and everyone else in any seriously professional capacity agrees on this.

The only ones who insist there was an Abduction are the McCanns and those in their immediate pay, and yet none of them has been sufficiently well briefed
as to be able to offer a consistent and coherent explanation as to how it might have been achieved within the parameters set by the aforesaid-mentioned
McCanns and their supporters.

THEY are the flies in the ointment.

Despite this Christian Brueckner was never linked to Madeleine's case by Portuguese detectives.

He was reportedly first sent back to Germany in 1999 for a two-year jail term for child sex abuse after spending four years on the run in the Algarve.

The suspect is also said to have been returned to his native land in 2017 for a 15-month sentence for sexually abusing a child and possessing child pornography.

Portuguese police arrested Brueckner after he was allegedly caught exposing himself at a playground near where Maddie went missing, according to a report.

1994 Aged 17 he molested a 6 year old girl in Wurzburg.

1995 Moved to PdL after serving part of a two year sentence

So where’s the sensational ‘absconded from prison’ bit, which enabled him to spend the ‘four years on the run in the Algarve’. (Mail 9^th June originally ran the ‘extradicted from Portugal in 1999 on child sex abuse charges) Missed a trick there Matthew Dresch!

What a load of bollocks.

‘The serial sex attacker was first sent back to Germany in 1999 after he had spent four years on the run in the Algarve and served a two-year sentence in youth custody for sexually abusing a child.

He was sent back to Germany a second time in 2017 to serve a 15-month prison sentence for sexually abusing a child and possession of child pornography.

Brueckner was taken into custody in Portugal that year after he was caught indecently exposing himself at a children’s playground just 30-minutes-drive from Praia da Luz from where Madeleine McCann went missing.

Despite these two convictions for sex crimes against children and the indecent exposure Brueckner, who had lived on and off in the Algarve for 22 years, was never put on Portugal’s sex offenders register.

This contributed to the failure of detectives investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann to consider Brueckner could be linked to the crime.

The new revelations are made on Portuguese broadcaster RTP’s show ‘Friday at Nine’ tonight.
Presenter Sandra Felgueiras said: ‘It may be hard to believe, but it is true.

‘The suspect in the murder of Madeleine McCann was twice extradited from Portugal to Germany for sex crimes against children but was never investigated into her disappearance from Praia da Luz.’

How could Wolters be certain that Bruekner killed Madeleine but uncertain that he was in the area when she disappeared?

How can Wolters claim that there is "concrete" evidence that Brueckner killed Madeleine if it is not enough to charge him?

Seeing as it takes about an hour for cadaver odour to form did Breuckner sit in the McCanns apartment for an hour after he'd killed Madeleine drinking their wine, watching football on the TV, eating their tins of baked beans, then decided to take Madeleine's body away before the McCanns remembered they had 3 children in the apartment and better go and check on them and what about the check Gerry did when he was accused of watching the football, did they sit together and watch it, aww, bless!

Because it's a cesspit load of crap. Question is why and where is it leading.

I can understand team McCann prolonging the agony, dragging Portugal into the bargain from every angle, but what I can't understand is the German angle. Germany has always featured in the equation, the McCanns even took their road-show to Berlin, spreading the abduction by paedophile/child trafficker across Europe and North Africa. The press will always sensationalize this genre of story.

Why is Herr Wolter taking centre stage? Who is he, what is he, what's this all about?

If the German suspect is to be the sacrificial lamb, who is pulling Wolter's strings?

That aside, there can be no evidence to put Christian X in the frame, not even as an accessory. All the evidence points to Madeleine McCann's parents and their group of holiday friends - they are the prime suspects. Madeleine McCann was not abducted.

Nothing has changed.

What we need to keep clear in our minds, and PeterMac reminded us in a previous post is that Madeleine most likely did not meet her end on the same day as the alarm was raised, so if CB was in the location on Sunday 29th April then that would make this a little more interesting!

Mark Saunokonoko is a great disappointment. I was in touch with him some time ago. He refuses point blank to accept any possibility that Madeleine was not alive at 6pm on Thursday 3 May. Until a whole lot more influential people begin to accept this possibility, we will never get anywhere.

Even Goncalo Amaral (so far as we know) remains to be moved on this issue.

My specific concern is understanding how an Australian journalist, investigative or not, manages to get direct access to key individuals when the normal response is .... 'no comment', or 'we do not comment on a live investigation' or in some cases 'I'm not going to comment on that'.

I thought same back in the day when the interview with Gonçalo Amaral was publicised. The interview turned out to be via an interpreter so who knows what was lost or gained during the alleged interview.

That aside, clearly Mark Saunokonoko sources the information he repeats from social media, specifically twitter and facebook, in short - a particular group of critics who follow the same train of thought, without flexibility.

Ten out of ten for his interest in the case of Madeleine McCann but it would be extremely helpful if he would move away from his primary source of information. Twitter and facebook are popular destinations for myth, mischief and gossip.
