Thanks, I did that but still didn't know how to rectify it.  I think I'm getting the hang of things slowly, hopefully. You'll have to bear with me when I mess up in future, I'm doing my best.

Well of course they are, they're hanging on by their fingernails, not only to be kept out of jail but also for the money coming into their "Find Madeleine Fund", which is a joke as neither of them have got off their backsides to search for their "beloved" daughter, even when she went missing on the night of 3rd May 2007.  Both of them went to bed and expected the police, the entire holidaymakers of the complex to go and find her, but no they really couldn't be bothered.  Does Kate McCann really think that if her daughter was afraid and hiding somewhere in the bushes that she would come out when strangers were calling her name.

My God, this woman, I can't even call her a mother, is so off the scale with regard to her "mothering skills" it beggers belief.  I have no words to describe my distaste for her.  If that offends people well so be it.

ive seen it in a few videos and articles on the use of dogs in the use of scent and how they are motivated.

i did a quick search and found this: its the national free broadcaster in Australia..in this case they were worse than chance..i.e. indicate wrong more times than right.

there are loads of similar articles - many testimonies of dog handlers - the theme seems to be that they are good if they are used professionally and properly, and that comes down to many things. basically lots of variables and to suggest that a few hits in a room that has had the same people in it for days is , based on what we know about their accuracy, not worth pursuing. And I do note that quite a lot of language here does assume that the dogs were right, or at least were onto something.

Either way, if your entire case relies on dogs, then its pretty thin.

I cant see why CB couldve have just walked in, after being tipped off by his phone friend. He was lurking already, had opportunity, motive, an accomplice potentially...and all the stuff about the room and stories are simply the shit they got into because they thought it was a good idea to try to not have the 'opportunity' part - blamed on them. 

And that's it.

Why cant it be that?..its the only theory that doesnt have any flaws or weaknesses. Its totally plausible. Every other story isnt.

That's all I'm saying. As a newbie i have noticed that the judge and jury had decided here...but I dont see how that could be considering everything is speculation and conspiratorial.

The dogs evidence is probably the most reliable of all. I trust their findings 100%.

If the detail is correct, she was 17 when he had the kiosk, which was 2014, so she would have been 10 in 2007!

Police believe a former girlfriend of Christian Bruecker, whom it is claimed he 'beat black and blue,' could hold vital clues over the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
Nakscije Miftari was the teenage girlfriend of Christian Brueckner, the man widely believed to be responsible for the four-year-old's disappearance in Portugal in 2007.
Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters told Sky News: 'After all the information we got, the girl is dead. We have no information that she is alive.
'All indication we have got that I can't tell you points in the direction that Madeleine is dead.
'We got things we cannot communicate that speak for the theory that Madeleine is dead, even if I have to admit that we don't have the body.'
German authorities have issued an Interpol Red Notice for the immediate apprehension of Nakscije Miftari who they believe may hold vital information about the Madeleine McCann case.
Detectives in Britain and Germany want to quiz her about what she knows about Brueckner's past, in particular his time in Portugal.
Brueckner seduced Nakscije after he set up home in a run-down part of Braunschweig, a crumbling industrial city in northern Germany, and ran a kiosk selling beer, soft drinks, snacks and sweets.
He later took Nakscije, who is German of Albanian descent, to Portugal in 2014 but she was deported back to Germany less than a year later following allegations of criminality.
However the couple split up and Nakscije reported Brueckner to the police over his violence.
'Nakscije reported Brueckner to the police,' a family friend told MailOnline. 
'She was only a teenager when they got together, 17, I think. He was much older.
'They lived in a flat together here in Braunschweig, around the corner from the kiosk he ran.

Crusader, please can you give us the exact quote where the blood was related to a male.  As far as I can remember it was stated that a male lived in the flat before the McCanns rented it out and could have cut himself shaving.  However, it doesn't explain the vast amount of blood spots up the walls, on the curtains, in the grouting between the tiles and behind the back of the sofa.  Look at the photos in the PJ files, you will know what I am referring to.

Do prime suspects always have the right to question an investigation?

If it was me I would asking what business it was of the German cops. If UK Police have no jurisdiction in Portugal, I'm sure that German Police won't.

I would hope that any charge or conviction wouldn't hinge on information provided after significant public appeal, 13 years after the event.

Because it's all made up rubbish to sell newspapers, hasn't that occurred to you yet.

Whereas the real perpetrators of the crime have been given an easy ride for the past 13 years, have kept their heads down and got on with their lives as if nothing ever happened, they all know who they are, whilst all and sundry around them are being accused of something they didn't do.

Let's hope Karma catches up with them all one day and Madeleine gets the justice she deserves, but the Sun, The Mirror, the DM. the DE, The Telegraph won't be the ones that do it.

The step-dad of a young girl who vanished close to where ­Madeleine McCann was snatched has urged police to quiz paedophile Christian Brueckner over the disappearance.
Joana Cipriano, eight, was reported missing in 2004 from Figueira – five miles from the Praia da Luz apartment on the Algarve where Madeleine vanished as her parents ate with friends nearby.
Her mum Leonor Cipriano and uncle Joao Cipriano were convicted of murdering the youngster, whose body has never been found, and spent nearly two decades behind bars.
But the pair insist they are innocent and Leonor claimed she was tortured by Portuguese detectives into confessing to the killing her daughter.

Joana’s step-dad Leandro Silva has now called on German and Portuguese police to investigate if there are any links between pervert Brueckner and the child’s disappearance after he became the latest suspect in Madeleine’s case.
The 54-year-old said: “The moment I saw police had a Madeleine suspect I thought about poor Joana and how he could be involved.
“The disappearance of my step-daughter is an ­unresolved case, whatever the authorities say.

“Her body has never been found and I know Leonor would never have hurt Joana. She was a good mum.
“I think the police handled the investigation so badly.
“That’s why I’d like a new police team to re-examine everything and see if this German man is involved.
“Brueckner also seems to have been heavily into drugs and I think there’s a good chance he could be implicated.

“He appears to have done some horrible things here and he obviously knew the Algarve well.
“Christian Brueckner is a person who should be questioned. There are still so many unanswered questions hanging over Joana’s ­disappearance and he could hold the key to solving them.
Dad-of-three Leandro, from Portimao, told how he “shares the pain” ­Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry have felt since their daughter vanished aged three in 2007.
German police claim they have evidence she is dead.

Leandro added: “For me there were a lot of similarities with the two ­disappearances. I dream of knowing what happened to poor Joana just like I know the McCanns do [about ­Madeleine]. If that means finding out they are dead so be it but I obviously wish for a different ending.
“What I do want is justice done for whoever’s taken her and I don’t feel as if I have all or any of the answers.”
Joana vanished after leaving a local cafe with milk and a tin of tuna she had just bought.
Her murder investigation was led by Goncalo Amaral, the police chief who led the botched probe into ­Madeleine’s disappearance.

He was found to have falsified police ­documents in the Cipriano case and was jailed for 18 months.
Leonor launched a campaign to find her daughter before being made a suspect by Amaral, in the same way doctors Kate and Gerry, of Rothley, Leics, were. Detectives claimed Joao killed Joana after she allegedly caught him having incestuous sex with her mum.
Leonor confessed to police over the alleged murder but today insists she is ­innocent. Joao confessed to cutting Joana’s body into pieces and feeding them to pigs.
However, he also now claims he had no involvement and said he too was “forced” to confess. Leonor ­withdrew her confession the day after signing it, alleging she was beaten during a two-day ­interrogation.

Police claimed her ­injuries were caused when she threw herself down a flight of stairs in a botched suicide attempt after her arrest.
Her and Joao’s murder trial was the first in Portugal to be conducted without a body being discovered.
The pair were each jailed for 16 years.
Leonor, now living in Evora in south-central Portugal, was let out in February last year.
Joao was released from a prison near Lisbon a month later.

This witch hunt needs to stop now.  Surely the mighty McCann machine do not believe this crap will help them through the ECHR? 

You have been persecuting Mr Amaral for too long, every new move only goes to show how guilty you are.  An innocent person would never go to such lengths to destroy the life of a police officer assigned to solve the case of their missing three year old child.

Might just as well stand up and admit what you've done.

Metodo3 were paid by the Fund Co Ltd with nil result.  Oakley International were paid by the Fund Co Ltd with nil result.  Alphaig Supersleuthery were paid by the Fun Co Ltd with nil result.  Operation Grange have squandered well in excess of £12m (it got stuck at £11m) with nil result.

Have team McCann taken any of them through a court of law?  Nah .... they can only target an innocent man who was just doing his job - doing his job for them!

Satellite images taken shortly after Madeleine McCann’s disappearance appear to show the prime suspect’s camper van parked just a mile away from her hotel and are being examined by German police, the Telegraph has learnt, as authorities appeal for more evidence from the public.

Heriberto Janosch González, a Spanish criminologist who works in computer science, was contacted by officers from Germany's Federal Criminal Police Office just hours after he sent them a picture he uncovered this week from early June 2007 — just weeks after the young girl disappeared.

The van, a distinctive white and yellow VW T3 Westfalia from the 1980s appears to be parked near a run-down farmhouse where the suspect lived until late 2006 and could offer clues as to where Christian Brückner went in the aftermath of Madeleine’s abduction....
