I agree. The best clues they've got were probably mentioned in the first days after she went missing. If any of those clues were overlooked, perhaps its still not too late to investigate them now.

My understanding of a "re-opening" of the case would mean concentrating on parental involvement in the disappearance of Madeleine, with the re-constistuting of the original three people as arguidos, which is most emphatically not what is need now.
A review, on the other hand, would mean a thorough, in-depth look at the case entirely, with emphasis being placed on looking for what happened to the missing child, and making an all out effort to find her, alive or dead.
