McCann Apartment 5A

Hi,this is my first post and I hope I'm posting in the correct place.
I haven't been able to find a post relevant to what I have to say, so I apologise if this has been discussed.
Something that I find quite strange,is that in the official PJ files,the apartment usage is discussed. After the McCanns leave the apartment it is said that the owner then stays in it for a while! Why? Very bizarre to me and of course we all know that the apartment is owned by a person with the name McCann.
Here is the document I'm referring to:

"In the installations of this company we contacted the person responsible for the administration of the property in question, P***** C*****."
"She added that after the departure of the McCanns this property was occupied by its owner for a short period before being lent by him to a couple he was friends with, this couple currently occupies the property."
Again,sorry if this has been brought up before. Does anyone know why the owner would occupy that apartment directly after the McCanns?

That is actually referring to the Villa that the McCanns stayed in after they left Apartment 5a, Ocean Club.
