booking sheets.

So she is saying that there was a book for staff messages left on the reception desk that this message was written in.

The one person who would have to know about the block booking would be Steven M. R. Cova , and he made no mention of it in his statement on 8th May 07.

He would have had to authorise a block booking.

Usually in situations such as this, , you eat in the main restaurant and can eat in the "Bistro/Tapas" on 1 occasion as a treat, at no extra cost.

It would have to have been authorised by the manager, ie Steve.

Strange that Sunday and Monday tapas booking forms are missing.

Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner has been cleared of the rape and murder of 11-year-old girl.

Claudia Ruf was kidnapped from Grevenbroich, Germany, in 1996, while walking her neighbour's dog.

Her partly burned body was found around 40 miles from the town.

Police investigating the possible involvement of prime Maddie suspect Brueckner today ruled him out as a suspect.

A police spokesman told German newspaper Bild: "After comparing the information obtained, it can be said that Christian B was not in Grevenbroich at the time in the case of Claudia Ruf.

"In addition, a DNA comparison is said to have been negative."

DNA tests were carried out on hundreds of men in the German town last year in a desperate hope for a lead in the case.

What receptionist would not write "McCann party" in the booking diary, rather than –

"McCann party who want to eat every night and leave their apartment which is 5A, wide open but are going to nip back ~~every hour~~ ~~15 minutes~~, half hour to see how many children are left..."

It is not true, and self-evidently desperate back-filling in an attempt to make the ludicrous story believable.
The effect is the opposite.

Snipped from Mathew Oldfield's 10th May statement.

Nevertheless, he relates that DP had asked the operator that they be provided with lodgings in close proximity to each other because, as a group, they intended to perform that kind of checking collectively over the children of each family.

The Mark Warner staff at the Ocean Club who were dealing with the Payne booking would know of this request and the intention the group had in leaving the children alone and checking on them.

This does not explain Kate saying it was written in a staff message book and left on the reception desk for all to see when they block booked for the tapas restaurant. There is no reference to this book in the PJ files, so I think it is a work of fiction by Kate.

However there is written reference by both Kate and Mathew Oldfield, that they intended to leave the children alone in the apartments while they dined as a group.

I see the MSM are promoting the fact that Brueckner lived near Villa Da Bishop where Portuguese police are searching the wells but they omit to mention that the PJ traced Gerry's mobile there after he returned from Washington.

No, there isn't any evidence to suggest Kate McCann would have access to a copy of a staff message book that doesn't appear in the PJ files.

In the book, Kate McCann clearly says she chanced upon the information when trawling through the PJ files, presumably after they were translated, paid for by the Find Madeleine Fund.

That information, that Kate McCann claims to have seen, is not contained in the PJ files.

That's where it begins and ends - unless of course you've got something dynamic to add.

The Sun currently update (read regurgitate the same nonsense) once or thrice every day. The latest update has a small addition to add impetus to an otherwise diminishing sunlight..

Firstly, at the risk of being repetitive, 'he who can't be named' is not, I repeat not, the prime suspect in the case. Gerry and Kate McCann are the prime suspects in the disappearance of their own daughter, Madeleine. Always have been, always will be - nothing changes.

Then, how can Kate McCann's book, an autobiographical novel, be used to find Madeleine and solve her disappearance?
