This is one question that I would also like to ask close friends and creche workers and even neighbours . All we have is the T7 and family saying she was here !!!

I think it comes as quite a shock to many to realise there are so few witnesses (to the nbest of my knowledge..apart from the one that appeared last year) that saw Madeleine during the holiday and that there is only one very specific credible sighting of her on Sunday at lunchtime by Fatima, 5A cleaner's daughter.

I have several research threads on this subject and a couple of years ago, compiled a set of graphics highlighting the nannies statement portions referring to Madeleine.

I have not spent time trying to prove Madeleine was not seen during the holiday...After tremendous research I have not yet found proof that she WAS seen during the holiday (after Sunday lunchtime)

Was she mistaken for another tapas child?

I'm not so sure about the cleaning lady's daughter either. I would put that sighting under doubtful.

She saw three children - all wearing trainers with little pink lights on the sides. Now the girl in the playground photos may be wearing those, although it isn't clear.
What is clear is that those trainers would have been ideal for DNA analysis. Which didn't happen and they're never mentioned by Kate. Who did mention the outfit by the pool.
Kate likes to put herself in a good light and all three children having the same cute shoes would be a prime opportunity.

Imo she saw three children, two of which may have been the twins but there's no guarantee that one of them was Maddie. Because the three children were leaving the flat with the parents, she would naturally assume that one of them was Maddie. I would put this one in uncertain.

The black and white photo of the girl in the white blouse does not appear to be the same girl as the other photos. The ears, smile and nose all look different to me.

That photo isn't of Madeleine. As it was taken by David Payne, I think it's of his elder daughter.

The point is that it would be easy to mistake her for Madeleine.
