I thought there was a Twitter thread on this forum, for those who want to post anything related to Twitter? Those who don't want to discuss what's on Twitter do not have to read the thread. I am all for freedom of speech, as you may have noticed, as I don't get involved in other people's arguments.

Its proof, as if any was needed, that truth is never served when sane people try to proclaim nuggets of truth to the insane audience of an insane platform. Settle for less of the right people knowing the truth for the right reasons, than sullying the truth in the name of outreach by standing in a swamp of lies in order to proclaim it to more of the wrong people devouring every word for all the wrong reasons.

Stephen: we know that you read this forum. Do you really think that this is the way to convince people that you are sincere and genuine in your beliefs?

My thoughts precisely!aquila wrote:I can't see the point of discussing who says what on twitter. This forum isn't about twitter. Twitter does what twitter does (whatever that is).
This forum brings a wealth of information and research (that has been done for no financial reward).
I'd like (and it's only my special wish) to keep the forum free of twitter stuff. Who cares who says what on twitter?
This forum doesn't need twitter imo.
Just keep telling the facts. Just keep repeating them like a needle stuck on a record. The facts speak for themselves.
Only my opinion of course.
ETA: I've put this in the wrong thread.
Please cut the crap, and just stick to the facts IYP

I really can't argue with the two post above. Unless it's tweets from official sources that can be verified and relevant to the case I don't see the point.

That is kind of you. Sometimes it is necessary to provoke a reaction, and then much more is revealed.Ristretto wrote:Tony, in one fell swoop today you've drawn out the idiotic Stephen Birch in a way that Sonia Poulton couldn't do and shown him up as an out and out raving lunatic.
Thank you for understanding where I was going with my severe criticism of David Icke's TV channel and that senseless and counter-productive interview of Stephen by Sonia Poulton.
I didn't think it would provoke such rapid results. What a shame that 'People's Voice TV' with their resources couldn't expose Birch for the out-and-out fraud that he is - and indeed made things worse for their viewers by allowing his rubbish to go forth unchallenged.
How can 'People's Voice TV' hope to make any impact at all when it clearly hasn't a clue about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, invites one fantasist (Stephen Birch) to make a series of false claims - and invites another fantasist, Michael Shrimpton, to spout his series of totally unfounded conspriracy and intelligence service claims?

They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

I take it you're not at liberty to make a guest appearance?Tony Bennett wrote:

Maybe if they pixelate your face and overdub you with the voice of Gerry Adams?

Not wanting to upset anyone with my third post but isn't a text message a bit more purposeful than a tweet and therefore obviously a reaction to something?

Sorry about that I'm kind of new here and not used to posting on forums as haven't for many years, and missed that totally! I also agree with the sentiments regarding twitter posts- I've seen whole blogs based on twitter posts and find that a little strange!Daisy wrote:For sure Deadlego, Aquila did say...Deadlego wrote:Not wanting to upset anyone with my third post but isn't a text message a bit more purposeful than a tweet and therefore obviously a reaction to something?

Deadlego - there's so many threads and some move at such a pace it's easy to overlook what may be an important piece of info.
My introduction to twitter has been via this site and, while I have no intention of signing up in order to participate in the proceedings, i've been pleasantly surprised at what can be gleaned from the social and otherwise brief communications of others and I'm pleased to see a few of the threads here are dedicated to keeping a finger on the pulse of the McCanns, so to speak.

So sad this forum has been ruffled by this guy.
Lets be honest, with the exception on Cristobell they are all border line raving loonies when it comes to David Icke. All the credibility of the work done by the hard working members of this forum is quickly sinking all the time it is being aired on a conspiracy nut internet channel.

There is something seriously wrong with that guy... he is more than a little unhinged. He's not even in 'control' of his own stupidity.Tony Bennett wrote:At 13.46 hours GMT today, I received this message by text from Stephen Birch:

There is little point in saying you will solve the problem.
Just do it, and then we shall all be convinced. And eternally grateful !
