Most pictures taken on same day

I believe, that alot of pictures are actually taken on the same day, seeing her clothes, wristband, and background.

I made some collages, with pictures I am sure that are taken on the same day, or in the same couple of days. Yet i believe the 3 collages are all taken on around the same day, or on exactually the same day, only some are taken INSIDE, OUTSIDE or inside the playground!

I placed the ones with the same clothes all together, but you can aswell see she's wearing the same shoes, we can't see the jeans she's wearing in the rest of the pictures, so yes. I do believe that each collab was atleast taken on the same day! but i think they were all taken on the same day!

What do you think?

Could it also be the day that the video was taken of her waving the pink sandals around (when all three children had been, strangely, corralled into the hall)?

Hi, thanks for that, there's such an enormous amount of data around now and I wish I had a brilliant printer and several large walls to arrange things on. This is where just a computer screen is no advantage.

Well, I'm not sure about the first lot belonging to the 'same day' - but I'm all agog at that little tag she is wearing on her right wrist. I'm betting that that is a hospital tag - looks plastic and doesn't look like the sort of bracelets for children. Imo she looks pretty wonky there as well.
In the first lot I'm not putting her age later than about three?

I think the two other compilations are probably the same day - she looks better and possibly three or four months on?

I'm now thinking of a children's hospital - playground nearby - or city farm? If she was still wearing the id - perhaps it was a visit by the parents and then back into hospital?

Could the purple tag thing be an entrance to an animal park? I don't know what a hospital one would look like and somehow wonder if the McCanns would go through the normal rather than private service in a hospital.

A day's entry to a animal park near where I used to live, is in an enclosure and all the events are included in the one entry ticket.

Just wondering.

That was my initial thought too Bobbin, we take the grandchildren to an adventure park where they wear similar wrist tags which entitles them to use all of the facilities.

The thing is, it looks like just an ordinary playground, for which you don't need such a band. She is sitting on a horse, but I seem to remember that Kate says she visited a local city farm with her. Also no wristbands needed. I've only seen the riding picture once - not the associated ones. Looks like high summer, with the sleeveless t shirt.
Makes no difference if you go private - they still tag you.

The helmet she's wearing is quite enormous, surely there would be child-sized ones?

Just realized I can get them full size. The last set where she is looking to the left - seems to be a sort of bald spot on her forehead. I know most people are going to call me mad, but I'm convinced she is wearing a part-wig.
Where she is looking down it is quite clear that the hair has been highlighted and it looks quite professional. I've seen the same e.g. in the red dress photo where she's playing with one of the twins I think, there she looks to the left and is in profile, her hair looks like it's had loads of extensions, bulking out the head. I think it's a hairpiece again.

A hairpiece would also explain the far too high forehead in the middle picture of the third set?

Just wanted to add - in the middle set, it looks on the two photographs on the left as if she's got short hair, certainly impossible to be the same as the photos next to it. So I'm still thinking smart largish hairpiece/wig.

The pic on the pony was supposedly taken on 13 April 2007, according to local newspapers and the pic was released in November 2007. Kate and Madeleine were at Hatton Country World and I don't know if they issue wrist bands.

I think her hair is just hanging down her back tigger. Try putting your arms up by the side of your face like she is in the pictures, your hair will fall away from your face. I have shoulder length hair and just tried it in front of the mirror, it looks like I have short hair too!

I find that a very strange video. Madeleine looks to be almost the same age as pictures from PDL or just before. And yet the twins can barely walk and are using the stairgate to pull themselves up.

I've seen another video (but can't find it now) where Madeleine looks much younger, but the twins are much bigger!

Another thing about that hallway video - she sounds like a little cockney kid! I would have expected her to have at least a hint of a midlands accent as she spent so much time in nurseries there, but I can detect no hint of one whatsoever. Where did she get her cockney accent from? LOL!

I can see short bits on the right side of her face with the brown hair, then in the picture where she is looking down, you can just see a tuft of brown on the right under the multicoloured blond hair. I very much doubt that a child that age would get highlights and lowlights put in, these are not natural. I'm also sure that she is wearing mascara in that one. The highlights are not evident in the brown hair pictures which are supposedly the same day.

Interesting Lance! How much time exactly between those photographs? Because children that age grow out of clothes on a monthly basis!
The gap between the photo of Amelie's top and the one with Kate must be at least 5 months?

the first two pictures you are refering to ? I would agree atleast 5 months between, looking at Amelies hair .. Its a lot longer on the one with Kate I think...

Actually, Amelie's hair in the first one - then PdL - then it was cut very short months after 3/5 - still in Portugal - then it grew from very short (remember the tests for drugs?) to the length we see in the second picture with Kate. Yes - at the very least five months.

he photo with Kate is Autumn, leaves on the ground and the earlier one not long before their holiday, early Spring maybe,I would say a 6 month gap approx.

What do you think?

1. Where are the twins in this clearly pre-planned happy family outing? Pre-planned: someone thought fit to bring a camera.
2. Why did GM and KM so purposefully picture each other with Maddie?
3. Why, barely a month before the trip to PDL, did they feel it was necessary to showcase each other with Maddie, and her with them?
4. Could this have been some sort of farewell?
5. We see Maddie here (2 and 3) in the same set of clothes as the girl on the staircase to the airplane, which we see only from the back.
6. Do we have any pictures of the 'real' Maddie taken after april 7th? With real I mean: with the very visible walls beneath her eyes.

Hello Tigger,

5 months gap: only if you accept that it's Maddie in the other pictures. If 'she' was photoshopped in partly or totally, then this could very well explain the fact that the twins didn't grow an inch for at least five months.

Very, very good questions. She doesn't look all that well in some pictures and imo still wearing a hairpiece in some of the shots.
The word 'family' was much used by the McCanns - but where is the rest of the 'family?'

Please Portia, restrain yourself, don't hit on the whiskey - I know you're not a pro and these are very good questions.

what I think is interesting is that in the last set of photos, Madeleine's top looks huge and baggy on her in the middle one of the photos-but seems to fit in the others? And do the trousers seem longer? Different days?

I'm not sure, the ground is the same & her trousers are the same? I think it is because she's posing a little silly?

I am sorry my english isn't my best language. But I ment the one where she's standing and waving? to the camera? I think its all taken the same day, im pretty sure of it actually. You can't see all of her shirt on the other pictures only the ones were she's sitting down and that would ofcourse look different.
