Re: Let's Not Forget Brenda
That's the very basic the Inquest absolutely needs to ascertain ie whether the people calling for "trolls" to be made examples are in any shape or form associated to the peope compiling the dossier and handing it to the press.

Re: Let's Not Forget Brenda
For details of how this works in England, for our overseas readers, see
http://www.coronerscourtssupportservice.org.uk/faq
Anyone who believes they may be of help or believes a particular witness should be called should inform the Coroner.
So if anyone has information about the Dossier of Death, or knowledge of who produced it, or of who handed it over to the Police
(Ooooops, BHH has already told us that the family handed it over . . .)
or of whose heroic ankles were seen on the film, or whose trademark turquoise sweater, or bangle on right wrist, or hair flick, or accent so distinctive it had to be dubbed, or who would refer to
“WE are talking about materials which are libellous, completely untrue.
WE were getting nowhere by reporting it to the sites
WE were finding people going on line . . .”
might lead HM Coroner to identify this person
They should contact her with the information.
Including any Pro Child-Neglectors and McCann supporters, of course.
http://www.coronerscourtssupportservice.org.uk/faq
Who decides which witnesses to call?
The Coroner decides who should be called to give evidence as a witness, and the order in which they give evidence, but the Coroner will listen to representations made to him by "properly interested persons" as to who should be called. Anyone who believes they may be of help or believes a particular witness should be called should inform the Coroner. The test is whether the witness is likely to provide evidence that is relevant to the matters that the Coroner has to investigate. The Coroner will decide whether the evidence is relevant to the investigation of the death.
Must a witness attend court? Witness summonses and contempt of court
If a witness lives in England and Wales and has evidence that the Coroner regards as relevant and important to help in establishing the facts of the death, he/she can be required to attend Court. A witness will usually be asked to attend the inquest voluntarily, but if they do not agree and their evidence is crucial, the Coroner may issue a witness summons to compel their attendance. If the witness then does not attend he/she may be arrested, brought before the Coroner and charged with contempt of Court. This is an offence that is punishable with a fine or a term of imprisonment.
Who can ask witnesses questions?
Witnesses will be first questioned by the Coroner and then by any properly interested person or their legal representative. Whether a question is relevant to the purpose of the inquest is something the Coroner decides. Where relevant, the Coroner will warn a witness that he or she is not obliged to answer any question which might incriminate him/herself.
Who is a properly interested person?
The categories of properly interested persons are set out in the Coroners Rules 1984 (as amended). They include: - a parent, spouse, child, civil partner or partner and any personal representative of the deceased; - any beneficiary of a life insurance policy on the deceased; - any insurer having issued such a policy; - a representative from a Trade Union to whom the deceased belonged at the time of death (if the death arose in connection with the person's employment or was due to industrial disease); - anyone whose action or failure to act may, in the Coroner's view, have contributed to the death;- the Chief Officer of Police (who may only ask witnesses questions through a lawyer);- any person appointed as an inspector or a representative of an enforcing authority or a person appointed by a Government Department to attend the inquest; or - anyone else who the Coroner may decide also has a proper interest. The Coroner decides who will be given properly interested person status.
Anyone who believes they may be of help or believes a particular witness should be called should inform the Coroner.
So if anyone has information about the Dossier of Death, or knowledge of who produced it, or of who handed it over to the Police

Which gives her Officer another three months to collect and collate evidence.
And another three months for people to sort out the filth from the Pro-McCanns, collate it and submit in a proper fashion.
Even if she does not use it, it will be in the archive, and yet another set of people will know know the extent of the depravity involved.
The date will also be AFTER the result of the damages hearing in Lisbon, and if the result is as normal people expect, the last vestige of "moral high ground" will have been eroded.

@PeterMac,
I've snipped this from your above post. The underlining is my own

It's interesting the person with the 'cankles' was viewed in Scotland. Can that person be summoned and forced to attend a Coroner's Court in England as a witness?

No I thought not.

on the #mccann twitter, there are comments that not one shill or troll has posted this morning.
Have the McCanns and Mitchell imposed a Super-inaudible ?
All told to lie low or go out of town.
It's not simply coincidence they all happen to be super quiet when Inquest is ongoing. If anything, it's a clear sign the pro-McCanns trolls are associated to a "principal". This principal controlling agent needs to be outed.

Re: Let's Not Forget Brenda
So, NO 'inquest' until AFTER libel 'case' erm, 'verdict'?
Hmmmm.
THAT'S 'convenient' isn't it?
Should they 'win' the libel claim 'case', which they shouldn't, we'll hear nothing about BL's 'inquest'
Should they 'lose' the libel claim 'case', which they should, all we'll hear is 'it was tthat 'troll's' FAULT, 'turning' people against us, by not believing, unquestionably, our 'version' of events'
imo, obviously.

Funny that. I was just thinking the date will be after the verdict of the damages trial.
By then, their "moral high ground" can't be used as tool anymore, it won't wash.
The press are free to report court proceedings without fear of CR, and all their lies and malice against Dr Amaral will get repeated airing.
And, if they don't come up squeaky clean in the BL Inquest....?

Bearing unforeseen circumstance, I think results might even be out in Feb.
If the Judge reading of the "facts" is in January, I believe the verdict has to be produced 30 days thereabout after that.

Re: Let's Not Forget Brenda
Yet ANOTHER 'coincidence'?
All these MANY 'coincidences' ALWAYS 'CHIME', rather nicely, with ANY McCann 'event', don't they?
Nah! I'm being 'stoopid'!
It's ALL just pure 'LUCK'
I'm just surprised the McCann's don't appear to have 'won' a multi-million 'jackpot' on the Euro lottery!
There's still time, though, isn't there, for THAT to 'happen', BEFORE the libel claim 'case' verdict?

The inquest into the death of a woman accused of "trolling" the McCanns will hear evidence from two Sky journalists.
Brenda Leyland, from Leicestershire, was found dead in a hotel days after she was confronted over tweets about the family of Madeleine McCann.
A pre-inquest review was told it will hear evidence from a toxicology expert, police and the Sky News journalists.
The coroner said no criminal action was planned against any witnesses and adjourned the hearing until March.
Mrs Leyland, from Burton Overy, was confronted in October by Martin Brunt from Sky News over her use of Twitter.
Gerry McCann, with his wife Kate, previously told the BBC more needs to be done about online abuse
He questioned her about hate-filled messages about the McCanns on the social networking site.
The 63-year-old was found dead in a hotel several days later.
Mr Brunt, the crime correspondent, and Sky's head of newsgathering Jonathan Levy will both give evidence at her inquest.
Leicester Coroner Catherine Mason said: "I understand from my officers that, of all the witnesses who I have said that I will call to give oral evidence, there is nobody to which there is any foreseeability of any criminal action being taken."
Sky News's legal team attended the short hearing in Leicester, which was adjourned for the full inquest on 20 March.
The inquest will also hear written evidence from one of Mrs Leyland's sons and a pathologist.
Madeleine went missing while the Leicestershire family were on holiday in Portugal in 2007.
Shameful, media still refers to her as McCann troll.
Two sky journalists will be heard as witnesses.
No mention of sky camera man to be called witness. Was MB alone with her when he went into her house?
No mention of dossier compiler, nor of the person who orchestrated a hate campaign against McCanns skeptics.
