'Jigsaw man' - another missing piece of the jigsaw Empty 'Jigsaw man' - another missing piece of the jigsaw

Post by Tony Bennett 09.10.13 12:39

Our debating friends on the 'MIssing Madeleine' forum have already dubbed this new 'possible suspect' who was seen 'somewhere near the apartment' as:

'JIGSAW MAN',

because of this from Martin Brunt on SKY News:

"Scotland Yard tell me that until they identify him and question him, they really don't know where he fits into this jigsaw..."

Somehow I think that's a name that will stick.

Can someone please post the "E-fit' of jigsaw man on this thread as well as anywhere else.

So we can help track down 'jigsaw man'

I'm bemused by the continual mention of this jigsaw with missing pieces.

If this is one and the same jigsaw that was last seen complete in apartment 5A on or around 3 May 2007, weren't they found behind the sofa yonks ago? [yawn]

'Jigsaw man' - another missing piece of the jigsaw Empty Has the text been "edited "

Post by PeterMac 09.10.13 17:14

Is it me or has this bit been added to the story ?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2450854/Madeleine-McCann-suspect-picture-released-police.html
Police have identified a new suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann and are set to release an 'e-fit' photograph of him, it was claimed today. . .
and then further down
However, police are currently unsure how the man might be connected to the case
So it is NOT a suspect.

Absolutely right. It's so utterly absurd. I don't understand how people let this kind of rubbish wash over them without thinking or questioning for a second.

PeterMac - suppose someone really did see a suspicious man near a crime scene 6 years 5 months ago.

Suppose further that this witness had reported this to the police fairly soon after the crime - but the police had not followed it up properly at the time (unlikely, I know).

You are the Senior Investigating Officer doing an extensive cold case review. You are reviewing something that happened in another country 2,000 miles away, which was extensively investigated at the time by the police force of that country.

Can you tell us how much value there would be in doing a Crimewatch special in the U.K. on this 6-year-old sighting of a bloke seen near the crime scene?

And, realistically, what prospect is there that someone could come forward 6 years later with some new, usable information?

So this bloke can hardly be 'substantive', 'significant' or 'shattering', then.

Maybe there is something or someone else.

Maybe the powers-that-be in the Met and the BBC are just stoking things up to achieve maximum indoctrination coverage.

And what a strange jigsaw this is.

The Pope was part of this jigsaw.

So was Kevin Halligen.

And Antonio Giminez Raso.

And a prominent northern Freemason.

No doubt at the very centre of this jigsaw should be Madeleine herself.

Is she not the 'missing piece' in this entire jigsaw?

My bet's on this being the next e-fit, I don't believe it's ever been shown before (I may be wrong) so I guess they can get away with calling it 'new' or 'fresh' information. Carol Tranmer's (second) statement is very interesting reading.

MISSING FROM FILES Carole Tranmer

Original interview and identikit not included in DVD:

In the interview of Carole Tranmer on 22nd April 2008, as recorded on DVD, reference is made more than once to a statement given by her to Leics police on 8 May 2007, and to an identikit that was created with the assistance of a police officer from Reading.

It is exceedingly tempting to take the words out of the saintly one's foul mouth and think of them as a pair of 'f^*cking t!++ers' but, in the interests of not being reduced to level of the gutter, I shall continue to use adjectives such as odious, despicable, shameless, repulsive, repugnant, inhuman, unfeeling, manipulative, narcissistic, psychopathic, and others which describe those whose behaviour is beyond the pale.

Hope this helps, plebgate smilie

The renowned forensic psychologist Paul Britton wrote a book called The Jigsaw Man.

http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/products/paul+britton/the+jigsaw+man/5372870/

As far as I know, he hasn't commented publicly on the McCann case; it would be interesting to hear what he thinks.
