The documentary on the disappearance of Maddie McCann broadcast on Sat.1 earlier this week now has repercussions for investigative journalist Jutta Rabe. She has been reported by the suspect Christian B.
by Timo Niemeier
on 04.02.2022 - 15:35 hrs.
"New circumstantial evidence against the suspect Christian B. as well as his exclusive statements to Sat.1" announced Sat.1 in the run-up to the broadcast of a documentary dealing with Maddie McCann, who disappeared in Portugal many years ago. Among other things, the TV journalist Jutta Rabe had researched that the suspect had carried out repair work several times in the building complex where Maddie was also on holiday with her parents.
Following "Sat.1 investigativ: Neue Spuren im Fall Maddie" (Sat.1 investigative: New leads in the Maddie case), the station showed a talk on the topic on Monday, in which Rabe also spoke at length. Among other things, she explained that one must be careful not to prejudge the suspect. The courts should determine Christian B.'s possible guilt. She was an "advocate of the rule of law", Rabe said.
And Rabe will probably soon have to deal with this rule of law. For, as reported by "Der Spiegel", the suspect Christian B. has denounced the journalist after the broadcast of the documentary and talk show. The news magazine cites the "suspicion of qualified defamation" as the reason, quoting from a corresponding letter from the lawyer Friedrich Fülscher to the public prosecutor's office in Kiel.
According to Fülscher, the programme was intended to "disparage" his client. There is also talk of "untrue statements of fact". Specifically, it is also about a claim made by Rabe in the documentary. The journalist claimed that Christian B. had let two dogs starve to death. In fact, one of these dogs had escaped, another had been euthanised due to an incurable cancer. The lawyer said that Sat.1 had been informed of this on request. In the talk show, Rabe had also spoken about further proceedings against Christian B. and explained that the public prosecutor's office had evidence in this regard. Fülscher quotes from an email from the public prosecutor's office and says that the details mentioned are not true.
Jutta Rabe did not want to comment on this, writes "Der Spiegel". Sat.1 told DWDL.de: "Neither Sat.1 nor Jutta Rabe have been charged with a crime.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
First an explanation.
Der Spiegel ("The Mirror") is a German weekly news magazine published in Hamburg. With a weekly circulation of 695,100 copies, it is the largest such publication in Europe.
Der Spiegel is known in German-speaking countries mostly for its investigative journalism. It has played a key role in uncovering many political scandals such as the Spiegel scandal in 1962 and the Flick affair in the 1980s. According to The Economist, Der Spiegel is one of continental Europe's most influential magazines.
It is NOT the daily Mirror.

Suspect in Madeleine McCann case files criminal charges against TV journalist
04.02.2022, 13.00 - from DER SPIEGEL 6/2022
Christian B., who was imprisoned for rape, has filed a criminal complaint against journalist Jutta Rabe "on suspicion of qualified defamation". The letter from his lawyer Friedrich Fülscher to the public prosecutor's office in Kiel has been made available to SPIEGEL. The background is a TV documentary followed by a talk show about B., the suspect in the Madeleine McCann abduction case. Fülscher writes that the programme contained "untrue factual allegations" which were intended to "disparage" his client.
In the documentary, Rabe said that B. had allegedly starved two dogs to death. In fact, according to Fülscher, one of the dogs had run away and the other had been euthanised due to an incurable cancer, which he had also told Sat.1 when asked. During the TV talk, Rabe had also said that in two other cases against B. for the rape of an Irish woman and the abuse of a child, the public prosecutor's office probably had fingerprint and DNA traces. According to an email from the public prosecutor's office, from which Fülscher quotes, these details are "incorrect". Rabe did not want to comment on the matter when asked; the presumption of innocence applies.

'Missed opportunity' in Maddie case as Met requested prime suspect interview in 2013
By ALEKS PHILLIPS
20:41, Sun, Feb 6, 2022 | UPDATED: 20:50, Sun, Feb 6, 2022
Madeleine went missing when she was three years old, while her family were on holiday in the Algarve in 2007. Convicted rapist and child sexual abuser Christian B was identified as the prime suspect in Madeleine's disappearance by investigators in Braunschweig in June 2020.
They believe he is responsible for the killing of Maddie. Christian B has always denied all allegations in relation to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
It has already been reported that Christian B was first interviewed over the disappearance of Madeleine in November 2013.
In a four-part documentary by German TV channel Sat.1, released on Monday, spokesperson for the public prosecutor’s office in Braunschweig, Hans Christian Wolters, claimed at the time the Met Police asked them to investigate Christian B as a potential suspect.
Speaking in the programme, he claimed: “Because this was about a German, the British police asked the German police to look into this person in administrative cooperation without a concrete investigation, just to check out what kind of person he is, does he even exist, what are the personal circumstances – just to look at it broadly.”
Asked to expand on the interview in 2013, Mr Wolters said: “He was asked a few questions just to see if this person could say anything about the disappearance of the British girl in 2007.
“After he gave his first answers the matter was basically resolved. There was no reason to think about whether Christian B was actually involved in this case or knew about it.”
The documentary claimed this was a missed opportunity, as it warned Christian B that he was a suspect and, if it was him who took Madeleine, would have allowed him to destroy evidence linking him to the crime.
In 2020, German newspaper Der Spiegel reported that Christian B had been invited in for questioning via a letter which stated the matter was in reference to Madeleine McCann.
Officers told the paper that this had been a blunder, as such a high-profile case would have required more evidence to be gathered before approaching a potential suspect.
One investigator claimed: “This should not have happened and in no way complies with common procedure in such a delicate case.”
Christian B was believed by prosecutors to be living in the Algarve between 1995 and 2007.
The day after Madeleine disappeared, the suspect transferred his Jaguar car to someone else’s name.
Police also uncovered phone records that appeared to place him in the Praia da Luz area on the evening of Madeleine’s disappearance.
The Sat.1 documentary also claimed it had evidence that Christian B “repeatedly worked” at the Ocean Club resort where the McCanns stayed, and would have been “very familiar” with the area.
In recent weeks, revelations about Christian B’s appetite for children have included claims that he had stashes of child pornography and that he “he liked the bodies of girls before they reached puberty”.
However, Christian B rebutted claims that he was responsible for the kidnap of Madeleine in letters written from his German prison cell.
In excerpts shown on the Sat.1 documentary, he claimed that his drug dealing while he was in the Algarve precluded him from abduction.
He said: “I was never caught by the police because I followed a few key principles.
“Where possible, only driving during the day so that my battered ‘hippy bus’ didn't attract attention, only driving on the roads I needed to and, most importantly never provoking the police.
“So that means not committing any crimes, certainly not abducting anyone.”
“Having said that, this was just as absurd to me at the time as starting a nuclear war or slaughtering a chicken.”
The public prosecutor’s office in Braunschweig was contacted for comment. The Metropolitan Police declined to comment.

SCOTLAND YARD asked German investigators to look into the now-prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann in 2013, but found "no reason" to believe he was involved in what could be a massive missed opportunity in the case.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Officers told the paper that this had been a blunder
officers, it would be nice, if they tell which officers, because it becomes a kind of quiz in this way.
we have portuguese officers, uk officers, and german officers, and on a smaller scale officers from poland, the netherlands, france, belgium, ireland, spain, australia, new sealand, and many many others who did have their share in this case.
it is always nice to know who is on the swing set, and who is pushing.
also what does blundering actually mean, it is so often used to describe work done in this case. they say.
so far we started once with a case in portuguese territory, worked by the portuguese police forces, but they had the case for exactly 1 day, and the british elbowed themselves in, not my conclusion, but the debrief of operation task concluded that, and it looks like it, that only the available seats on airplanes was the largest decider in how quickly half britain with a badge or other affiliations could be get their hands and feet in.
so it was hardly a portuguese case at all. look into that debrief report if you have some still high standing principles that does you not allow to read a book of an portuguese police officer, to form an opinion about it.
the only shameful thing we could blame portugal for, is they are tooooo bloody polite!
well when the uk decide to start their own investigation, operation grange, they would do it of course much better, they would start directly with looking at the parents, as per manual of dear jim gamble is a must, not nice, but necessary. o, wait a minute, they did not do that, officer mark told us the portuguese had already looked into that. so the british people still are paying a fair amount of their taxes into some people who are still looking into a onion, and how to leave the first layer untouched and still peeling the rest out of the bulb.
after the grand tour of operation grange through some european countries, but of course not portugal, and with very different versions of the play to show , they got lots of calls. you remember, it was the degradation of jane tanner, and the revival of the smith family sightings, we were ask to look at two very different photo fits, that must be mingled into one man, in our own brain. that one.
and know there are bungling complaints because a german law officer did a job with respecting the german law, in a manner about how to do that.
and now they are playing us with crocodile tears; i already touched that part earlier in this topic. if there is one person in the world who really, really knows what he or she did, it is the perpetrator.
the only news you can tel a perp is that you know something, to read as you think you know something.
so what could we expect when we send a possible perp a nice invitation letter to be summoned to a police station. think back the perp, if he has done some perpy stuff, is still the only one who very well knows what he did. of course it could be a very busy and talented perp , with lots of criminal experience, but do you really think the name of the case they want to speak about does really matter.
the answer is simply no, and that is not meant as a emphatic no.
the possible perp in question had already quite a result list in criminal matters they already caught him for. so he has only to think on all other not nice and nasty things he had done. this exemplar of the the criminal species is til this moment in 2013 already a pro, not very high class, but let say just arriving middle class could fit the bill.
so all a true perp has to do, when the name of a case is withhold, is looking in his memory and find his actions that are not jet found out by the police, and if there could be some things to cover up some extra.
because our supposed perp from this moment in time, already has his experiences, he would know they did not found something you could call very substantial, because you do not get just a nice invitation, but they would send just some boys and girls in blue and get you in.
so again playing by the book, and in this case it means the law books with the law, in it that all police officers in the world had to take their hand in the air and promise to work and follow exactly that law, is know used as the synonym for bungling.
so the german police officers played it by the book, their book and really in it, that they are obliged to tell you why they want to speak to you, does not really matter, not if your invite is the true perp.
and the usual experience is with the true perp, they are curious about what you think you have against them this time out, if you think it is substantial they do a no show, the supposed one is at least very experienced in that, if you know they have nothing, they would not mind talking a bit. it is not they usually will end up crying and pleading in a arabic style to be arrested. at least such trickery would of course be helpful for a verdict of lunacy, much later on.
let's go hypothetical, this case started back in time in 2007, officially still on 3 may. every needle prick of this case is ended up in the media. the police files are already public, the now supposed perp can read and write, has access to computers with internet, in a way, so he could have done just like most of us here, simply read them, and the difference is, a true perp does have exact knowledge about his doings, would be able to see the gaps there still are. the supposed perp is able bodied, and even if he wanted to, escaping media outings about this case would have been very hard. he can not excuse himself of that, he is not a doktor.
come on guys, how realistic is this supposed warning the perp story ever been, in any case there ever has been. how could you think we have to warn someone, of what he already had a unique knowledge of.
every person can only think they know what happened, the perp is always the only one who is sure about what did happen.
so could we get rid of curtaining nonsense, get the shutters fully open and stop fiddling with the doors, do not make just the next myth out there, just doing the job would be perfectly okay. just get out the manual how to solve a missing child case, written by jim gamble , and get you fingers nicely at the first layer of that onion, you know the parents first. of course jim gamle will used it against you, there is a time to expect he will fill the screens, nagging; ' see, i told you how to solve a case, i always told you start with the parents', and the rest will nicely be forgotten.
and stop planting your residu into the law of other independent states. the uk has in this case already has form enough.
and let's hope the germans do not say this on screen; 'Christian B was believed by prosecutors to be living in the Algarve between 1995 and 2007.'
that would be a nasty one, and makes this case as soon as it made before a court in germany fit for the european courts.
it is a shame, how difficult it is made over and over again, that this case is about a missing girl, and do not need all those ego's.
officers, it would be nice, if they tell which officers, because it becomes a kind of quiz in this way.

OMG, ils vont se suicider ou le faire tuer discrètement. Ils n'ont pas le choix car même si « nous » lui faisons avouer, il lui sera impossible de dire où se trouve le corps.
Mettez quelle est la structure au-dessus de toute cette affaire?

"Freemasonry and the notion of secrecy in twentieth-century England."
I propose this document to you. It can help to understand why the group (or part of the group) must share the secret.
The pages from 265 to 336 are interesting (at least for me who did not know the subject).
In summary I learned that England, Scotland and Ireland are the founding countries of the Masonic Lodge (since 1717).
The Grand Master of the Lodge of Northern Ireland (DONEGAL) was Georges DUNLOP. Today: Douglas T.GREY. That of the London Lodge is Robert G. QUIGLEY.
In England, in 2016: 25% of the Police (20% for all Police) are members.
18 magistrates + 13 judges, or 3% of the judiciary are members.
In 1998, a certain Chris MULLENS asked the Parliament of London (Full Assembly of the Superior Council of the Judiciary) that the members of such associations be known and registered. It warns judges against joining associations when it risks undermining the Citizen's confidence in Justice."
English, Scottish and Irish lodges are particularly and traditionally very powerful. It has a privileged relationship with the Establishment, the aristocracy, the prestigious Schools, the Judiciary and the Police.
Queen Elizabeth II is patron of the Royal Maconic Trust for Girls and Boys. Charles and Diana received a wedding gift (silver service) from the Lodge. The Duke of Kent is the father of the current Grand Master.
I will look for information about the Portuguese Lodge that could also perhaps explain why some police officers had an incomprehensible attitude.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
even without an organisation with a known name, this case have to much of what we use as a noun in my hometown dialect, what is in your pockets, will fits in mine very well.
usually used for white crimes, and it becomes always a mess if they bring that beyond paper work.
the former patsies were at least dying on their own, or were already dead. the choice of a living one, is embarrassing stupid, just as amaral told us it would be. his tone of voice was clear enough.
i do not think the open society need a free cb at all. maybe his writing letters it would make it even more harder to escape a assisted suicide with nice letter of guilt after.
if i remember it correctly hewitt died in a german hospital, and it was not made easy to get access to him for the brittish. the germans never looked interested in him as a resolve to this case. there have been more, but the public didn't even start to expect these ones.
in the end it will simply be, were you want to bring your morals and honor to, a nearly 4 year old girl named madeleine and the law, or just some pockets who have not a really need for more and letting escape some criminals.

Is there still time for a Retrial seeing as the Medical report has been produced by Dr. Amaral, stating there was no Evidence of Rape? The Report was not admitted as Evidence in the Trial, which only took three days.
The alleged Video cannot be found, and Brückner has Blonde hair, not Red, like the one allegedly found on the Victim’s bed.

HUNT GOES ON Madeleine McCann’s parents raise £1million to help find missing daughter as Christian B STILL not charged by cops
Ed Southgate Tracey Kandohla
14:34, 7 Feb 2022Updated: 15:32, 7 Feb 2022
MADELEINE McCann's parents have raised almost £1million to help find their daughter if police stop looking.
The Maddie Fund has soared in the past year and is at its highest level since the accounts were first logged 13 years ago.
It has £634,444 in restricted funds and £270,072 in unrestricted funds, totaling £904,516, its latest accounts show.
It comes as suspect Christian B has still not been charged by German police.
A pal of the McCanns, from Rothley, Leics, said: “They know the Met Police investigation cannot go on forever but they will never give up looking for Madeleine.
"If and when it is shelved, and if there is no result, Kate and Gerry will use the money to continue the hunt. That is what it is there for.”
In the last financial year £2,712 came in from royalties for Kate’s 2011 heartache memoir Madeleine.
A sum of £26,834 has been set aside as “provisions for liabilities”, which appears to be a sum Kate and Gerry McCann may have to pay ex Portuguese police chief Goncalo Amaral if they lose a long-running libel battle.
The couple are among six company directors of the not-for-profit firm and are believed to have boosted the pot with savvy investments throughout the pandemic.
German cops believe Maddie has been murdered and convicted rapist Christian B remains their prime suspect, despite never being quizzed.
But Met detectives are continuing to treat Maddie - who vanished as a three-year-old during a family holiday to Portugal in May 2007 - as a missing person.
The fund was launched shortly after her kidnap from an apartment in Praia da Luz and made up of donations from stars and the public, and later royalties from Kate's best seller book.
The first set of accounts in 2009 showed it had reached £1.8million with £600,000 being spent by the McCann’s on the campaign to find their daughter.
Over the years it has dropped as low as £125,175 with fears it could be wiped out if the couple lost their bitter libel action which is now being considered at the European Court of Human Rights.
Operation Grange, launched in 2011, has received more Home Office money to continue the inquiry until at least the end of next month.
Met Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick vowed her officers would continue the search until there is nothing left to do.
Heart doctor Gerry and medic Kate, both 53, pledged: “We will continue to ensure that Madeleine is not forgotten and will leave no stone unturned in our continued search for her."

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
i was looking at the phone number, as said to belong to cb, that was registered on the list of the thursday evening.
does anyone knows how it will work when someone would use call forwarding, i never have looked into that in a technical way. the germans suppose cb was called when he was in reach of the pdl tower, so the other number called him, how does that get to show on a list, when the number of cb had call forwarding active.
it would mean , if the original number is called and made it to those phone listings, but there is no code on the list for call forwarding you did not have been within reach of that specific tower itself.
@shining in luz, do you know how this works, and if this is possible?

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
In the SAT1 production, Jon Clarke was seen next to a blurred out Person, with a disguised voice. She confirmed that the number was registered to Christian B.
She was being asked by Jutta Rabe if it was possible that her Husband, or Son could have used Christian Bs phone, at this time. She said this was totally wrong, and ‘an die Haare vorbei gesogen’ (Rubbish).
It would not surprise me if someone told Jutta to ask that Question of her.
So everyone BKA/ SAT1 seems to be working on a DIRECT CALL.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
you mean the part of the p. family, also the family that were the owner of the vw camper?
well, it would not be that uncommon, that a investigation give some suggestions in unknown details of a case.
the questions you see in the crime stoppers etc. programs are always made in that way. nothing spontaneous in that range, so why not do the same in a docu.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
There seems to be only two possibilities who was behind the blurred out image.
Piro or Stenard.
Frau Stenard has always up to now appeared unblurred.
So that leaves Frau Piro. (IMHO)

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
after all video's and articles they spoke in, i do think it was anja p. and bernard p., with their son, they are the garage owners, that had loaned the old vw camper to cb, and lent then their address after he got out of jail in december 2006. it was meant as being able to have a address to his name. the p. family are german naqtionals in origine but lives for years in the algarve.
cb's lawyer told he would go back to the little finca/cottage with the polebeam in the living, but that can not be true, because in the series of sandra f. and this same docu, was told the place was empty and broken into, by helge b. and manfred s. also in sandra f. her series the owners told they had emptied the place out, because it was looking like a pig sty. so it could hardly be true that cb could go back there. also there was no one who paid the rent.
i had a good laugh after manfred s told cb did break in in other peoples places, nasty stuff, nothing he wants to do with, but what did he do himself to cb's place in pdl? are there other words in german minds to say going into some pother fellows shack and take what you like, than a break in?
there must be also another anja in this saga, also a german national, the mother of the girl that cb did abuse, het name is out there as anja k. or silke in the book of a certain star reporter.
but if you looked all the docu's and video's, you see the witnesses from full names to initials and something in between, and from blurred in the last one , but posed for a nice fresh pic also. why do you want to be blurred, and not known by your given name, as it is already out there for every one to see.
so i dare to make the conclusion, that it was all just for show. these were the same witnesses we already have met before, who all tell they tink cb did it, but do not know he did it, camouflage and blurring would not help to solve that problem.
nicole f. did not want to speak to jutta r. but jutta did not know nicole f. already had a nice long conversation with sunny alex. the old supposed girlfriend with younger son, are the only ones we never heard of, but both could recognize the phonenumber as nicoles, the son at least, but both did not want to call that in.
anyone already seen a date for the next docu ? or has that one still some specialists in damage limitation with som nice red ink on it?

It seems Mark Williams-Thomas production has stalled.
No mention of it on his Twitter or Facebook accounts.
Maybe the ‘Fat controller’ has pulled the plug on it?

If confirmation is needed as to the reason for the creation of a neo-prime suspect in the Complete Mystery of Madeleine McCann, look no further than the propagandists in chief..
The Rupert Murdoch emporium - Media Mayhem
Tracey Kandohla (aka Olive Oyl) - Make that a large one!
Sandra Felgueiras - What fence?
Jon Clarke - No comment!
Mark Williams-Thomas - Mmmmm
Anthony Summers/Robbyn Swan - Who?
Julian Peribañez - Private Dick extraordinaire

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Interesting comment from elsewhere.
There is still a multi-million pound reward for information which leads to the conviction of someone for something – anything to do with Madeleine McCann.
Witness have apparently preferred to speak privately to Jon Clarke than to contact the Police of any of three Nations and claim the money.

The desperation to pin Madeleine's disappearance on CB smacks of scapegoating.
No doubt he's a disgusting excuse for a human being, but am I alone in thinking abducting a child from her apartment just doesn't seem to be his style?
I'd almost feel sorry for the guy if he wasn't a vile scumbag.

And that is always assuming that a child WAS abducted from her apartment
A proposition for which there is no evidence

It is such a strange case. The BKA have suspected CB of a number of crimes and they have been wrong. They claim to have evidence against him, they backtracked on their claim that Madeleine was dead, they accepted statements from Jon Clarke's sought out drug smuggling, migrant trafficking witnesses and yet they have not even questioned CB.
I cannot help thinking that CB may be another willing patsy, his name dragged through the mud for a year or so whilst the press and media profit from their stories and documentaries and then once they have milked this for all they can, they prove him innocent and he gets a handsome payout just like Murat.
Sorry, but nothing else makes sense here, every time they want a new documentary we get a new false lead.
Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
who on earth kidnaps an elder child while there were 2 young sleeping in the beds?
If Bruckner didn't give them to court yet either he's waiting for the right timing or he's paid in advanced to play the patsy until they find another one.
Maybe the next one will be the milk man, dry cleaner who knows at this point.
There's one thing for sure that Maddie never left that room.
