According to this site their house was last sold on 7th April 2006, which must be the date they moved there. Curious why the driving license has a London address. Interesting that up the road is The Exeter Nuffield Hospital and The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospitals

Total number of bags is: 0. So they obviously flew with just hand luggage...for a weeks holiday? I don't think so, especially with a child under 2 years old. They had all the amenities already out there for this

Its says on Easyjet website:
Can I take extra hand baggage when I’m flying with my child?
Children sitting on an adult’s lap don’t qualify for free hand baggage, so any baby clothes or other items must be part of your hand baggage. Children sitting in a car seat or in their own seat qualify for one piece of hand baggage with no weight limit, just like the grown-ups.

As the flight was booked for just 2 passengers then their child could only have been sitting on their lap, which has to be part of the adults hand baggage

In my experience of airline travel with an infant, though not easyjet, all details are given for the infant at the time of booking, age, name etc. However the infant is usually attached to the lead passenger. So, when making the booking for 2 adults and 1 infant on the booking form it appears as Passenger 1 - full details, underneath that is the infant and full details, then Passenger 2 and their details.

If you look at the form in the link you have published, it says at the top 2 pax, then 1 pax. So there were three people on each flight, although it says on the bottom 2 persons.

It looks odd I agree, but in actual fact would accord with what I would fill out on-line when making a booking. I suppose they must have a different sheet which shows the head count and who is who. They are very strict with travelling infants, indeed they would not allow me travel alone with two infants. I needed another adult to accompany me. One airline told me they had a maximum number of infants allowed on any single flight.

Try a dummy run on a booking with an airline and it will be easier to see what I mean.

What I find astounding is the luggage or lack of it with the booking if they did have an infant present. I feel so inferior to the McCanns and their friends. They can travel without a buggy for the kids, travel with just hand luggage and guarantee their children will sleep every night at the same time and not wake up. None of this happens in my life.

What ever the position in Italy. It is Fundamental of English legal system that those wishing to persue a legal right are capable of first demonstrating the existence or likely availability of sufficient evidence to support the allegation in question.

In short, there needs to be real justification to warrant the allocation of our in demand court resources.

He adds, Documentary evidence plays a pivotal role, Even a single e-mail or letter can spell the difference between a successful action and one that is judged to be over before it begins.

The court process needs justification to proceed.

I would guess it was an old address and he hadn't updated his driving licence.

The same applies to Gerry if I remember rightly but it's just a coincidence I would think.

Maybe murat was in Exeter to visit the Gorrods? According to Textusa the Gorrods own an apartment in the resort. She and her husband own houses in Portugal. Murat's uncle, Ralph Eveleigh, runs a bed and breakfast in the nearby The Gorrods have offices in Plymouth. Murats cousin/aunt Sally Eveleigh and her husband Ralph Eveleigh, they live in Plymouth and Sally Eveleigh works too for a adoption agency.village of Burgau

The Gorrods went 'missing' for nearly 2 days after arriving at the airport on the 28th and did not arrive at OC until the 30th which is most curious, 30th the day murat booked his very hasty plane ticket back to PDL
