Luis made another comment today reiterating the same point - but it has since been deleted

Wonder why doesn't Luis write to Redwood to ask him to investigate said crematorium records.
If there is strong evidence to suggest that took place, not too difficult to subpoena a record surely.

Aiyoyo that would be the million dollar question why not..perhaps he thinks redwood would ignore it IF the mccanns do have some special protection and IF GA already knows this one should wonder why he hasn't brought this out.I think this may be something he has been holding back until the digs are over. I dunno its really hard to know why this hasn't been looked into unless it has and its all about timing

Uhmm....you'd think that if GA had records proof that she was cremated then that is enough to call for the reopening of the case way before OG got involved. So it can't have been that. Unless he heard of the rumour after he left his post and had no power to obtain this record.

So very strange this cremation allegation that is not checked out to eliminate it one way or another.

Yep.they checked out the pet crematorium so maybe they did check it but I don't know.could be a red herring but GA is a smart man and if this was a possibility he would check unless he couldn't and whoever is in charge of the PJ won't check? I read that the crematorium was closed for the two month cleaning ( odd..think they were waiting then for Maddy to be brought there) and could be the whole reason behind the rental car w fluids etc. If she couldn't be taken there perhaps the dump? The barn? Anywhere but PDL.
