On what date did Operation Grange enter into the manufacture/production of the two differing CrimeWatch programmes which went out in October 2013?

In either Crimewatch or an update to the programme, the letters MIT are clearly shown on the door of the room which Andy Redwood enters to access his desk/office [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
If Grange had moved from what was a cold case review of two years' duration to any remit other than a murder investigation, there would be no requirement for specialist homicide detectives to continue to be deployed on the team.

Why did Scotland Yard peddle two different productions of the Tapas Bar and Apartment 5a (forget about the real Tapas Bar and the real apartment)?

Why was it so carefully stage managed to the point of showing glasses of water on the two different tables and the absence of David Payne?
Why were the apartments absolutely nothing like Apartment 5a?

aquila i have no idea except they are trying to stay as far away ftom the truth as possible? just my opinion as nothing thats done or investigated makes any sense.
