Mr Bennett, the post you made is clearly libellous. You are stating that Kate McCann has been in contact with a dead Madeleine at some point. Even I, a thick non-solicitor can see what is wrong with that statement.

Tony Bennett did not state it as a fact. He said that the cadaver dog alerting to her clothing SUGGESTED THAT she had been in contact with Madeleine's dead body. This means it is a possibility, which even you must agree that there is one, as there has been no official conclusion as to what happened to Madeleine, one way or the other.
